Would highly recommend them

Very quick and helped manage communication with insurance company.

This survey is separated into 2 parts: my experience and my customers' experiences. Although I had a very good experience, I have referred a few customers and heard complaints from them about poor follow-up and not returning phone calls, so unlikely to refer in the future.

I would recommend them to a friend because of their quality work.

Found quite a few nails after the job was done. Could spend a little more time on clean-up.

Lousy Workmanship. Left Nails in Driveway and Lawn. Messed up Siding. Vents were not placed on Vent Holes. Project Manager Michael Karberg leaves work of finishing issue of siding to someone named Brag Rogan who leaves message once but does not respond back to the follow-up messages left on his Cell Phone.

The process was very smooth.

Legacy Restoration was very good to work with. They would receive 5-stars in every category. They were very timely and had great communication.
