Leafguard does very good work. I am very satisfied.

We got mismatched colors. We paid extra for the colors and now have multiple colors. We were told they'd come back within 2 weeks. It's been over a month. Still waiting. The finance company said don't sign until leafguard fixes it.

I love the gutters so far. In the fall will be the true rest when leafs fall. NOT HAPPY with the fact we didn't get our gift card we where promised for the first visit.

They need to finish what you paid for. They worked hard while they were here, and they did a good job while they were working with what materials they had. They did not have all the material needed. If they are going to drive 100 miles to get to a job, they need all the materials with them.

Did not complete the work no communication and have not gotten a response from installer and all calls go to voicemail

It was a beautiful presentation that was really good, but I dove into it too quickly. They cost too much in first place, and I did not need all of that they had. I did not know I was getting into $16,000 worth of debt. They came out and did the installation quickly, but it is too gaudy, and not neat looking at all. I am missing two of the cement things I need for my downspout. They said they ran out of them, but I do not understand why they were not available in the first place. When I called the boss, he was on vacation, and did not want to be disturbed. The guy who presented the project to me was nice and friendly, but I paid for a service that I still have not received in it's entirety. He said he would get more in a couple of weeks, but I have yet to see them. I feel I have been had again.

Skipped first appointment, never delivered splash guards on backorder. Still waiting.

They installed the gutters in a timely and professional manner. We did have a minor issue with the gutters, so they scheduled
a day to come out and make the adjustments/repairs. Our gutters are working great so far!

I am a little upset because when I was talking with the salesperson about the installation, they were offering a $50 dinner gift card, but I am not sure what happened. The salesman said that I was supposed to get the gift card, but I never got anything.

They were very prompt and did a timely installation.

Inform all your constituents about all factors regarding the sales of Leafguard. Your salesmen and your field supervisors need to be informed about what your ads declare, so they can answer questions for the customer. Also, complete the job when you say you will complete it.

The work was done professionally and in good time. We were told we would get a 50.00 dollar gift card. I have reached out to but no response. If your salesman tell the buyer they are going to receive a gift card and not follow through that is poor responsibility on the part of your company.

When they installed the gutters, they said that the part at the bottom is on back order. This was about 2 months ago. They never installed it or reached out to me in regard to when they would be installing it. I had to reach out to see if they have forgotten about me, and that is when they let me know it was still on back order. I did not like that there was a lack of communication.

I was not satisfied with some of the agreements that were made. I was also given misinformation and after I had reached out to get the correct information I still was not satisfied.

Way over priced for what you get. I understand now why they don’t clog. They don’t catch anything including rain. Been back once to make adjustments but haven’t had a good rain to see of it helped.

Significant delays in installation, issue with install.

We couldn’t be happier that we decided to have LeafGuard installed. From the salesperson to the installation, everything went very smoothly. The salesperson came to talk with us and to give us a quote on Friday and the very next day the crew were here to do the install. They showed up when they said they would and everyone was very professional and courteous!

I originally thought I was contacting Leaf Filter, because I did not want to pay to have my gutters replaced. Good sales job convinced me to purchase Leaf Guard. I felt and still feel guilty paying so much for the gutters. It was for my business location, and the main reason I have gutters where I do, is to keep water off the heads of my clients coming through the door and prevent water running onto my air conditioning units. Your design causes water to roll off the lip defeating my purposes.

We have been pleased with LeafGuard from the time we set up an appointment to get an estimate until the installation. We are very pleased with the performance of our new gutters. We have a fresh paint job on our home and the new gutter system makes it look so finished. We are confident the gutters will help the new paint job last a long time!

I was very pleased with the work. They cleaned up after themselves really well, and had it done in half a day. They were very nice and courteous. We're an older couple, and they were very nice and courteous to us.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The representative that came out was very knowledgeable and provided examples with comparisons from other companies. I was confident in the product. The installation was awesome. They walked me through before and after. The system that they removed before installing LeafGuard was trash compared to what we had installed. I would recommend it.

LeafGuard of Southern Georgia did what they said they were going to do and are people of their word, so I would recommend them to anyone.

This is for my current vacation home. So not here to see much. However, one thing I do not like is using the concrete pieces at the bottom of the drains for the gutters to divert water. they fill up easily with cut grass and thus, do not push water away from the house. Looking to extend it out, underground to exhaust for the water to get it away from the house.

Overall, they did an excellent job replacing the gutters after a hail storm. There was some delay in the finishing aspects of the work, but overall, it was an excellent job.

The gutters look good and the installers were professional. There will have to be a but explained. I have oak leaves getting into the gutters and have to clean leaves at the ends of valleys.

I recommended LeafGuard to my neighbor and they purchased the product.

My experience with Leaf Guard is Awsome

I liked what I got. It is exactly what I thought I would get; however, the shoulder-side items to be removed and cleaned regularly on the system do not do what I was told. Cleaning once a week is not what was presented in the first place with the product. Water would go in and the dirt would come off the gutter, which was my understanding.

LeafGuard of Southern Georgia installed a quality product. I can see a significant difference in the standing water in my yard.

They take your gutters down when they are just putting things on top of the gutters. They just make money off of people.
