When I received their service I was satisfied and I was appreciative they corrected issues that arose. I don't like the color they offered for the splatter at the bottom of the spout. I wish I could have received a different color.
The gentleman took down a down spout and I told them no and they did it anyway and then they put up an old ratty one.
The work was exactly how the literature and salesperson presented it.
I did not realize the cost was co much. but the gutters have a good guarantee.
I would never recommend LeafGuard. The company needs a lot of improvement done.
I am very well pleased with the work, no problems at all!
They were always here and talked to me. I did have a problem when they were putting the gutters on, but it was with places on my house that was rotting. I found a company to fix that and LeafGuard came right back out so quickly to finish. They are really good!
I have not yet received a statement for making a payment!
I'm not satisfied with the overall finished product
The guy came and he was on time, almost to the exact minute. We got the price and the next morning they came out. Everything has been perfect, in my opinion.
Ever since the installation, I've had a leak and I have called them to get it fixed but no one will come out to help me.
a call back was necessary to complete installation. several screws were left on ground which resulted in tire repair. Outside electrical outlet was damaged.
I was pleased with the work that was done.
Excellent knowledge of product, presentation, quality of materials and work done. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
In March 2019 we made a decision to totally replace our 'shingle roof' and 'original leaf guard gutter system' --both installed in the mid-1990's. Over the 'period of time', significant improvements have been by Leaf Guard related to:a) sizing of gutter downspouts; b) additional 'color options' beyond 'white only'; c) leaf trash catchers installed in downspouts --optional @ extra cost; etc. My total 2019 costs were significantly more than the mid-1990's --ie, $18K vs $3500. Regardless, my 5000-sq.ft. home is surrounded by tall hardwood trees that shed many leaves during a typical 4-season calendar year. Thus, the 'no leaf clutter warranty' is put to the 'maximum test'. My 1990's Leaf Guard system did gather some degree of 'leaf trash' through the 'gutter slit' that is only suppose to attract 'rain-water' without any additional 'leaf trash'...Eventhough Leaf Guard would have 'cleaned out my original gutters' @ no cost under their lifetime warranty, I decided their current improvements were significant enough to replace the entire gutter system while totally replacing my shingle roofing. Despite the $18k total cost, I am 'happy' with the final installation and continued 'life time warranty' furnished by Leaf Guard. In addition, upon the future sale of my home, I will be allowed to transfer the Leaf Guard warranty to the 'new owner'. Believe this feature should be a positive 'selling point' (as my new roof) with marketing my home that is surrounded by 7+acres of hardwood trees in North Macon. In conclusion, I would like to believe the purchase of a 'new Leaf Guard gutter system' with a 'life-time warranty' will prove to be a wise investment. 'Time will tell' --have NO reason to believe 'Leaf Guard' will be 'going out of business' anytime soon.
