Did not complete the work no communication and have not gotten a response from installer and all calls go to voicemail
It was a beautiful presentation that was really good, but I dove into it too quickly. They cost too much in first place, and I did not need all of that they had. I did not know I was getting into $16,000 worth of debt. They came out and did the installation quickly, but it is too gaudy, and not neat looking at all. I am missing two of the cement things I need for my downspout. They said they ran out of them, but I do not understand why they were not available in the first place. When I called the boss, he was on vacation, and did not want to be disturbed. The guy who presented the project to me was nice and friendly, but I paid for a service that I still have not received in it's entirety. He said he would get more in a couple of weeks, but I have yet to see them. I feel I have been had again.
Skipped first appointment, never delivered splash guards on backorder. Still waiting.
They installed the gutters in a timely and professional manner. We did have a minor issue with the gutters, so they scheduled
a day to come out and make the adjustments/repairs. Our gutters are working great so far!
I am a little upset because when I was talking with the salesperson about the installation, they were offering a $50 dinner gift card, but I am not sure what happened. The salesman said that I was supposed to get the gift card, but I never got anything.
They were very prompt and did a timely installation.
Inform all your constituents about all factors regarding the sales of Leafguard. Your salesmen and your field supervisors need to be informed about what your ads declare, so they can answer questions for the customer. Also, complete the job when you say you will complete it.
The work was done professionally and in good time. We were told we would get a 50.00 dollar gift card. I have reached out to but no response. If your salesman tell the buyer they are going to receive a gift card and not follow through that is poor responsibility on the part of your company.
When they installed the gutters, they said that the part at the bottom is on back order. This was about 2 months ago. They never installed it or reached out to me in regard to when they would be installing it. I had to reach out to see if they have forgotten about me, and that is when they let me know it was still on back order. I did not like that there was a lack of communication.

Leafguard is a good company, and they do good work. They are just way too expensive.

I was not satisfied with some of the agreements that were made. I was also given misinformation and after I had reached out to get the correct information I still was not satisfied.
Would recommend LeafGuard to friends. Experience has been super.

Way over priced for what you get. I understand now why they don’t clog. They don’t catch anything including rain. Been back once to make adjustments but haven’t had a good rain to see of it helped.
Significant delays in installation, issue with install.
We couldn’t be happier that we decided to have LeafGuard installed. From the salesperson to the installation, everything went very smoothly. The salesperson came to talk with us and to give us a quote on Friday and the very next day the crew were here to do the install. They showed up when they said they would and everyone was very professional and courteous!
I originally thought I was contacting Leaf Filter, because I did not want to pay to have my gutters replaced. Good sales job convinced me to purchase Leaf Guard. I felt and still feel guilty paying so much for the gutters. It was for my business location, and the main reason I have gutters where I do, is to keep water off the heads of my clients coming through the door and prevent water running onto my air conditioning units. Your design causes water to roll off the lip defeating my purposes.
We have been pleased with LeafGuard from the time we set up an appointment to get an estimate until the installation. We are very pleased with the performance of our new gutters. We have a fresh paint job on our home and the new gutter system makes it look so finished. We are confident the gutters will help the new paint job last a long time!
