Satisfied and they worked with me on the installation

I am not really pleased with the gutters performance so far. I get 2' and 3' icicles every time it snows all around my house.

We think the Leafguard product is top quality. It is well designed and durable construction.

poor quality of work damaged a second roof and did not repair damage.

The gutters are well constructed and enhance the overall look of the house but I am having to remove leaves from the downspout clean out panels weekly.

We will recommend LeafGuard to all of friends. Thus far, we are totally satisfied with the look and quality of the gutters.

The product is fine but customer service is nonexistent.. I waited over four weeks and made numerous phone calls to get the job semi- completed. It's now been over nine weeks and they still haven't come back to fix a problem. Everyone tells you someone will return your call and no one ever does or they tell you they will be out on a certain date and no one ever shows!

The men were very considerate of our property and made sure everything was done in a workmanlike manner.

With all the problems the city was giving us, Leafguard gave us an extra discount.

They first got one crew. They said they cant work on my house. Second crew came. They did. The gutters were still leaking. They have to add downspouts. No one told me before. Its huge. They cant be placed on whereever. They want to add just to my front pillars on the beautiful double story front porch. The whole front porch look is spoiled with this. I will not recommend to anyone. When rain water flows through them, the downspouts make lot of noise.

The quality of the installation was poor. They had to come back and redo things. It took about a month.

I'm well satisfied with their product installation and their coming back to fix whatever wasn't going right.

I wasn't satisfied.

When I called the production service representative and explained that the splash pans were not included, he said that they were not currently in stock but would be brought to me. I informed him that the front gutter was dripping, and he promised to send someone to fix it on Wednesday. However, that was in February, and nobody has yet to arrive. The gutters are fantastic; they performed a fantastic job, but the production service needs improvement.

The system works and looks great I would recommend it over any other system on the market.

They did not clean up after they got done because it was after dark. They finally did come back. They still have not come back and put a pipe in that they were supposed to put in. The guy was on my roof, stomping all over it, and caused my porch roof to leak. I am not very satisfied with their dealings. The boss, when I called up there to tell him about it, he kind of got snippy with me. I am not too happy with them.

I called and sent pictures, about an area with a heavy flow that is sticking up 3 inches. Someone was going to come out to correct that problem. They never came out. I called again, and they have not fixed it. The leaves are building up. I had to get on my ladder to take the leaves away.

Love this product and will refer to friends and family

Ultimately too expensive for what you actually receive.

They did a very good job installing the gutters. They did a great job cleaning up after the project.

Follow up service never happened. Took money and ran.

They are very nice and do a timely installation. The gutters do make the home look nicer.

I am not happy with the amount and length of icicles that formed around the gutters.

We got them in December, and it has been nothing but wet since. I don't know if I'm happy with them or not. My ground is wet and the icicles are hanging constantly in the winter time. I have water, I don't know if it's draining from the gutters correctly or not.

Due to 4 trips to finish the job. We should not have ice cycles hanging off the gutters. Specifically asked them about water dropping off the gutters, they said no, and it happened right away and several times already.

We were very satisfied with the salesperson and one of the supervisors. However the installers were just okay.

It's a very good system extremely happy with the workers and the finished product.

There were multiple issues and I was not the first job which made me very unhappy.

I believe it was way overpriced even though I have it and it works very well.

We had a great group of men who completed the installation of gutters and downspouts in one day! They also removed the original gutters which were installed in 1995.

I would recomend, however, i would make a statement the product is over priced.

I had a lot of problems. They did not honor my contract. They tore up my yard. I did get that settled. I had all kinds of trouble. They did my install in the dark, and did not use lights. They did not take pictures like they were supposed to, and show me. When I called in to complain, and let them know it was a breach of contract, they told me all the employees quit. It was not a good time with them, and they were also expensive. The last guy from Pittsburgh that called me was nice.

I highly recommend to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

My wife and I had a great stress free experience. We had full faith in the salesperson and installers.

We had an unexpected expense pop up with our house, and the Salesman worked with us to make the deal happen. They actually cared about us rather than making the sale. No high pressure sales tactics and their warranty speaks for itself.

The company appears pays their employee a fair salary with benefits, which is important to my wife and I. The installers are employees of LeafGuard so they know what they are doing.

They exceeded all of my expectations!

Would highly recommend if not for the cost which is expensive. Had/Have one edge piece of my metal roof that wasn't tighten down, except enough to hold it on. I have yet to find someone to fix it for me. Gutters work great.

With everything going on, we have had tremendous problems with the snow and ice on the gutters. I am constantly having to knock snow off the edges.

The company did not follow up when I called for help. I'm very dissatisfied with them!

I have ice build up now that winter is here. I am going to have roof damage. Furthermore, I have to contact them to see what they are going to do.
