There were multiple issues and I was not the first job which made me very unhappy.
I believe it was way overpriced even though I have it and it works very well.
We had a great group of men who completed the installation of gutters and downspouts in one day! They also removed the original gutters which were installed in 1995.
I would recomend, however, i would make a statement the product is over priced.
I had a lot of problems. They did not honor my contract. They tore up my yard. I did get that settled. I had all kinds of trouble. They did my install in the dark, and did not use lights. They did not take pictures like they were supposed to, and show me. When I called in to complain, and let them know it was a breach of contract, they told me all the employees quit. It was not a good time with them, and they were also expensive. The last guy from Pittsburgh that called me was nice.
I highly recommend to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

We had an unexpected expense pop up with our house, and the Salesman worked with us to make the deal happen. They actually cared about us rather than making the sale. No high pressure sales tactics and their warranty speaks for itself.
The company appears pays their employee a fair salary with benefits, which is important to my wife and I. The installers are employees of LeafGuard so they know what they are doing.
They exceeded all of my expectations!
Would highly recommend if not for the cost which is expensive. Had/Have one edge piece of my metal roof that wasn't tighten down, except enough to hold it on. I have yet to find someone to fix it for me. Gutters work great.
With everything going on, we have had tremendous problems with the snow and ice on the gutters. I am constantly having to knock snow off the edges.
The company did not follow up when I called for help. I'm very dissatisfied with them!
I have ice build up now that winter is here. I am going to have roof damage. Furthermore, I have to contact them to see what they are going to do.

They didn't have a good follow up. They left a mess and I had to call about it and the person that took my call promised me a gift card as compensation but I have received no gift card. But they did come back to fix a gutter that had a leak.
LeafGuard of Pittsburg was very nice and took time to actually explain everything to me which I appreciated. Additionally, the team of people who came to install the gutters, they were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was very lucky

I've called. We had problems. It's been two months, and the guy has never called me back. My work is done. It's for something that's wrong with it. The guy said he knew exactly what was wrong, and there'd be a charge. Our salesperson said it had to be measured. It's a mishap on them. We want to get it fixed. It's been two months, and I would not recommend them to anybody. As a matter of fact, I pulled their sign out of my yard.

Their product was good! They did the work when it was wet and tore my yard up, they had no respect for it and it was a new house. They came back to throw dirt in it but it did not fill the holes! That was my issue!
They were quick and efficient during installation. They have quality workmanship. They are very responsive if any issues arise.
