I thought it was important to use a trap at bottom of the down sprout, so that the water coming off the gutters goes directly into the ground. The crew was very good. My roof is very high and they had to get reinforcement with taller ladders. They did that quickly. They made a call and the person came with a taller ladder in no time. They were able to install all in one day. They were courteous and respectful of my landscaping. The customer service was their number one priority. It was their can do attitude. They thought of everything. They also used a tarp to cover the ground and protect the landscaping.
