The project was too expensive.
Have not receive my Synchrony card. Let alone payment of my debt bill charged 29.9%. What a deal
Representatives from sales to installation were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process.
I loved everything about this product and service I recieved.
I am very pleased with my LeafGuard. I do have one concern with the roof drains that drain over an exterior door. The corner brackets do not always handle the volume of water draining at these points. Overall I am very pleased with their drains.
Leafguard has a great product. It is a little pricey, but well worth the investment.
Love the product. Sales rep was top notch. ONLY negative is PRICE.
Due to the general quality of construction workers & installers that I have had to deal with in the building of my house, I would have to say, from my experience....and the high price of Leaf Guard, this would be questionable. I believe that if a "friend" inquired about my experience, I would be hesitant to give a 100% recommendation.
It is incredibly expensive. I don't know yet if it is worth it. I have had to call them back twice to fix issues. It hasn't been enough time yet to know.
Leafguard of Austin did a good job and the project was completed in quality time.
LeafGuard has a different approach to their gutters in that their gutters do not collect the leaves rather the leaves wash over the gutter. The water is then collected and drained out. I am not sure their gutters would work for everyone. I would recommend them with caveats that we have had problems, perhaps somewhat unique to our installation.
The work they did was fine. It looks great.
The presentation was top quality and very professional. All my questions were answered and the presentation was easy to understand.
When the guy came out to spray my property, I gave him a check for $49. He informed me that someone would come back within 40 days for another treatment. I called to see what happened and the lady says they don’t see where my check has posted, but my account shows that it was paid on June 3. I’m just not understanding what’s happening. Still no 2nd visit yet.
I am very satisfied with the work! They were fast and quick and the work was awesome.
After install there were some problems. They came and installed something to prevent the drain from clogging. That only diverted the water and made it become a waterfall in front of the window. I believe I have called three times since to see if the problem could be fixed and NO ONE has yet to RETURN MY CALLS.
Anyone with two story house and trees should use these gutters. Also cleans up the look of the house when you match roof color!
I’ve already had calls from 2 people.
This is the second home that I have put Leafguard gutters on. I have used others, and they are not the same quality. I much prefer to use Leafguard because I don't have to clean them out.
If anyone were to ask me about it I sure would recommend it.
I was grossly overcharged! According to my internet search, Beldon Leafguard installation should run $11-$37 per foot for labor and materials. I was charged over $80 per foot at $5000 for roughly 60 feet. The installer had to return to the shop to get an angle made as he did not understand the drawing from the salesperson. Salesperson agreed that, as I thought I had read somewhere, these gutters are mounted into the ends of he roof joists and this turned out NOT TO BE TRUE; he said the gutters would support hanging weight of 200 pounds which I doubt because they are screwed mainly into the thin end plate. The diverter I paid for to get water into my rain barrel turned out to be nonexistent and the installer placed the downspout from the entire back run into the rain barrel.
It appears to be a good job, it's just very expensive.
In general, very good experience. Good workmanship, Came right on time, very professional and courteous. Some minor details need to be re-visited with crew, such as complete clean-up of grass and street gutter.
Leafguard of Austin provided a good quality gutter.
Although we haven’t had a strong storm/downpour, the leaf guard system seems to be working and looks incredible. We are in an older home which can create visual problems, but Noah (installer) created/cut small “sleeves” to cover gaps. Truly makes the gutters look seamless. Also, Jesse (sales rep-hope I remembered his name correctly) explained the process and workout out a plan/price that fit our budget. He was friendly, patient and didn’t complain about sitting in the heat. (Because of Covid, we could not have him inside.)
