Not want I wanted

I chose this product as I was guaranteed rain wouldn't run over the gutters in the corners and ends in heavy rain. In the two periods of rain since the installation there have been overflow washouts in several areas in flower beds under the gutters.

Were friendly and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards

These folks know what they are doing and do it very well! Highly recommend!

After comparing all of the other designs, it's clear to me that Leafguard has engineered a superior product and then has gone further by adding a lifetime guarantee to their product and service.

My system is not working for me. They have come out twice, and they say it is my roof that is leaking. I am not happy and basically stuck with them.

The product leaked. It took two months to get acknowledged. They came back and put sealant on it. However, I haven't been able to check it because of the rain. So I'm not sure if it will continue to leak.

Product seems to work. But, don't send a salesman from the Nashville area and an installation team from Birmingham. The two work okay but it didn't appear that one knew what the other said. This appears to be a good company and we're not sorry we ahead with having the gutters installed. Just the company would show a better face if they were a little more together in what they said and said they were going to do.

Leafgaurd was very efficient and did not take advantage of us. Our son climbed up on a later to check behind Leafgaurd, and they told the truth. There was rotting on the wood below the shingles and the gutters, and I'm so glad we caught it in time.

I purchased LeafGaurd approximately a month and a half go. My gutters are still clogged. Pieces have fallen off. My accordion french drain was not installed correctly as instructed.

During sales presentation, I was convinced about the quality of the product and especially the support after installation. There were areas where the gutter was not installed correctly. The manager came to the house and admitted the errors. It rained so hard and water was not going to the water spouts. It was draining everywhere. I took pictures and sent to the manager. It took forever to have it corrected but they messed up the shingles. I’m not even sure if the error was actually corrected. The manager told me that they will call me when they come to my house to get it fixed. They never call me.

They were very professional and were like Santa Claus, got to work and finished super quickly and did their job really well.
