I purchased a complete gutter replacement several years ago. It was my understanding that I had a lifetime warranty. Within the last couple of years the gutter coating began to fade from tan to white.

Your sales rep indicated that the discoloration would be covered by the warranty.

I was pleased to hear discoloration would be covered; therefore, I purchased a new gutter for the second level of my home PLUS purchased replacement downspouts for my home.

Can you recommend someone that can recommend or paint my old gutters?

I like the looks of the product

They didnot have time to finish the gutters. 1 or 2 is to high to to connect to a piece that takes water away from house. we have a water problem in basement and need them to not let water settle close to house. They left some parts for me to get someone to finish it. I was going to but cannot get any family member to do it since they have never done it before. I was going to get gutter Co. here to come out, but my daughter said no, you would have to pay them. and you have already charged 14,000.00, they should have finished their work. Besides that would look very bad on your Company to have another gutter Co. to come in to finish it. So she called yall. Please have them to come back and connect to drain parts i had{ they did some of them.} We are on a limited income and it would be hard to pay another Co.

I like my leaf guards. My house didn't have any on them to start with. It is a great improvement for me.

There were a few areas that needed attention on the roof.

I chose this product as I was guaranteed rain wouldn't run over the gutters in the corners and ends in heavy rain. In the two periods of rain since the installation there have been overflow washouts in several areas in flower beds under the gutters.

Were friendly and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards

These folks know what they are doing and do it very well! Highly recommend!

After comparing all of the other designs, it's clear to me that Leafguard has engineered a superior product and then has gone further by adding a lifetime guarantee to their product and service.

They were pushy with over estimation for the needs for their products.

The quote part took to long.

My system is not working for me. They have come out twice, and they say it is my roof that is leaking. I am not happy and basically stuck with them.

The product leaked. It took two months to get acknowledged. They came back and put sealant on it. However, I haven't been able to check it because of the rain. So I'm not sure if it will continue to leak.

Product seems to work. But, don't send a salesman from the Nashville area and an installation team from Birmingham. The two work okay but it didn't appear that one knew what the other said. This appears to be a good company and we're not sorry we ahead with having the gutters installed. Just the company would show a better face if they were a little more together in what they said and said they were going to do.

Leafgaurd was very efficient and did not take advantage of us. Our son climbed up on a later to check behind Leafgaurd, and they told the truth. There was rotting on the wood below the shingles and the gutters, and I'm so glad we caught it in time.

I purchased LeafGaurd approximately a month and a half go. My gutters are still clogged. Pieces have fallen off. My accordion french drain was not installed correctly as instructed.

During sales presentation, I was convinced about the quality of the product and especially the support after installation. There were areas where the gutter was not installed correctly. The manager came to the house and admitted the errors. It rained so hard and water was not going to the water spouts. It was draining everywhere. I took pictures and sent to the manager. It took forever to have it corrected but they messed up the shingles. I’m not even sure if the error was actually corrected. The manager told me that they will call me when they come to my house to get it fixed. They never call me.

They were very professional and were like Santa Claus, got to work and finished super quickly and did their job really well.

My salesperson was awesome. He sold LeafGuard to me. I was skeptical, but he explained everything to me, and I couldn't let him leave without the sale.

I have had ongoing issues with my gutters. When the wind blow or a storm come through I have had metal hanging or coming off the roof.

I was very impressed with the whole process and I feel confident in the decision I made to use them for new gutters! It is so much more than just new gutters. It could effect your foundation of the home if your gutters are not working properly and my old ones were definitely not working . I have had no problems since I chose leafguard and if I run into an issue down the road I have complete confidence that they will handle it quick and efficiently.

If you are thinking about getting it done. Don't Just do it you'll be glad you did .

They seemed to be good at their job. There was one thing I wasn't satisfied with, but they were okay.

I delayed filling out this survey because I do not like to give negative surveys but after thinking about this for a few weeks I decided the leadership of LeafGuard needed to hear the issues we had. The sales person did a very good job. At first I felt like the work crew did a sloppy job but I really feel like it was just a lack of experience with the issues we needed. They tried hard and were very professional. After having to come back 3 or 4 times a couple of the down spouts are still not in the correct locations. But the real issue was the manager in charge. He was very difficult to get in touch with. His cell phone was always full and he always had to call me back (I could never leave a message). He only came to the house one time. At first he would call me back quickly. After awhile it would take him 2 or 3 days to call me back. The project ended up taking about 2 months and four trips to complete as it is. Having said the above our HOA did demand we have round down spouts. We told LeafGuard this and they said no problem that they could get round spouts and they did.

It is way over-priced.

It hasn't met our expectations, and for that reason the price was exorbitant. I paid $22,000.00.

I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. We have had so many issues.
