After gutter/down spot installation in December 2025 and after 3 days of rain in December of 2025 a January rain revealed a gutter issue. The solution was not resolved to my satisfaction. I am totally disappointed with the outcome.

I had water overflow from newly install gutters. Leafguard. was to resolve that problem by installing Leafguard gutters.
Being charged $,10000, to correct the overflow problem with my previous gutters. I still have gutter overflow. It is at one spot now, rather than three previously. The water flows directly down the side of the house to the basement and never reaches the French drain I had put in to keep water away from the house.

The system is not working correctly. The gutters are overflowing with water. There were a couple of leaks they had to come out and repair. They told me that they would come out, but they haven't.

I do not have a comment.

I purchased a complete gutter replacement several years ago. It was my understanding that I had a lifetime warranty. Within the last couple of years the gutter coating began to fade from tan to white.

Your sales rep indicated that the discoloration would be covered by the warranty.

I was pleased to hear discoloration would be covered; therefore, I purchased a new gutter for the second level of my home PLUS purchased replacement downspouts for my home.

Can you recommend someone that can recommend or paint my old gutters?

I like the looks of the product

They didnot have time to finish the gutters. 1 or 2 is to high to to connect to a piece that takes water away from house. we have a water problem in basement and need them to not let water settle close to house. They left some parts for me to get someone to finish it. I was going to but cannot get any family member to do it since they have never done it before. I was going to get gutter Co. here to come out, but my daughter said no, you would have to pay them. and you have already charged 14,000.00, they should have finished their work. Besides that would look very bad on your Company to have another gutter Co. to come in to finish it. So she called yall. Please have them to come back and connect to drain parts i had{ they did some of them.} We are on a limited income and it would be hard to pay another Co.

I like my leaf guards. My house didn't have any on them to start with. It is a great improvement for me.

There were a few areas that needed attention on the roof.

I chose this product as I was guaranteed rain wouldn't run over the gutters in the corners and ends in heavy rain. In the two periods of rain since the installation there have been overflow washouts in several areas in flower beds under the gutters.

Were friendly and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards

These folks know what they are doing and do it very well! Highly recommend!

After comparing all of the other designs, it's clear to me that Leafguard has engineered a superior product and then has gone further by adding a lifetime guarantee to their product and service.

The quote part took to long.

My system is not working for me. They have come out twice, and they say it is my roof that is leaking. I am not happy and basically stuck with them.
