My experience has been great.
It was a horrible terrible experience for us. It was extremely costly. However we were aware and accepted that because we believed we were purchasing a reputable product. The issue is as follows: sloppy installation as nearly every end cap leaked. The pitch was incorrect and several areas poured water out at the eves. Gutters appeared kicked out and not flush. Thick debris was left within arms reach to run off into the new gutters. Non of the down spouts were actually completed with the corrugated piping we paid for.
The down spout at the front of our home was never mated with our wall drain and the attempt was left looking very unprofessional and barely functional. Some of the gutters and piping still remain in our driveway. We had to clean up the debris left behind after visit 1.
After 1st rainfall we took videos and photos and requested them to fix the issues we observed. After sending several texts and phone calls a crew came out on Visit 2 and left after 30 minutes but all the issues reported remained unchanged. Visit 3 brought the manager Matt who did come out, apologize and attempt to correct what he could. After he left we had to follow up constantly to get another crew out to try to finish the job correctly.
We received excuse after another but finally Visit 4 brought a different crew who agreed the job that was completed was terribly pitched and sloppily done. They worked most of the day but were unable to finish all the issues and promised to come back. That was about 2 weeks ago. At this point we have given up calling and going through all that again. We will NEVER reccomend Leafguard to absolutely anyone. What a giant waste of our time and money. A very POOR investment indeed.
Entire project was seamlessly performed.
The Leafguard installers appeared to have done a good job & had system installed same day. They explained stuff & answered any qustions I had. They cleaned up everything when they'd finished.
Within few hours after they'd finished & left, it rained approximately 1/4 in. One section of the Leafguard gutter overflowed significantly & poured onto our back patio. Because I'd noticed that problem, I took flashlight & my cell phone and walked around our house in the rain inspecting the rest of the Leafguard gutters. I was able to take a picture of another section of the gutter where water was pouring completely over the gutter not inside of it. I also discovered a couple other places where water was pouring over the gutter and not into it but I was unable to get good pictures of those sections.
The next morning I sent the two pictures to the sales rep who reported back to me that he had contacted their project manager. It is now Thurs, 2 days since I contacted sales rep but nobody has gotten back to me regarding these problems.
I wouldn't want someone to spend as much money as I did, and not be happy with the product. I truly didn't have the extra money. Gage worked out a better price, but it was still right at $20K! I'm going to have to take out a loan I'm sure to get it paid before it's due. (I can get a loan from my bank for less interest than he could offer - 5.75% at my bank versus 8.95% with your company.
The on site quote was fast and easy. It was installed a couple days after ordered and the install crew were professional and fast.
Quite expensive. Not sure if they will perform as promised. If I do not ever have to clean my gutters I will give higher marks.
It is a good product with a good guarantee.
My gutters are still leaking
Just installed and have not had a good chance to test the system yet but happy with what I have seen so far.

I need a place checked out at once and repaired.
It would be a 10, but I’m still trying to get the stretch of existing LeafGuard gutter they promised to clean and move the downspout installed where I told them we were installing a rain chain and I can’t seem to get them to come back.
Very knowledgeable and professional salesman. He made us very comfortable buying a top quality product.
The entire process was efficient . The installer recommended a diverted that he did not have with him . He added that to our system within a week . We are very pleased with it all.
On time--efficient--polite-good cleanup of area-attractive product.

The entire experience was enjoyable. I have already told several friends about it Leaf Guard.
This certainly made a difference in the look of our Home
Have some dents in the leafguard, have called several times with no response from anyone.
All were professional from sales to installation
I still don't have paper work & guarantee
After gutter/down spot installation in December 2025 and after 3 days of rain in December of 2025 a January rain revealed a gutter issue. The solution was not resolved to my satisfaction. I am totally disappointed with the outcome.
I had water overflow from newly install gutters. Leafguard. was to resolve that problem by installing Leafguard gutters.
Being charged $,10000, to correct the overflow problem with my previous gutters. I still have gutter overflow. It is at one spot now, rather than three previously. The water flows directly down the side of the house to the basement and never reaches the French drain I had put in to keep water away from the house.
The system is not working correctly. The gutters are overflowing with water. There were a couple of leaks they had to come out and repair. They told me that they would come out, but they haven't.
I do not have a comment.
