I am not likely to recommend Landmark Homes to a friend because Landmark Homes has not addressed our pre-settlement issues, which were over 3 months ago. They've addressed none of them!

We love our home. We love being a part of a senior community that meets our social needs as well as health and physical needs. It's beautiful here. We appreciate the property aesthetics as well as the outlying landscape. We have encouraged many of our friends to join us!

We’ve enjoyed our experience with Landmark Homes. The sales manager and designer were so helpful the whole time and communicated so well with us. Any concerns we had were settled very quickly and without issue. We felt very comfortable communicating through the process.

We've looked for a very long time. There were some communities, not Landmark Homes, that were not as nice. The house we chose and this area were not so cookie-cutter and were not out of the Truman Show. We liked the way it was integrated with the landscape. The house was nicer than others we saw. Jilian Treadway was amazing, knew her stuff, and was not pushy. It has been a really good experience.

Your Team of Kristen, Elysia, Chris and Beth have been great to work with to date. I have high expectations of Ian as we are meeting with him this week for the pre construction meeting. Myself being an engineer will enjoy the interface and oversight of the construction of our new home.

The entire building process went very smoothly. From meeting with Katie to talk about what there was to offer, to the day I got the keys.

The quality isn’t great…we bought a spec home and are disappointed in the quality of the choices they made for the amount we paid for the house.
During the walk through we pointed out things around the door going into the house from the garage, including dents and marks and were told that those issues were not his responsibility, just the inside…who then was responsible? There was a lot of pee on all the toilet seats. Disgusting for me to clean. We were told the house was cleaned…a very loud noise coming from the microwave with extremely cold air coming thru the microwave whenever there’s wind. We were told it’s normal…it’s not normal. It’s so loud you can’t hear the tv.

Landmark offers an extremely well constructed product which can be customized to fit buyers needs.

The process of getting the interior paint corrected was very cumbersome and we had to hire our own painter after we were moved into the house. The new community sales manager was less than easy to work with and was not a great communicator.

We were asking for a lot. A quality built home that worked with our timeline and lifestyle along with a team of people that would truly care about our experience. The minor changes we were able to make to our home plans really helped us to get the house we wanted and would ultimately would work the best for how we live. Landmark Homes from the beginning of my journey have been a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The salesman Christine Glover, who helped me to do the design, and Elysia Monderewicz were so good. People have to go through decision-making with the color and quality. They were very patient and very nice. I appreciate what they have done and what they are going to do in the future as well. and given their opinion, they never got annoyed or anything like that. I was memorized by their behavior. We worked with Christine Glover and shes thorough with the practice and clarified every doubt/question we had during the planning, construction and closing. The quality of construction is as promised and we did not find any issue during inspection. We highly recommend Landmark Homes.

Quality of build was a B at best

We love our home, the style, quality and location.

Not familiar enough with the quality of the construction to judge. If I had to recommend today based on my experience so far, I'd mention the significant additional costs one is likely to incur because the standard items offered by the builder are quite basic and minimal.

We’ve built multiple homes, this was the smoothest build yet. Landmark is organized and well staffed with their own employees and local well known subs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
