Building with Landmark has been a great experience. You would think you are getting a custom home with all the attention to selection and details you receive. The jobsite manager, Dave, is unbelievable. His ability to handle any and all concerns the homeowner have is just amazing. His communication throughout construction was great, especially since we weren’t his only customer. We just felt like we were. Nicole, the sales manager, was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process and is just plain nice to deal with. All in all, we are more than satisfied with our new home and Landmark builders. We highly recommend them.

Landmark homes are beautiful. Having the option of a move-in-ready home was a bonus for us, as we don't have time to build. From what we have observed, all the Landmark communities are beautiful and offer plenty for everyone.

Overall, we would recommend Landmark as a builder based on the quality of homes we have toured and our confidence in the finished product. While our experience with the sales manager has been less than ideal, the overall journey has been mostly positive. We are looking forward to moving ahead and are excited to begin building our custom home.
