Great job. Very professional

On multiple occasions I had to call the project manager because the work crew was not following the quote correctly. They were painting over rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced. If I had not caught the issue then it would not have been removed and replaced correctly. I am not sure if the issue was lack of communication from the project manager to the crew or the crew disregarded instructions.

I would and already have recommended lakeside for windows. The installation crew was professional and courteous and did the job in the given time frame, they left my house when finished and everything was clean and neat. We are very pleased with our new windows and front door. The siding crew although, while very courteous seemed to lack supervision. The weather was hot and I understand how that can slow things down, I did construction work for a long time. I would not want anyone to get ill and I have no problem when there are breaks to cool down, take as many as you need. There were many cooler days though when the crew just didn’t seem to know what was to be done and little work was done. The completion date was several weeks past the three weeks we were told the job would be done. The siding installation itself I would say is adequate not great, below what I would expect considering the cost. I would say my house looks good and we have received many compliments but I will withhold final judgement to see how the siding holds up after a few years.

We really enjoyed the whole process with Lakeside from our sales person, the project managers for the windows, siding, and staining, and all the installers. All the workers were courteous and hard working. Our site superintendent Scott went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. He was very meticulous. Everyone was very concerned that we were happy with the process and the final results. I would definitely recommend Lakeside.

The quality of my Infinity windows is second to none. Everyone at Lakeside was professional and responsive. I intend to use Lakeside Renovation for the project I have planned for next year. I am a satisfied customer.

I'm still waiting for a hinge screw to match the others for one of the doors.
The plumbers didn't clean up after themselves, just left the leftover pipe in the basement and the yard.
The concrete company lowered the grade of my yard. I had a brick patio that is now three inches higher than the pour. The pour is not flat its pitched away from the house which there's no reason for that, it's under the roof. John told me they would grade the yard, instead you dropped a truck load of dirt on my yard which only makes it worse. My yard is destroyed. It's raining today so the river of mud is running.
Ambassador charged me for much more than needed for the job. I have a box of tile where they only used one piece form the box and a box of wood flooring with maybe 3/4 of that box still being full. The gentlemen that installed the floors asked where I wanted the leftover flooring. I questioned why he wouldn't be taking with him, he said "well you paid for it".
