Out of maybe 12 cabinets that I waited a couple months for, one came damaged and another one still hasn't come, even though I was required to pay for the full order up front before anything was delivered. That's a successful delivery rate of about 85%, not outstanding service.

The entire process has been positive and worth the wait! The result (about 95% done) is absolutely beautiful. Sandra really helped take my ideas and add in the details and recommendations to really make the design so good! Mark and Tyler did an amazing job - Professional, hardworking, great craftsmanship with attention to details, and just very nice people; on their last day we told them we were going to miss seeing them every morning to start the day. Very happy, thank you to the KSI team.

I would and have recommended KSI Kitchen and Bath (and has been recommended to us as well when searching). We had an initial hard time when our project originally started with a contractor who had bad business practices, money management, and ethics and went bankrupt (Renaissance Restoration, LLC. Which is still in business and hopefully not continuing to misrepresent, miscommunicate, mismanage and scam more clients and institutions). KSI is on the up and up. Well established company and I tell people that you may pay a bit more but you’re getting so much in return then trying to “save a few bucks”. You want a project done and done right KSI is a go to and we are looking forward to using them for more (yes more) upcoming projects.

Great quality and work completed timely and professionally

When signed the contract we were told it will be delivered in 12-13 weeks. When time came close to promise date upon inquiry we were told they won't show up for another 8 weeks. Order was put on 6-05-2021 it was delivered to warehouse on 11-01-2021. Also once we started to install we found out that one of the end piece that was missing a fascia. To get that piece of fascia we are told it will take 1.5-2 months.

We are in the middle of the process

End product was outstanding -- great design, quality materials, friendly/professional staff and contractors/subs. The only improvement could have been on interim communication during the construction process regarding what was happening and by when.

Everyone was courteous polite and patient from start to finish.

Vanessa at KSI designed the bathroom of our dreams. She is extremely intuitive and worked on planning what she thought we wanted. Her design exceeded our expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of her. The crew sent to our house were extremely professional, timely and courteous. Their workmanship is first class! We love our new bathroom!
