Consultant was a pleasure to work with. Still waiting for installation. Delivery went smooth but some cabinets were damaged.

Working with Wes at KSI has been great. He's been so patient with all my changes and questions and no pressure. I am very satisfied and pleased! Can't wait for the installation.

I felt rushed through out my appointment! I changed the color of the cabinets, so the designer had to change it on her side too. Then she had the height of the ceiling wrong, so she changed that too. We didn’t have enough time to go well with details because she had an appointment right after mine. She thought I had a window on top of my sink, and i didn’t have enough time to question the window she had it on the pictures. I honestly thought that the window on the pictures that she gave me, it was there just for “decorations.” Because of that window, I had to make some changes which it costs me some more money since I changed the size of one of the cabinets, and now I got stuck with a small cabinet that I cannot use it. Plus, I have to wait 2-4 weeks for those cabinets to be made. In the mean time, I have no kitchen to use. I am so disappointed.

I love the design that my designer, Ambra, helped me create. She has a great eye and all her ideas were perfect. With so many options to choose from she was able to narrow things down after listening to my preferences and showing us around the store for ideas to a few great options. I really thought I would never be able to decide but she had a great vision and really helped me visualize my dream kitchen.

After the initial consultations and decisions she listened to my concerns and questions and made quick changes where needed. She made the decision making process very easy. I can’t wait to see the finished product

Ambra wasn’t pushy in trying to make a sale. She was tuned into what are needs where and not selling . It made it easy and enjoyable .

KSI offers a great selection and value. The designer is knowledgeable and helpful. The materials used on the showroom displays are high quality. . KSI provides much better value as compared to “Big Box” options.

The team was great to work with, provided daily updates, kept work supplies contained, and clean.

Shannon at KSI is trying, but many issues unresolved (see below). All stories I've heard regarding kitchen or bath cabinetry have turned into a nightmare...ours is no exception. If possible, I would suggest that people delay purchasing these items until the whole COVID-related fiasco is resolved.

KSI was very receptive to the concerns we had. Jeanine worked to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We did have a few issues with a contractor, but everything was completed to our satisfaction

Krista has been fantastic to work with. Her design was great - she knocked it out of the park. Krista and her design won us over from another local kitchen design company.

Great experience from start to finish. Designer, Jeanine, really listened to my concerns about our existing kitchen and then designed beautiful solutions! Our space is so much more user friendly, practical and of course, gorgeous! Our contractor, Roger, was first rate- experienced, efficient and very neat! We are very happy with end result!

Multiple concerns about design were brought up to the designer. He discounted them and convinced me it would be fine. Now that my kitchen is done, my problems with my kitchen are those exact concerns I brought up in the original design. See additional comments for more
