Have yet to receive my statement via mail, not email showing all work complete and all payments have been paid in full ! have never received receipt from installers whom collected my payments because they don't give receipts. These payments are not small and I am paying their tech Thousands of dollars and no receipt. Also what about a final inspection by the company after work has been completed by a company representative. Would like ad phone # or email address to someone of importance within this company that I could air my feelings with..

The advertised "special" : Free counter tops... was really misleading. It implies that ALL the counter top- regardless of footage is free when in fact it was actual a "special" for 1st 25' of countertop was free which the sales person explained during initial discussions. So I would tell friends good value & vendor service, however- carefully read fine print since what they advertise as "free" more then likely is only partially free.

Installation process was superb, Mike and Tony did an amazing job

Communications and follow through could be better. Never received an itemized bill with a breakdown of the costs and discounts. I asked for this repeatedly and was told that I would receive this.

I’m on the fence about a recommendation because all of the other hiccups we experienced. While I’m pleased with the look of the kitchen it doesn’t outweigh my experience.

I have already recommended redo cabinets to two family members and one friend. My experience with redo cabinets is I met with 3 people. The first person came and gave us a presentation and told us all about the history of Redo Cabinets, the craftsmanship, and the workmanship. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Before he left my home, we singed a contract. I was quite pleased with everything he had to say. The second gentleman came and did all the measurements and we had a few questions which he went over everything and explained in detail what he was doing and stated the next person would be the installers. Redo Cabinets was very good about keeping us informed about when the cabinets arrived and when they shipped. The person who came to do the installation was very much on time, prompt, very professional, very courteous. He was very impeccably clean and neat throughout the three days we went without our kitchen. He was very mindful and courteous of our needs when he wasn't there so we still had use of our kitchen during this process. When he finished the job he cleaned up so well that we barley had a spec of dust in our kitchen. I can not say enough good things about Redo Cabinets. I am totally satisfied and I have already recommended them to three people.

Restoration of cabinets

I actually think the quality is good and they were very quick to fix the discrepancies we have, so it's a good thing.

Redo Cabinets did a great job. The material of the cabinets are durable and easy to maintain as far as cleaning.

Cannot say enough good things about Redo Cabinets. From Moe in sales to my interactions with Joanne in the production office they were all very professional and friendly Scheduling was easy and well coordinated and everything went smoothly. The best was Nick the installer, he was very prompt, professional and friendly He went above and beyond to make us comfortable with this installation as well as meticulous and very clean. He made sure that any dust was contained to the work area, and when he finished he cleaned up and you wouldn’t know that there work had been done. Except for the beautiful new kitchen. I cannot recommend Redo Cabinets because they have not finished the work.

The work that Redo Cabinets does is excellent. Their workmen are polite, professional, and I’ve had no problems with the installation of my two bathroom vanities.

We really didnt have all that we needed financially to completely replace our old kitchen cabinets so we went the next direction of having them refaced. They came out so beautiful and we have let our friends and family, who also agree, that you do an awesome job and are affordable.

The entire process was smooth and we were well informed. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
