Kowalske has now completed two large projects at my home. The first included the kitchen, mudroom, and dining room. The second, just completed in 2023, included the two full bathrooms. The project was completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disturbance to my busy household with young kids. Communication was consistent and continuous, the work was excellent, and the employees were efficient, competent, and respectful.

She developed a vision for the redesign of the kitchen in our condo that was in line with the ideas that we had. Throughout the design process, Christina offered options that were within our budget and presented options that were outside of our budget so that we could make comparisons and informed choices. Christina demonstrated her knowledge of the industry, the trends, and the range of products that were available for our project.

At each phase of the project, the staff and subcontractors explained the work that would be done and the timeline for the work. The staff and subcontractors were very reliable in terms of arriving when they said they would arrive and explaining the work that was being done.

Communication - The communication from Kowalske Kitchen & Bath was exceptional at all phases of the project. The staff and subcontractors communicated with us via phone calls, texts, and emails. One of the most helpful tools that they use is the BuilderTrend app. We were able to create our account on the app and use the app to follow the documented progress on our project (including photos), to communicate with secure messaging, and to see the financial status of our project.

Quality Of Workmanship - We had contracted with Kowalske Kitchen & Bath about 9 years ago for a kitchen renovation project in our last home. The workmanship for that project was the highest quality and we wanted that level of quality again for this kitchen renovation project in our condo. Kowalske Kitchen & Bath came through again with the highest quality of workmanship! The attention to detail that each of the staff and subcontractor demonstrated is consistently above our expectations.

Clean & Safe - The staff and subcontractors took the steps necessary to insure that the work environment and the surrounding areas in our home were kept clean and safe. It was most impressive to see that the area was cleaned each day at the end of the work day.

They were most responsive to any questions, concerns, or needs that we had during our kitchen remodeling project. He was approachable and encouraged us to bring up any matters with him - big or small. Eric was so conscientious as the Project Manager, attending to all details of our project.

She has such a gift for envisioning a kitchen design that is beautiful, functional, and current. Christina's design truly enhanced the beauty and functionality of our kitchen and of our condo.
