Recognized Excellence - Eric was great at getting things done for us. Christina was awesome with the design.

I came in with a total desired budget of $150,000-$200,000. Final bill from Kowalski came in at just under $250,000.00 and we covered another $50,000.00 outside of Kowaslke (provided tile, grout,sinks, faucets, appliances, lighting, flooring & installation). There were a few things that Kowaske missed that were then a plus, plus for the budget so I would tell people to expect to have the budget blown. What I LOVED is that Molly was always available for questions or confirmations, you stated a 3 month time-line that I did not believe would happen and it happened and your on-site crew were always friendly, answered questions and were super clean!

Clean

Clean - Every single day, they cleaned up after themselves and left a clean workplace. We really appreciated this as we were living in the house during the remodel.

Communication

Communication - Our crew chief Brian was always availalbe to answer questions and if he didn't have the answer, he would find out and get back to me. Molly was great to work with and always available.

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - I love the qualify of the cabinets and the finishes are beautiful and have created a fabulous kitchen/first floor.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - LOVE the portal, the daily photos, the daily notes and the calendar. Well done!

Schedule

Schedule - It is one of the things I tell people over and over is we were told we'd be back in our kitchen within 3ish months and we were. I didn't believe it, but you all pulled it off.

Value

Value - Kowalske was one of the more expensive bids we received when getting quotes on this project, but the timeline was important to us as we had a son getting married the end of May. Brian worked hard to finish the punchlist and was even here finishing the very last of the items the morning of the rehearsal dinner to make sure we were ready for the celebration.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication, quality of products, Molly!!, openness to work with our ideas and changes when the initial design didn't work. Brian had to frankenstein a cabinet face onto the end of another cabinet after we discovered in real-time the opening into the kitchen from the foyer would have been too small. He did a beautiful job.

Additional Comments - Love my kitchen and the beautiful gathering spot you helped create in our home. It truley is stunning and when our guests come to our home and see it for the first time, their initial response is "WOW!". You really would have won all the awards! :)

Clean - I was amazed that EVERYONE spent time cleaning up before they left. Great process step to employ not only for the customer but also for themselves.

Safe - All the equipment and bathroom supplies were kept in my garage and they rearranged things, as they took them out, making sure I was safe when entering the garage.

Communication - My project manager, Aaron, constantly kept me informed as to who would be arriving each day and what they would be doing.

It's modern in quality yet consistent for the style of the home. I would also like to recognize Aaron Piasecki, he was the project manager. He has a fantastic ability to handle questions and requests promptly. Aaron is able to thoroughly interact and manage with different members of the crew. He has a really good handle on being able to work with them and handle our questions.

One thing I did appreciate was the three ring binder they gave me stating what jobs would be done and when and who would be coming on which day. They did what they said they were going to do by the three ring binder. I expected high quality from them and that is what they gave me.
