We have worked with KBF on a large kitchen renovation, a bathroom renovation and are currently in the middle of a primary bath renovation.

KBF designers really helped us to think out of the box and reimagined our kitchen and adjacent living spaces in a way we had not considered. We could not be happier with how this project turned out.


The quality of their work is always impeccable and the process is always smooth. Since the majority of the work done, is done by KBF employees and not contracted out, the process is always seamless. I have seen other neighbors who have used cheaper companies, where most of the work is outsourced, and we have never had any of the problems that they have had. KBF is upfront about when they are able to schedule you and that ensures that the resources to work on the project are available.

We have already recommended them to others. The thing that stood out to us was the quality of work and workers. They waited until most of the materials and products were in before starting. They worked Monday through Friday, every week and if they weren’t going to be here for whatever reason, we received a text from the PM informing us of that. Our schedule was to be done by mid January; we had a working kitchen by Xmas which was awesome.

Audi worked with us to develop a plan that fit our needs as a big and growing family. We came into the process with only a few definite ideas concerning what we wanted, and needing a whole new kitchen design. Jamil listened well, and came up with a great design that worked perfectly within our home's limitations. Then, Diana worked so patiently as we picked out our cupboards, counter, backsplash, flooring... I think it took about 6 sessions to work it all out. She never rushed us, or made me feel like it was a problem when I backtracked and changed my mind about a choice. The work was completed in a timely manner, our project manager was excellent at communicating what we needed to know and decide as work progressed. We highly recommend!

The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the communication was consistent and clear, and if it weren’t for some appliance vendor issues, the project would have been completed early. The change orders we made went smoothly and we never felt like we were being overcharged.

The KBF process is thorough and our renovated primary bathroom and basement flooring is beautiful! We enjoyed working with the designers, Diana and Erica as well as our project manager, Raleigh. The KBF craftsmen are talented and professional.

Everyone was amazing to work with from the design team, our PM John, and all the technicians on the job. They communicated well, stayed on schedule and there were no surprise cost increases. KBF’s organized process made what could have been a stressful, drawn out project easy! The end result is gorgeous and even better than we had imagined.

KBF Audi was professional, on-time, courteous of our space & needs, and very responsive. Our project manager kept us up to date and was responsive to our questions and concerns. We were told by several other contractors that what we envisioned was not possible, but KBF Audi looked at our original kitchen layout and figured out how to make it happen, with attention to detail & safety, while incorporating as many of the "wants" as they possibly could. We absolutely love our new kitchen and are incredibly thrilled with the difference! We will definitely use KBF Audi for future remodels.

This was our third project with KBF by Audi having done a sunroom addition, a kitchen renovation, and now a partial basement renovation. That in itself should show that we recommend them as we are “three-peat” customers. Overall we have been extremely happy with all of the work they’ve done for us and will very likely be back for more. We did have a few challenges along the way with this last project, but I think it all comes down to the project manager you have. My experience is that Jamil and his team will always do their best to make sure you’re happy in the end.
