I still feel we were led to believe that there would be more done with the rest of the bathroom, such as the windows being filled in. Also, it took a full week for the work to be done.

I do not recommend K-Designers I am unhappy with their installation of my windows. Very very sloppy and non professional look when finished. looks like kindergarten kids did the sealant around the windows on to my siding and porch/walkways.

Quality and appearance were great. Not a 10 due to finishing was left up to me. I was aware of this but it was more than expected and for the price it should be all inclusive.

Everyone I worked with at K-Designers - salesman, office staff, and installers - were friendly, knowledgable, professional.

The work was poorly done. Was told the small stuff doesn't matter. Didn't finish the whole house. Windows are coming out not flush with house. Wiring is poorly and very unattractive attached to house. Broken slate at top of side of house has not replaced.

Installers didn't bring all parts required and argued about whose fault it was. Still don't have screen for sliding door that they said they would bring next time they were in town.

Windows slide so easily and able to clean some from the inside.

Thay tore my screen on windows, pulled out electric out of wall and didn't say anything, destroyed some of my foundation, couldn't speak English vary well.

After we finally got an instillation appointment on Memorial Day weekend, one was missing a screen. I have been in contact with Dean, and I have not heard any more about them getting a screen installed. It is now almost October. Even if they would ship me the screen I would get it installed on my own.

They are professional and do amazing work.

More timely communication

Answers as to why the caulking molds within a week of it being replaced? You guys came out and replaced it and it is still an issue. Allowed it to fully dry. We have a window and fan. We will end up needing to scrape it out and replace it again soon.

It took a very excessive amount of time and the workmanship was not very good.

Your prices are outrageous.

Your siding is beautiful but your entire team lacks communication with each other and with the customer. The workers turned off my solar and never turned it back on so I got two very large bills from my electric company whole had to come turn the solar back on

Customer service was and continues to be sorely lacking - not great about communicating or follow-up.

The Windows are great. The keep the heat out when the sun is beating down on the windows which is keeping our house cooler. The windows look great.

When concerns were brought up they were said to be looked into but no response happened and nothing changed.
