Most of the experience was good except not happy with our screens, we have just ordered a new door so will see how that goes when it comes in.

K-Designers didn't finish in the timeframe that they promised.

One guy showed up on time every day and the other guy showed up when he wanted to. Apparently, he was the boss. He sometimes did not show up till noon or 1pm, and the other guy has been there for 4 hours working alone. He did his best, but apparently the other guy is the boss. It would have been nice if the other guy had showed up at the same time so they could have got it done faster. I had a safe step walk in tub put in my other home, and they got it done in one day. They had 6 guys working. This one was just one guy for almost all of it and one guy part time, who is apparently the boss. It took a little longer than I thought it should have taken them. Otherwise, I would have given them a ten because the tub looks great.

Chris my project manager and Philip my installer did a great job.

The gentleman that remodeled my shower was amazing. Worked collaboratively and ensured that my expectations for all options were realistic. Very minimal impact on my family's life while working on the shower.

I will give tens across the board. The gentleman who came in and did the job cleaned up well and left my home spotless.

We have never had a shower,we love the shower heads that Marty suggested that rains down softly and the hand held separate shower head makes it easier to wash down the tub and walls. Very easy to keep clean! Everyone we have shown it to have been very impressed!5

When they first started, I noticed that they put a shower floor in. I asked where the tub was, and they said I didn't get a tub. When the salesman put it into the computer, he put it in as a tub-shower combo, but it only showed up as a shower. He didn't double check it, so we had to wait longer to get the tub in.

The work looks great. The installers came when expected and completed the work in a timely manner.

Additional Thoughts - the rep (Alex) met us on a Sunday, which is our only day off and that meant a lot to us. He seemed knowledgeable about the product and the process.

They were very courteous and helpful. They did everything that was asked to be done and were very easy to work with.

K-Designers did a good job.

I hate and do not approve of K-Designers - Salt Lake City at all. I would not recommend K-Designers - Salt Lake City. They are very unprofessional, do not follow code, argue when asked questions, and their customer service is horrible. They threatened to put a lien on my house, and the job was not completed per the city code.

The windows are high quality and were installed with care and kindness.
