The workers were professional and courteous.

This job was the most stressful thing I’ve done.

First not take 2 years to get back to a customer and when something planned don't cancel 3 times and make that customer wait for 4 months after that

First installment was incorrect. Second installment needed repairs already.

K-Designers was a rollercoaster to work with. It was up to me to figure out who I was to communicate and work with of the 4 people from K-Designers. I was originally told between 1-3 days to complete the bathroom remodel but it took about 3 weeks. I was told that 1-3 days was possible as a large crew would be tackling the work but a single subcontractor was sent out for 90% of the work. Overall, the bath, toilet and vanity were done well.

Subcontractor who did the majority of the work was great and communicated well. However, the project manager and master plumber were unpleasant to work with.

When a leak in the main stack was identified, the master plumber offered to replace the section but not the entire main stack. I understand why but the rude attitude after I said I’d reach out to other plumbers to replace the entire main stack was uncalled for.

The project manager who was wrapping up the project was cleaning up the details was at first responsive and pleasant to work with. Paint touchups, finishing the shelves, fixing the out of level mirror, protruding switch were the items to wrap up. After finishing the shelves and caulking, he rushed in to get a signature saying that it was only for the wet areas and major renovations and that he’d be back to wrap up the other items. After getting the run around for 3 weeks, I have given up trying to get them to come fix up the remaining items.

What started out as a good experience ended in a poor experience. I will not be using nor recommending K-Designers again.

Every step of the way was handled with professionalism, quick responses, and high quality craftsmanship.

Good up front but poor communication once the job started and no contact post completion of the job.

The windows are very nice, can tell the difference in the temperature in my house when the windows were just put in, even before any insulation was put around them. Very nice looking windows also.

The project was estimated to take a week, and after almost a month it was completed, no signs were put up to represent K-designers, no request were made to be an advocate for K-designers and communication was great up until the project was funded. This is my 2nd major project with K-designers and both times now I didn't receive discounts as promised for Facebook post or any of the options we choose to participate in.

Adding charges we didn’t approve.

Many areas of this direction no returning phone calls the 12 month interest loan really turned out to be less than 10 months because all you submitted things to the financial company upgrade. Your installer was good dean from an accounting I think was the only person that really returned my call Rusty. Maybe he needs direction on how to work voicemail. Alex classic sales person says this says that a lot of misleading and never follow through. He got the contract he got his money he moves on classic.

Although we like the quality of the product and the installation, customer service - especially followup by our salesperson - is lacking. Also, I still have no paperwork showing details of our project purchase. All I have is an amount due according to the lender.

We were very direct with salesman about exactly what we wanted with replacement window. Was to be a tear out, 3 pane window ( 1/4, 1/2, 1/4), with very low profile trim. What was installed, was very bulky 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 window, with very thick trim that obscured our beautiful view of the countryside.

Everyone that worked on this installation was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been an interior designer for 35 years and I had them install my new windows and they did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. I was impressed by their professionalism. Jan E

The size of the shower is larger than most and they were willing to take on the project with enthusiasm. Although there were a few hiccups in the original design due the size, we were able to come up with a solution and the shower is everything I hoped for.

Oscar ripped out our old shower and installed the new one quicker than I expected and our new one looks fantastic. And, he explained everything he was doing along the way. Great guy, great work.

I have purchased siding a new bathroom windows and new entry door I am very satisfied with k design

Management to call me back when there was long gap to get wrap to trim windows.

It looks very nice but as time goes by I’m finding issues.

Communication was horrible and for the amount we paid I would of expected much better service
