I would not recommend them a friend because the bottom basin of the shower was not properly installed, so they are coming back out to reinstall it in a few weeks. It's creaking, shifting, and making noise. I don't understand why they would've left it like that. Also, the door during the initial installation came broken and I know it's out of their control, but it took us several weeks to get back in touch on our end in order for them to come out and install the new door. I don't know why we had to reach out to them and it was their product.

The process was easy and quick. The consultant who came out to see us initially was very friendly and informative. He was in and out, didn't take up our whole evening with chitchat yet we didn't feel rushed

They were very easy to talk with. They kept me up with everything that they were doing from start to finish. The installer was a top-notch and very friendly. He told us step by step what was happening. The cleanup was excellent. I was very satisfied and it looks great.

The windows were expensive but very nice. They were done professionally and quickly. They came in, did the job, and cleaned up the mess. When you close the windows though they are a little hard to get to. The top of the window comes down and you have to fight to close window.

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths seems to have difficulty with manufacturing windows according to their measurements that are taken. The 4 windows in the front were a little wider than permitted, so the 4x4 that went in made it difficult for a correct fit. The garden window shelf size was a quarter inch shorter than the measurement of the glass that came in. The replacement that came in was completely wrong and had to go back for another try to get it correct. The screens for the windows are now flush, when older versions had 8 inch insets on each side that would have made up the difference for the window to fit properly. The windows can fall off the bracket now and that can cause safety issues.

The installation was delayed because they had the wrong parts for the door, and I am not very happy with the quality of the storm door. The storm door windows have a tendency to get jammed easily. Now I know what jams them, but it's a tough way to start with a new door when the windows are jamming. Because of the lack of door glass, it has been a problem for us and a concern for us that we may break the window. For what we paid, everything on it should be perfect. Overall, I am not very.

2 years ago, I had an excellent experience with Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths when I remodeled my first bathroom. I have had an opposite experience with my second bathroom remodel.

Well I had to pay $500.00 to get the mess cleaned up they left behind and if your wanting to service our area you have a funny way of showing it.When I told you of the issue you didn't care.

Our sunroom project exceeded expectations. Then entire team was easy to work with from management to the highly qualified workers for each phase of the project.

Everything worked out perfectly, the salesman was wonderful and very accommodating and explained everything. The installers were great, they did everything quickly and showed me how to handle and work with the windows. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a very easy process for me.

You don’t honor your own mistakes

The first salesperson was new with Joyce, and he did not give us all the information we wanted. So we had written Joyce off our list. Then, your rep called and we agreed to talk with a different agent (Gina) who was very knowledgeable and personable (so was the first agent). Perhaps everyone does not ask as many questions as we do, but 12-18K is a lot of money and we want to know what we are getting! The installation went very smoothly and quicker than we expected. It did take about 2 months to get the final caulk applied, but it looks great and we are very pleased with the work.

The sales person Gina Jones had a great presentation and was very helpful. Tim, who installed, did outstanding work. Also, the product is a quality purchase both me and my brother appreciate.

I may, or may not use again. I would certainly obtain several other estimates. Before signing with Joyce I obtained one other estimate that was unrealistic for the work requested.

The whole process went very professional from sales to the completion. The salesman to the construction crew. The job was done in one day and I felt they did a very high quality job. Product is great. Installers were great. Customer service, lack of follow up from the sales rep and over sharing what is very vs what I received, is a bit lacking. This is based on the customer service I've received from a comparable company.

They were very courteous, on time, and always checking back. They were understandable about certain situations that occurred that we knew nothing about. We really appreciated them.

They were great putting my windows in but I am having issues with my screens; they did not come with the windows and I am still waiting. I was told my first payment was 30 days after completion and my job is not complete. They should not have submitted the project as complete when it is not. The screens are too big for my windows and they should have checked them before they brought them out here.
