Very professional...I highly recommend

They were very courteous, on time, and always checking back. They were understandable about certain situations that occurred that we knew nothing about. We really appreciated them.

They were great putting my windows in but I am having issues with my screens; they did not come with the windows and I am still waiting. I was told my first payment was 30 days after completion and my job is not complete. They should not have submitted the project as complete when it is not. The screens are too big for my windows and they should have checked them before they brought them out here.

They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Plus they did a great job!

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & baths were very professional, nice, accommodating, and it was a very nice experience.

I was very disappointed in the installation of the Moen shower handle control. There is a one inch proud which allows the screws into the wall to be very visible. It looks tacky and upsets me every time I take a shower. Sample showers I saw at the Home & Garden show did not have this much proud. Neither do the sample showers on your website. I was very disappointed in the finish on the handicap rails and shower curtain rod installed in the shower. They show water spots very badly and have to be continually polished. If you hang a bathmat or towel on them it leaves a discoloration that needs to be polished out. I bought two handicapped bars from a website on line for only $65.00 and have never had this problem. All I can conclude is that Joyce is using an inferior products to save money.

Very professional and expert window installation. Windows are manufactured locally in their facility. We had a complex window installation in a sun-room add-on. They figured out how to best install the windows and make everything look great! They handled every facet of the installation from coordinating with our condo association to installation.

The gentlemen (Mark and Adam) installed our back door did a wonderful job. Professional and meticulous.

They are very thorough. The installation team forgot to bring the grab bar for the bathroom. One of the members went to the warehouse, picked up the grab bar, brought it back, and installed it. They were quick in getting something scheduled for the screen door so it would be functional. They were quick.

From the sales person to the installer the process went smoothly and without problem. Everyone was very professional and delivered a beautiful shower.

Efficiency and work.

We upgraded the windows to our home with Joyce over 6 years ago. When it came time to tackle the French front doors and crumbling brick wall, we felt comfortable reaching out to Joyce to start the project. In the end we got a beautiful facelift to the front of our home. The team at Joyce helped to reinforce our foundation so we could enjoy this upgrade for years to come. I’d recommend Joyce to my family and friends for both cosmetic upgrades and structural repairs.

Joyce did a shower for us two years ago and a patio door. Their work is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. Highly recommend them if you want quality work.

We love our sunroom. It was exactly what we were looking for and absolutely gorgeous. We already have 8,000 views on Google of our room, so it's done really well. I have referred them to a friend.

They did a good job.

I don't have any problem with the installation of the tub. Although some of the work required was beyond the installers, so I have to finish it myself, which is fine. When they sold us the tub, they did not assess the hot water tank. It is not big enough to use the tub properly. We have to now see about adding a tank on the tub or a meter, and that runs a few hundred dollars, and that does not include installation costs. Considering how much it costs, I should be able to use my tub. We used them for our front porch, and it was beautiful, but I would not recommend them for any type of bathroom project.

To the project manager to the men doing the bathroom remodeling are all professional people the company should treasure. All the work was done in a timely matter and we are pleased how the bathroom looks,

They were willing to work with my requirements.

I was told that my payment was going to be $69.00. It's $270!
