The windows are beautiful. I wish I put them in sooner. The installers were very skilled. They cleaned up well. They were outstanding.

Joyce made the process very simple. Once dates had been established, the people who came to build it, did it very quickly. Within a week I had two bathrooms converted from a tub to a shower. Everything was perfect. They made the financing options easy, and they found someone who I could pay monthly, and they did all of the work.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the procedure of how it was installed.

The bathroom doesn't have any grab bars. I'm getting older, so that's why I wanted a walk-in. If I'm sitting down, I will not be able to hold on to anything to get up.

The value of the window was still a great quality. Travis Britt is an excellent asset for this company. He was very patient with all my questions and did not hesitate to reach out and check in as the project progressed. Ed and Scottie were the installers. They were prompt and finished the project earlier than expected. They communicated with us immediately when a small tree was in the way and needed to be removed. They did nothing without getting our permission which we really appreciated. If you have a window, sunroom, or bath project, Joyce Windows is the way to go!!

The installers were extremely professional and did an excellent job installing the new shower. They gave instructions on what was required to maintain the shower also.

I was away for a few days while the work was being done. The work looks great, but watching the installer on video had me concerned. When he was working outside, he was very slow and didn’t always act like he knew what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and it looked great.

What separated you from others I met with was comfort level in dealing with Aaron at the first call and on through the entire staff. Everyone was professional and PERSONABLE which is an important characteristic for me.

The sunroom and shower projects were done very professionally and the work crews were great. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing. However, I have contacted Joyce twice about a warranty issue with the sunroom and have had no response so far. I have told them to leave a message if no answer and I would return their call as I receive an annoying amount of spam calls and don't answer an unrecognized number. No messages have been left thus warranty issues seem difficult to get resolved.

I was misled, not only by the gentleman who sold me the product, who said I would be dealing with the company, not an outside company, and that they would be available if I had questions, which was not true. I was misled. Since I am not en expert on bathrooms or showers, I assumed that once the contractor came and did the work, Joyce would send someone out to inspect the work, but no one showed up or called — disappointing.

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths - Charlotte was very invasive and very unresponsive when legitimate questions were asked. They were rude. They talked to my wife and me like they were experts, but when we had legitimate questions, it was, "We will get right back to you," but a day or two or three would go by before we ever heard anything.

The salesman was pushy. He said they wanted to take the walls out. The walls were taken out and they replaced it. You can hear communication in the bathroom now.

This is the 2nd job that Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths has done in my home in the last 6 months. The 2nd job is not completed yet. We just signed a contract. So far I was very satisfied with the work done on the last project. I am sure the same level of quality will be applied to this new project.
