Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with the quality of the material. It looks great. They were on schedule and started the project promptly and ended in the time frame we expected.

Recognized Excellence - The crew on the site that did the work were really nice and they did a great job. We had a really nice crew working on our house that week. John Michael, the owner, had some of the materials Owens Corning would install and walked me through the whole process.

Additional Comments - I did not go with the lowest bid I went with a higher end product and I feel it was worth the value.

Schedule - He actually accommodated our schedule in a better manner. He moved us up based on the condition of our roof.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied in terms of the scheduling and timing. They accommodated our schedule, and they were also dealing with the weather of the pacific northwest.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the man that did our roof for his exceptional service. It was a small crew, but I don't recall his name. However, I'm sure John would have his name.
