Plenty of companies will "place" or "install" your flooring. JL Construction is a premium company that tailored and created new floors and baseboards with carpentry precision that changed our entire home.

Here is our experience. We met the owners of the company, who told us exactly what to expect from each flooring option. I was worried that our appointment with JL Construction would be a high-pressure sales call. This worry quickly vanished as soon as we met. They treated our home like theirs, and they cared about our costs. Even when they could make more money, they would instruct us to go in a different direction. It was refreshingly shocking! Think about the last two years. Nine out of 10 times we have needed repairs or any service, we have heard the same talking points. Companies use pandemic prices in the first minutes of presentations and then preface their costs with a half dozen excuses why the price will be so high to prevent a "customer shock."

In many cases, this adds up, and you must bite the bullet; but it hurts. Here is the difference with JL Construction. JL Construction's main concern is that their customer is happy with their home because of their work! They are not a company that is happy just doing a job! It was clear JL’s passion was our happiness after the appointment. JL Construction focused on what we wanted, gave us different options, and gave us other options when they thought that something could cost less when we wanted something specific. We highly recommend JL Construction.

Additional Comments - At no flaunt of JL Construction the 3rd party roof shingle delivery company's truck fractured 4 panels of my concrete driveway when backing onto it. Lee paid us for the damage. He was later reimbursed by the 3rd party roof supply company. We are happy with the quality of our new roof. Lee and his crew were very good to work with.
