She is the coordinator of our project and we can only assume all other contacts with staff would be as good. My mother and I were looking to build a new construction, multigenerational home in Poulsbo. In the process, we came across JK Monarch. From the start, they were extremely helpful. Their agent showed us around the neighborhood and helped us pick a lot with a great view we loved.

We had the opportunity to walk through a couple of their model homes, and you could immediately tell they were higher quality than we had seen from other builders in the area. Our realtor, well-versed in the construction business through a family business, even noted that JK Monarch’s quality was much higher than the homes he usually walks clients through. Based on our experience, we are highly likely to recommend JK Monarch to others looking to build their dream home.

Clean & Safe - Throughout the building process, we had the opportunity to walk through the property on several occasions. Each time we visited, the job site was incredibly clean. We even walked through with our smart home automation specialist, who commented on the cleanliness and quality of the job site. We always noticed how neat the place looked from the outside whenever we drove by to check on the progress. It was reassuring to see that JK Monarch kept the site tidy and well-maintained during construction.

Quality Of Materials - We were very surprised to see the quality of the finishes and materials used in the home. As we went through the home customization options, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they offered premium material options without needing to upgrade to the highest plan.

Trust

Trust - On several occasions, even after moving in, where minor complications arose, JK Monarch still took time out of their day to send tradesmen over to resolve issues at the house. They could have easily walked away from us, but they were always kind, supportive, and professional. Our relator mentioned that in the 35 years of his profession, he has never seen a builder whose construction was such a high caliber.

We are very pleased with our experience with JK Monarch. From our first interaction with Michelle Walden to even after receiving our keys, we have felt JK representatives have been prompt, honest and thorough with our questions or concerns. We are very pleased with our new home.
