I can't speak highly enough of them. I had now idea how good it would be. I am beyond thrilled. I can't recommend them enough.

I have a rather old house, that presented many challenges - the team problem solving was exceptional. In addition, I experienced some personal issues that required a shorter timeline to complete. Everyone pitched in and accommodated my requests while still delivering quality work - who could ask for more!

We were totally satisfied with the whole kitchen remodel. They were very thorough, any changes I asked for they did. They were very nice and good to work alongside.

I was so impressed with the whole Jericho team. Zack listened to how I wanted to change my kitchen, and my budget, and created a perfect scenario. He has a low key, friendly, not too pushy personality. When we went shopping for the granite and backsplash, I felt like I was with an old friend, not to mention his creative input! As Project Manager, Justin let me know what was going on and explained the time frame of when they will start and how long it will take. I have and will continue to recommend Jericho to anyone who wants to remodel.

Charles Devries is truly a master craftsman. His level of knowledge and expertise was the best I've ever experienced in many years of home remodeling projects. Jericho is lucky to have someone of Charles' character and experience. He surpassed my expectations! Preston Jamison was on top of everything as project manager. He kept in touch with me throughout the project and very effectively handled a couple complications with the existing structure that were not anticipated but were discovered during the demolition. Preston and Charles both did a great job on my kitchen!

This remodel was beyond our expectations! Jericho did a fantastic job. When I walked in the kitchen after all of the protective coverings were removed all I could say was WOW! Our kitchen looks fantastic.

Project was a very positive experience. Gio the installer was wonderful. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned up everyday before he left. He did an excellent job. His skills are awesome. Project Manager Jim was in contact with me on status of project and would answer all my questions. Very pleased with my project. My kitchen is now beautiful!

We were very satisfied with the work they did and the time scale they gave us. They finished earlier than we expected them too. That was a good thing for us.

The high-pressure sale was a problem and as well as lack of itemization.

A few minor glitches along the way. Despite these, the project was completed on time. We are very pleased with the end result.

A basic kitchen upgrade was expensive. But the Jericho sales pitch is that they don't contract out work so they control quality and schedule. We had a two week delay (no progress) due to granite install that was outside of their control which was not the sales pitch. It was a straightforward remodel with only two slight modifications and one was almost missed and the other was not done at all. The durable finish on the cabinets is already starting to come off in places so I am worried about long term durability. Hard to recommend.

I think they did quality work and was very professional when it was done. We had two experiences with them, and both ended up being excellent. I have nothing bad to say. They come through with what they say they will do and do it in a timely and professional manner.

The overall process from beginning to end met my expectations.

Brandon was totally useless. There was no finished design before the signing as shown in the commercials. Both salesmen were good but the design work never got done. We thought we would see what our bathroom would look like before work started but that was not the case. It also took nine months to complete the work we had done on or bathroom.

They were able to complete our kitchen in a very timely manner with expert craftsmanship. I am so happy with my new kitchen. All my ideas were incorporated into the design.

One of the better projects we've had done in our house due to Robert keeping me up to date everyday on what work would be completed that day. I appreciated his guidance and even-temperament when I was changing my mind on some design ideas. Also Zach was very helpful in making design decisions. I had a vision of my bathroom and it turned out just as I pictured it!

It's the second time that we have used Jericho Home Improvements. They do what they say and they are a good company to work with.

Granite countertops and new backsplash look fantastic in our kitchen.

Jericho developed a plan to replace our jacuzzi tub with a walk-in shower. The final design is very nice and modern. Jericho also worked with us to allow us to do some of the work (demolition, painting, cabinet refinishing, closet addition) to reduce the overall costs. The Jericho project manager was very responsive and always available. Craftsmanship quality is excellent. Overall, fantastic experience with Jericho.

I would not recommend them because of the cost. They are too expensive.

Cost is high but work was done on time with no issues. Shower remodel took less then a week. We didn’t have to worry about the worker not showing. We paid for the convenience.

We would tell them product was good and workmanship great but we laugh at your commercials because there is a lot of untruths that I believe the owner doesn't know about. "on time and on budget "

Wanted to give 2 stars but the system would not let me. The craftsmen that worked on our bathroom did an excellent job. We love how it turned out. The low rating is for dealing with everything else. Misinformation from day one. Lack of communication from sales team and financing. We were never given option for any computer design. Had not seen the commercial until project was over. Had to have project transferred to a different designer due to lack of communication. My advice is question everything and be very specific on want you want and need. Jericho assumed we were like every other customer if something worked for someone else it would work for us.

I would advise not to begin a project until you know that every item that had to be ordered is available and ready for installation. Be sure you understand how these items are ordered and who is responsible for the orders.

I probably will recommend Jericho.

Jericho did a fabulous job! We now have a kitchen we can be proud of and love to show off! Service was great and George was excellent!

My improvements are awesome and even though I made some last distance changes David was so helpful in helping me make things work out perfectly. Everyone was very very helpful and I felt like I had made some new friends. I’m thrilled with the quality and designs.
