They were very quick to respond to my needs. Dillon Woods was easy to work with and it was a pleasure under distressful circumstances.
The dry out portion was excellent
Work took to long to finish. Like or no communication.
Nick was nice, on point, and very good at his job.
yes
We had a house fire and hired Jenkins to rebuild our house. As bad an experience as a house fire is with losing everything we owned, it was nothing compared with dealing with Jenkins. Three years later and they still have not finished the repairs they had to make to fix what they screwed up while building. The only reason we gave them one star is because they didn't offer zero stars.
The first project manager assigned to our case was great, although he was obviously over-worked and not well supported. The second PM was never really engaged in the project and apparently had one foot out of the door as he soon left. The third PM was nice but inherited a mess. Escalations through the office managers were useless as there was plenty of turnover there also. We were initially told our project would be completed in 2 to 3 months. Project was signed off 12 months later. Much of that delay was due to lack of staffing, over-committing resources, or combination both. Some of the repairs had to be re-done, and some of those re-done more than once.
They were very professional in their work. They did a very good job with cleanup and making sure everything was completed.
Very prompt and kept me updated on appointments
I would recommend the great job that was done on my roof and ceilings.
It took over four months to complete a small kitchen fire. They only work once or twice three hours a day.
Very professional and on schedule. Very informative.
The initial response and drying of the house was very timely. The actual restoration, painting and tile in the bathroom, took almost 6 months to complete
Jenkins Restorations were very official. They acted very polite and kind. They worked well and did their job.
The quality of work was subpar and had to be redone in several areas. The materials quoted to the insurance company were not not used changing our home from a solid quiet insulated Dowling to something that echos and resembles a barrel. One layer of sheetrock to replace rocklathe does not accomplish the same thing. Then charging the insurance company several thousands of dollars for multiple layers of plaster then using thin sheetrock instead could be considered cheating the insurance company.
We are not happy with the work, the quality of materials and the several months it took to compete the job. Doing the job right the first time without having to tear it out and do it a second time would have shortened the time a lot. Then leaving sub contractors that cannot speak English so the home owner could communicate with them was frustrating at best.
would not recommend to do any job.
Slow to respond. Couldn't guarantee dates of work. constant re-schedule with minimal to no explanation/warning.
Jenkins Restorations are very knowledgeable in their craft and they worked quickly to resolve the issues resulting from my water leak.
Not at all. And have not with people in the neighborhood who have or are going through similar water damage we did.
In an age of customer service practically being a relic of the past - Jenkins has restored my faith as well as the work they did in our home after a water leak. Professional, friendly, prompt - they did everything they said they would do and more - always going the extra mile - 100% recommend!
I am pleased with the work that Jenkins Environmental Services did. They were prompt, trustworthy, explained things well, and made me feel comfortable because they were so knowledgeable with what they are doing.

Very Professional
Preserving the materials as best as possible needs to be the emphasis to it's employees. They destroy my kitchen cabinets and damaged what remained unnecessarily. Preservation needs to be the focus when possible.
Excellent work!
Great company that has worked on our house several times. We always request them for insurance work.
Fantastic and Professional!
I've only had the drying portion of the restoration done currently.
I wouldn't recommend them for anything. They put sheet rock up before they restored the roof. It rains in between 6 weeks and the sheet rock had to be replaced again.
Avoid this company! We started a project in September 2020 and are still waiting for it to be completed 8 months later!
Don't You Do It! Call Someone Else! My home was flooded as the result of a plumbing accident, and the insurance company advised me to use their preferred vendor (not mine ). I wanted my house back to normal ASAP, and didn't want to make it any harder or have to wait longer for my repairs, so I accepted their recommendation. I now wish I had gone with Larry, Moe and Curly's demolition, babysitting and more ! Jenkins Restoration is still in my house and they're just now patching the walls and it's a month in. If you ever want to know the status of your project you better invest in Ms. Cleo your psychic advisor, because these cats will definitely keep you guessing and on your toes, . Communication is not their forte! God forbid you have a life, because Jenkins Restoration never gives you advance notice of when they are arriving, and if they do, they keep you waiting all day! I was under the impression that project managers were supposed to be organized and have a better grasp of their projects timeline and provide that to the customer (I should know because I have done it), but not my guy, he's the gift that doesn't keep on giving. Who does remediation work that doesn't appear remediated, Jenkins Restoration that's who! The workers don't cover up the work area (I had to request it), don't clean up after themselves (again requested), don't advise you on what they are doing; and if they do they are asking you for information you have not been informed about, and they leave the door open allowing for flies to enter my house! I would have been better off going with a different company! They appear to take on more work than they can manage and are scrambling to get contractor's to do the work, then the work is rushed and corners cut. I have a pet peeve, that if someone I'm doing business with bad-mouths a competitor, or the company that gave them the opportunity, I shut it down, especially if you do exactly what you bad-mouthed them about! I will never ever recommend Jenkins Restoration! This experience is worse than the flood itself!
The guy came out and took up the floor and laid it in one day. That was remarkable. They did it without creating a lot of dust. The balance of the cabinetry was something they missed. It began to break apart. A troubleshooter had to come over and do something about that. That was the only flaw in what would have been a perfect installation.
Zack and his crew were extremely competent and friendly. I would highly recommend this Company
Jenkins was very professional with their work, customer service, and were dressed professionally. They were thorough with their work. I would highly recommend them.
Larry is a great representative of the company.
I,m is satisfy
Jenkins did not provide a basic level of repair or customer service for our family during a very difficult time. Jenkins caused our family a great deal of stress. Buyer beware.
They were great.
Jenkins Restoration provided phenomenal service from the project manager, Michael Luckett, and the foreman Eric. We would not have gotten the project done without Mike's help.
Immediate response and accurate estimate given by informed professionals. We had a roof replacement and fence repair due to a fallen tree and although the start of the work was a bit delayed, that was mostly due to the holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas). The work crews were friendly and meticulous and I enjoyed watching the rhythm in which they worked; they obviously knew their stuff! Jenkins was referred to us by our insurance company; however, I would personally recommend them simply due to the standard of work they accomplished for us.
This is the second time I have used Jenkins Restoration Company. Once was for fire restoration. The second was for mold remediation. Bobby Minor was the project manager for the fire restoration. They did excellent work and Bobby stayed in constant contact to keep me informed. That was appreciated. Later, I discovered a mold problem in the crawlspace of the same house. I contacted Bobby Minor and he referred me to Craig Johnson in their environmental division. Once again, I had a great experience. Craig stayed in touch throughout the work and was easy to work with during the project.I originally was drawn to Jenkins Restoration and Environmental because I found that they were vetted by the USAA company. I am glad that USAA recommends this company. If anyone needs quality work, I believe you will be pleased with the quality and speed of their work. Ron Neely
Jenkins Restorations never contacted me when they were coming to my house. I had to keep calling them to find out when the project would be completed. Part of the project was done on a Monday and it took several weeks for the rest of it to be completed. I sent multiple emails and calls but never got a response, they would just show up when they wanted to without warning, and most of the time I was not even at home. I asked them to notify me before they were coming but they never did. The workmanship was fair but they poured white paint all over my front yard and left nails in the driveway. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and I would never recommend them to anyone. I told my insurance company as well to remove them from their recommendation list.
Too Expensive -- Over $1,000 for minor ceiling repairs plus two coats or paint. Room = approximately 15 x 20.
Jenkins Restorations did a good job!
I was tremendously impressed with Jenkins, from the beginning to the end. Everything was handled incredibly well.
Jenkins provided quality and professional service in a timely manner.
Thank you Jenkins Restoration for your quick response to my residence during my emergency need for water damage on Thanksgiving....
Jenkins Restoration has cordial and professional employees who complete the work to your satisfaction. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They were thorough and skilled in their areas of work.
Jenkins Restoration worked very well with my Home Owner's Insurance Company to quickly resolve the work and the claim for my home restoration project. I did not have to do anything! Thanks to Mr. Michael Luckett, Project Manager at Jenkins Restoration!
The work was performed with speed and professionalism. The young man performing the work was an outstanding individual.
