Recovering from damage in your home is never easy but from start to finish Emmanuel Manahan and his crew were top-notch: always on time, professional, hard-working, cordial and respectful of my home, cleaning up after each visit. Emmanuel was especially helpful in answering questions related to replacement items and tracking down just the right materials. I give them my highest recommendation.
The rescue team was on time for the emergency - just what the customer needed.

Jenkins double charged for floor/rug cleaning and wall/baseboard/crown molding measurements. Not impressed with their "high technology".

Jenkins Restoration was quick to respond and explain the process and our out of pocket expenses for our insurance claim. They explained our options and the time line and communicated with the insurance company about the damage. The staff was polite about responding to questions and requests. We were kept informed about the status of the process and when there was an issue with a vendor, Jenkins immediately resolved the issue. They truly represent Christian values that are the foundation of their company. We would highly recommend this company.
Worst restoration job my husband and I have ever experienced! Would not in a million years recommend this company. They restored our bathroom (a 4-week job according to their estimate)
and it took 7 months to complete. Worse than that, my husband had to finish their work left undone.
Overall, they got the job done and we are happy. I found having our home flood to be a stressful event.
Quality of of work to is fair to poor. They have you select items then they change the items. Project not completed in a timely manner.
Probably not based on my experience. Happy to discuss this in person if desired. If I had to do it again, and presented with the same options, I'd probably go with Jenkins because in the location where this project was located, Jenkins would be the least worst option.
They are the best there is. I honestly cannot praise them enough.

The Chapman family could't possibly recommend Jenkins Restoration given the major delays caused by the specific repair foreman we had to work with and the ongoing issues with the work done by the crews he hired. I've heard great reports from others who had a different repair foreman, but unlike those reports, our experience with Jenkins Restoration was most disappointing and totally not worth the cost.
Besides completing the work at the end of the day almost everything else went wrong throughout this process. From top to bottom there was terrible communication between Jenkins employees in the same and different departments and none were good at communicating with me either. Their crew had to be supervised and corrected multiple times during a content cleaning for using improper procedures. Because of improper procedures on content cleaning they had to do everything twice, and they came on the wrong day after recommending we be there. They damaged some of my belongings in the process as well. At times it would take up to a full week to get a call, email, or any response back from them but sure enough when it came time to pay after “finishing” the job I had multiple calls texts and emails all at once.
Unsatisfactory experience that did not respect us as the insured or have respect for our property.
Taking to long to complete
Mike and the guys did a great job they saved my carpet ,they saved the sheetrock. But most of all they showed up in just hours of the flood. Thank you Jenkins for keeping the family together.

I will not bad mouth anyone, They did a great job on my bathroom. The lack of communication was an issue. They were supposed to start 9/13/21. They did not start until 9/27, and they did not let me know they were not starting on 9/13, or that they would show up on 9/27 to start.
In regards to the dry out phase of our project, the employees were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They quickly responded to any texts or phone calls and were helpful answering all our questions and offering suggestions to make the process less disruptive to our lives.
My insurance set this company up to replace a wall that was damaged due to a water leak through a window. Every visit led to “I can’t remove the wall” 1st visit was “replace the window that is causing the damage, then the wall could be replaced”. Replaced the window, they were called back out, they used a device to determine if it was dry on the other side. My main concern was mold, because we didn’t know how long it had been leaking. “He told me he couldn’t remove it or that “his boss” told him that. He referred me to another guy that could do it, called and scheduled time with him just for him to tell me and do the same exact thing… Felt like I was going around in circles with them. Also did a follow-up call to see if they were still going to remove/replace the small floor piece that was also damaged but I realized I called during non-business hours but a representative told me they would relay the message to them and have them give me a call back… Haven’t heard anything since. Will most likely move forward with another company that will follow through with my needs.
Jenkins Restorations is an easy company to work with.
They did pretty good work, but they didn't ever come back. Nobody walked back through to see if everything was as it was supposed to be. I wasn't satisfied with that. They put the cabinet back in, but they put in a regular cabinet instead of my customized cabinet. They raised it up a little high. I'm dealing with that - it'll be alright.
They showed up the morning we discovered this we had a problem. We think the insurance agent sent them. Jenkins men removed some trim boards, dry wall, shelving and carpet. They then gave us an hour

Remdiation work was great. Technician was prompt, did good work, and cared.
I am not sure how bad or well they did. I didn't know too much about what's going on with that. I assumed they checked their work. It took two days. Most of it was done the first day. I don't know how much time it would take. As far as I know I haven't heard any complaints about it. They recently started some more work and they are just now starting today. Once they did it, I don't know of any problems since then. The job seem like it was done well.
They lost and broke items. They lost two tables and broke two expensive lamps, among other things.

They care about the client and are there to answer any questions or concerns. They made sure that the project was completed as it should be. All employees were very professional. The cleanup after the project was great as well. I would highly recommend!!

It took them a long time, once they started I had to keep calling them to get the status on things. It took longer than I expected.
