I'm very pleased with Jenkins and I highly recommend them to anyone. They have excellent contactors that are on call and ready to please.
Poor communication if any at all. Incorrect quote pricing and then tried to guilt us into paying almost $20,000 more because their estimator makes mistakes. Poor workmanship non-professional contractors brought in to try to save money. Weeks to get items fixed and then non-licensed electrician sent to fix switches who just taped the back of the switch together after they broke it. Was told they couldn’t do something because they didn’t want to even though it was in the quote. Had to find outside company to come and do it and they said no problem. Jenkins just didn’t want this job after they messed it up and keep trying to get out of it. Just not good all the way around.
Would highly recommend Christy. she was responsive to my texts and emails and worked with us throughout the entire project. The only reason for 3 stars is the contractors they hired to complete the job, I would not recommend.
Initially, I would not recommend them. The end of the project was better than the beginning.
Jenkins restoration delivered quality service. Every employee that entered my home was respectful, courteous, and professional. They called before coming each day, and were very considerate of my time and kept me updated on the timeline. Highly recommend
Too hard to deal with. No site-manager to make sure work is done satisfactorily. Very disrespectful of homeowner’s house. Subpar work done in many areas.
Very helpful in guiding us through the process in picking out products and making sure we had all the options of choice.
Knowing what our vision was for the house and keeping us on track with color and material types to achieve it.
Just needs a bit more quality, and alot less need for walkthroughs to correct things that coukd have been done in the first place had the lines of communication been more direct.
I suggest the foreman being onsite more and in contact with Customer more directly
The only thing worse than coming home to a house full of water was dealing with the snotty work completed by Jenkins. Between the bad craftsmanship and no call no shows this was a terrible experience.
Project took about seven months to complete. Job was proposed to take about three-weeks.
Since it took a year to finish a project that was supposed to be done in “maybe” two months at the most I probably would not recommend
Drew was very compassionate, effective, and efficient. I really appreciated that.
Never
Yes they were timely and professional service.
I do not recommend this company.
Yes I would recommend Jenkins Restoration to family and friend.
They explained what they were doing and arrived on time.
Good communication throughout work.
Thoughtless discarding of materials that were not damaged.
Yes.
Recommendations require trust, communication and follow though. That was absent in this case with exception of the work led by Benjamin Quezada who stepped up to help get the move in completed.
They showed up promptly after the adjuster left, I didn’t even know they were coming! They called me and walked me through everything and were very polite and professional.
They Jenkins crew was efficient and did a great job. We were kept apprised of all the steps and schedule.
The suppose work did not meet our request to make a Mold or Black Mold testing. They when ahead for an asbestos test that the Insurance knows the outcome as was tested before we acquired the home. and then brushed it up stating tht they don't know when a reputable roofer company was present and witnessed the request.
They worked with me to work out scheduling problems.
