Once the process finally started they were reasonably efficient, quick, and kept up correspondence with us along the way.

Ultimately the work was done mostly well. Unfortunately, the first lead project supervisor (not sure of exact title) left after we had made materials, colors etc. selections and we had to do some of the selection over again because there was no information hand off.
the cleaning was not done properly, instead of covering all the valuables before demolition and all the dust in the air every thing was left open and than the cleaning crewcuts swept the chairs from dust but did not vacuum,

Wouldn't recommend 'dry-out'. I couldn't get anyone to call me after repeated attempts to their main number and assurances from those people that someone would call me. FINALLY my insurance adjuster got them to come to my house with a member from restoration team. I know things were very busy in this area but AT LEAST CALL ME even if you can't quote a time/date. When they finally did show, (day after meet) my walls were destroyed and drying was fruitless and in some cases already dry. I would and will highly recommend the Restoration side however.
My project is not complete, due to some supply chain issues, but at this state, I would say I am VERY pleased and very likely to recommend Jenkins Restoration (and have) to others.

I would suggest they ask for Ken. Ken was responsive to my questions. Ken took the time to explain the process and how the process works. I requested Ken work with my insurance adjuster which he did and they came to an agreement that worked for me. I requested that once work begun it was followed through to completion. Ken's people (Eric) were knowledgeable and proficient. Ken managed through having a couple of his people developing Covid. He managed through a materials issue (I think a paint plant blew up resulting an a shortage of paint). Ken always kept me updated even when he didn't have a firm answer/date he was upfront and honest. He would check in periodically with me. He was able to work through a very large amount of damage with minimal inconvenience for me. He was able to suggest materials for me that I am still quite happy with. I hope to never have a catastrophe such as I had again but if I do I would feel very comfortable and confident in calling Jenkins Restoration and Ken.
My rebuild project was a fire in my home. I should have been put out my home at the most a year. But that was "NOT THE CASE". I was out of my home for 21 months! Of which I had to pay out of my pocket for 10 months of leasing a home and furniture/furnishings.
The representative was personable and explained the process to me in depth. The process when the way he explained it to me.

The first representative I got in touch with (Austin) was awful. I called out and they replaced him right away, which satisfied everything.

Tore out too much wall which complicated our insurance claim. Refused to talk with the GC, and then when our GC ran WAY Long, started threatening to sue US because they hadn't been paid, even though the claim was still open and we hadn't been paid.

The young man that came and did the mold mitigation was very professional, kind and courteous. Now that I'm working from home it makes it difficult to schedule certain things. This young man was very careful being as quiet as possible and there were minimum interruptions to my workday. He was very sweet. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Areas For Improvement - Overall, I had a great experience. I think your subs (carpet guy & painter) try to cut some corners but we were able to resolve those issues. (I'm not sure if there was some confusion on the scope of work or a communication issue?)
