The company failed to dry out my house properly and because of that I ended up with a basement and kitchen full go mold, which has caused further damage to my home and put mine and my family’s health at risk.
It took a long time 3 months
Jenkins Restoration and it's representatives are just horrible. Took over 14 months for a 90 day project, and still incomplete.
We had several out of state obligations and they went out of their way to work with our schedule.
They were good and got the job done fast.
I just felt that there was nothing that they did that was above and beyond and if something is not listed on their to-do list, they wouldn't do it.

I thought the work took too long to complete. Some work had to be redone or revisited. I could not, in all honesty, recommend Jenkins to another friend. In fact, I would warn them not to choose Jenkins.
Call Jenkins and request Isaac as your project manager
They kept true for contractors and everything they said and stayed on the timeline. They came when they said they were coming!

We had an issue with the people doing the roof. They corrected that, and I understand that company is no longer working for them. They took care of the problem right away.
There were communications issues and they remain. I got a statement for a past due bill for which I have no idea what it is for. There is no detail to it. I've called and have yet to get a return call. In addition, the work force outside of an older gentleman seemed not to care about the quality or speed at which they worked. The dishwasher is still not properly placed back into position subsequent to tile replacement and the bottom cover plate is bent.

We loved working with Jenkins! Philip Dodd was an amazing project manager who made the project go so smoothly and easily for US. He was a wonderful communicator and we were fully confident that he was hustling to get our project completed as well and as quickly as possible. We loved all the contractors he sent to our home who did superb work for us and were so lovely to have in our home. Special thanks to Cody and Mark who went above and beyond to please us and make sure we were happy with the restoration and the new projects we added. They were AWESOME! Everyone from Trenton who came quickly to address the water damage and mold to the painters to the floor crew to the movers to Mark and Cody and Philip overseeing all of it made this experience thorough positive.
I can't say I would recommend based on the amount of time it is taking to finish and feeling my project is not a priority.

I found the service to be extremely slow. This project was a full replacement of a garage that had burned. Construction and repair began in September of 2020 and was not completed until June of 2021. It seemed to drag on far beyond a reasonable time frame to me. Furthermore, communication with me was poor. I had to initiate virtually every contact between myself and the construction people regarding their arrival on site or completion dates for some portion of the project. Many times people didn't show up when they said they would and many times I had to make multiple calls just to get a response.
I was so pleased with the work Jenkins Restorations did on my condo! Cody was great, and did a fantastic job on the floor and the backsplash! I couldn’t have asked for any better!

In general "Jenkins" did fine work restoring the water damaged portion of my home. Fairly responsive when available. The project manager was an enjoyable person to talk to.
They care. Highly competent, very professional, exceeded expectations, we are delighted with the results. Flooded basement, required major surgery to ceiling and one wall, as well as carpet replacement. Carpet replacement required removing all the basement furniture to a box out on the curb. Very well done, highly competent moving crew. Again, delighted with the results. Bottom line: flooding catastrophe repaired, better than new. Highly recommend Jenkins construction! It was an inconvenience to me. There is a lot of touch up that needs to be done. When they put my toilet back in the back bathroom, they scratched it all up.

I wouldn't wish my experience with Jenkins on anyone. It was stressful, the communication was atrocious, and the craftsmanship was so poor that my fiance and step-father had to redo or cover up much of the work.
It took over three months before work was done. I had to call each month to talk with the manager because he never called to explain the reason for the delay. When the installers came, they did not cover the sofas and when they power scraped the surface of the window opening, all of the dust and debri got on the floor and my sofa. Additionally, the areas where they scraped the window well was left full of debri. When I called to complain, I got an apology but no cleanup service.I ended up doing the cleanup myself.
Jenkins was extremely helpful. They were quick to get in and clean up the damage to our house. They explained everything they were going to do in full detail. Everyone on the crew was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them in the future should someone be in need of them.
The people who work for Jenkins are professional, kind, caring, trustworthy and responsive. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my home.
