I used them bc my insurance referred them so idk--i feel like I'd be more likely to say "oh, you have a homeowners' claim? We used the contractor our insurance recommended and they were great, it was so easy" than to be like "you should use the company we used.

The construction manager we worked with was friendly and professional, as was the lead worker on-site from Jenkins. However, we were not satisfied with the work done by the subcontractors. The painters made mistakes that required them to come back and re-do some of their work. They had to paint rooms that were not meant to be painted, and one of them stole my daughter's I-pods (which the construction manager immediately replaced, but still). The electricians did not place some light fixtures where they were supposed to go, and my husband had to move them after the work was "done." The painters also never came back to repaint a ceiling where my husband also had to scrape and patch spots that bubbled because the painters painted it before places they had patched were dry. The tiling work in the bathroom was sloppy. We had to re-caulk the bathtub because the workers did not remove the plastic film from the tub before caulking. My husband also had to patch some spots in the floor tile under the radiator. We also wanted the stair banister touched up after the Jenkins movers scratched it when moving our furniture back in, but that never happened. Overall, it seemed that the contractors were not used to working in an older historic home.

Jenkins Restorations was exceptionally wonderful. Professional work done. They came and did an exceptional job. I love it. I have no complaints.

This is the second job that I have had the pleasure of working with Jenkins Restoration. The level of communication and professionalism is well-above par. They were very considerate of my time and schedule restrictions. They respected my property and were considerate by only making necessary noise (no music or excessive loud talking while working). I would request them again should the need arise.

I was very disappointed in how long the process took and how many times I had to follow up to get the work done and the punchlist completed. I often had to call or email multiple times to get a response. I also felt like it was much more expensive than it needed to be.

Brian was very nice and courteous. He responded to my questions and problems promptly.

Is there anything less than 1 available? I would strongly advise against recommending them.

The manager of the job was not considerate of my schedule or the fact that worked from home. He also did not make aware of what he was doing and how the chemicals and the noise would impact us being in the house.

I would definitely recommend AND hire Jenkins Restoration again.

They were very responsive and helpful.

Missed a large area when painting the ceiling in the kitchen. Spackeled the kitchen wall and did not sand it, just painted over it. 2 large marks left in the kitchen floor. The connection plate that connects the kitchen floor to the basement steps was not tacked in , just sitting on top. Very dangerous. Someone could slip on it and fall all the way down the steps. Very unprofessional to me. Whoever came out to check the work after it was done should have seen this. I wasn’t there to point it out and my wife didn’t know what to look for. Wondering if someone is going to come back and correct this. Not pleased at all !!

After a chimney fire resulted in extensive smoke and water damage to our home, Jenkins Restorations did an amazing job of taking the house down to the studs and rebuilding it, honestly, better than it was. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to help us through a difficult and stressful time.

I actually have already recommended Jenkins Restorations to other. the project manager, Chuck, was phenomenal and really advocated for use with my Dad's insurance company to have an entire roof installed. The guys that repaired the ceiling in the living room did a fantastic job.

Jenkins Restorations was very, very good. They came back to fix things that were minor. They were kind, considerate, and satisfied with the restoration.

Jenkins gave me a "punch list" of items that still needed to be repaired and claimed that we couldn't withhold payment since most of the work was done. However, once they got their money, we became a low priority. They contacted us maybe once every 4-6 weeks with excuses. We ended up moving out and the repairs were never done.

Jenkins Restoration did a phenomenal job. A pipe burst in our master bedroom bath and leaked through our kitchen ceiling and onto our newly installed Brazilian Cherrywood floor. The mitigation crew arrived promptly and prevented any floor damage. But the gold star goes to Chuck and his restoration crew. Despite COVID and its restrictions, they finished the ceiling patch and painted the entire ceiling. In addition, they repairs repaired and repainted the molding in the bathroom in ONE day. Chuck's estimate was true and he beat his time estimate. My wife was very pleased and has very high standards. Highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

It was one of the best experiences I have had. It was my first time dealing with a magnitude of restoration like that. They did a super job, and I am very happy with the people I worked with. I am happy with my house.

The Jenkins Project Manager, Chris Skipper, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand our needs, explain the process, and deliver exceptional service. He was courteous, responsive, and extremely friendly to my family and I. We felt safe and in good hands after significant damage. During an incredibly difficult time, Chris was the one good thing that happened. I would absolutely recommend Jenkins because of Chris's actions and efforts.

I have had a difficult couple of years. 2.5 year ago I had a flood and that is when I first found Jenkins. They are so wonderful. I have referred many, many people. I could not be happier.

Jenkins was very professional and very respectful of my property. They did the work in a very timely manner.

They used a completely inappropriate product to cover a broken greenhouse which has left a permanent residue.

The service provided was acceptable, they just need to work on the scheduling. The starting date of the work was pushed back a couple of times for a few weeks.
