From Cody in Sales to the Work Crew, Dave and Ashley everyone from Coastal Windows are first class. They scheduled the job. They showed up when they said they would be here. The finished the house ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use Coastal again. First rate experience.

They came out and did a timely installation and the project looks great.

In this day and age companies don’t call you back this company got right back to me set up an appointment a nice gentleman came and did the final measurements the sales guy was great I believe it was Anthony and the installer was very prompt and did his job and did it well. Ashley has been fantastic at sending the warranty and any other information.

Everyone did outstanding work. The schedule was laid out perfectly and the tradesmen showed up as expected

Everyone I interacted with were very professional, friendly, respectful, and supportive. They informed me of all pros and cons of each product, what to look out for if I decided to go with a different brand/vendor/contractor and more. From beginning to end, all of my questions were answered, and I always have a lot of questions. Will and Dino were refreshingly honest and patient, Hugh, the electrician, was quite possibly the kindest person I’ve spoken with, Scott and Dave took their time to answer additional questions I had at the end of the process and the installation crew was beyond efficient and thorough. Every step and the project itself exceeded my expectations!

Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The roof looks very nice and everything was left neat and clean. So far, we are very satisfied.

Ferris Improvement did a wonderful job on our kitchen. While we booked it in June, we understood they would not start until all materials were in.
The schedule was well coordinated and if there were any issues we were able to communicate effectively with the project manager Joe Forgione. He answered us promptly with solution.

I would recommend 180 Contractors for anyone looking to get their siding done. They kept me updated through the whole process and the siding came out really nice. I can already see the value it brings to my home.

I need to reach out to Steve to look at my gutters. They are tilted on one side. They did a great job and were very clean. I love the professional finishing touches.

The initial work with them is quite good, thorough creative and collaborative. But once you have paid, they don't respond at all. It's a lot of good customer service upfront, but very little on the follow through once they receive payments, especially about concerns.

They can improve on communication, scheduling was a hassle.

Installation Crew - These guys were great knew their jobs and each did it very well, roofing was different crew and same left our property clean and as8f they were never here.Mind you we had days of snow and rain and bitter cold. Siding team was here Saturday and Sunday to finish job. Our neighbor down the street used these teams and recommended Coastal to us and highly recommend and the money we spent was well worth every cent.

Construction Quality - Love the product and quality is great we had vinyl insulated siding and 5 tab shingles put on. B8G PIECE WAS WE WANTED MAINTENANCE FREE SO HAD COMPOSITE TRIM EVERYWHERE AND LOVE IT

Schedule - Were told upto 3 weeks and they got it done in 5 days and Steve the Supervisor showed up Sunday afternoon to verify it was completed correctly and than also followed up week later to make sure everything was as expected

They didn't send the proper equipment, including ladders, and sent a group that was outsourced to the job. He only had one ladder, and the crew did not show up on time, so I fired them and told them they could not show back up until I had the regular Ferris group there. I was satisfied with the Ferris group but not the outsourced employees.

I have used Seabreg for a window repair and a new roof. Both jobs were done timely, correctly and on budget. All points of contact with the company have been polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Their workmen and supervisors were friendly and professional at all times, and I never felt unsafe leaving them in my home whether I was there or not.

Ferris Home Improvement added a beautiful deck to the front of my house last year. This year, they added a beautiful deck on the second floor of my home on the back side. They do amazing work. It is beautiful. They are on time. The workers are clean and friendly. I recommend them to people all the time. I am very happy with them.

Having a roof leak in the middle of winter is a two-fold issue. Not only does the freezing and thawing allow water to enter your home in repeated small intervals, the ice and snow may prevent someone from getting on your roof and repairing the leak. So when our roof started leaking after a supposed repair by a different company, we knew it was time to get it permanently addressed. Enter 180 Contractors. Jim safely got onto our roof, assessed the problem, and provided two possible solutions based on what the repair crew might find when they started work. When the repair crew arrived, they also safely and expertly got onto the roof from a frozen deck. After assessing the damage, they thoroughly repaired the leak, going above and beyond to make sure no additional water entered our home. Once the work was complete, including pictures and video, they let us know that we were having significant ice damming in our upper gutters, and that there were minimally invasive solutions available to us once everything thawed out. We appreciate their dedication and skills, and we look forward to working with 180 Contractors in the future.

Happy with the whole experience from the first visit when Ken came out to give me an estimate to the day the roof was completed. I appreciated all the photos & video that Ken provided showing me that a new roof was necessary. Also, more photos were taken before, during & after the install by Jerry, the project manager assigned to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I have now used Ferris to remodel my kitchen, my master bathroom and my powder room. I would highly recommend Ferris for home improvements.

Lol, everyone that visits our home is given a tour of our amazing new bathroom. We let them know how pleased we are with the job that Ferris did for us. Can't wait to have you re-model our kitchen.

I want to say how happy we are with our new roof and skylights! Because of the rain on Wednesday before Thanksgiving the job was scheduled for Friday after. The crew arrived early, worked so hard and efficiently that they got it done in one day. They stayed until after 7:30 pm working in the dark wearing head lights to clean up as best they could as our yard was covered in leaves. The lead man Justin came back a few days later to double check that everything was correct and cleaned up.

This was the second time I have used Ferris .. the first was a Master Bath remodel and they did an amazing job. I knew I had paid a premium price but the final product was worth it. The second job was a full kitchen remodel (down to the studs) as well as a full floor replacement on the entire 1st floor of my house .. This time things did not go so well. Due to mis-management there was an entire cabinet that was not ordered which delayed completion, The wrong sink was installed which caused another delay (as well as the replacement of an entire Granite counter top). And once things were 98% done, 8" of crown molding were not accounted for and took another several weeks delay because it came from a "custom Cabinet maker". Already several weeks behind schedule, (with the approval of the builder) I moved back in, but since the job was not done (before this last piece of trim was installed) the kitchen had not been cleaned, there was debris and dust, sawdust in the vents, and a general level of things being unfinished that soured me on the entire "reveal". Ultimately did they make things whole? maybe. But I had to spend hours wiping down the kitchen, throwing out construction debris, and mopping the floors to make the space livable.

Very competitive pricing, warranties explained in detail. Completed in one day. Great cleanup. Before choosing I researched all the materials they’d be using. Highly recommend

Emmons did a roof at a different house for us ten years ago. When we did the roof on our next house, the only question was if it was within their service area.

When I explained to them why I was looking for new doors and what I wanted, they didn't explain to me that their doors would still do what I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and why I was putting new doors in. They totally ignored me. Those doors don't work for what I wanted.

Overall very satisfied. The work looks stunning. Communication was excellent throughout the project. No false promises, just honest and accurate reporting on the progress through out. The work was completed in a timely manner in spite of complications due to unexpected damage that was uncovered during the work. I would rehire them for other projects in the future.

I would highly recommend the company to family and friends. They did great work, on time, and left the area clean after completing the job.
