Took the time to listen and explain everything in detail.

Everyone we encountered was easy to talk to, were patient answering questions, and were easy to get in contact with. Once the project started they uncovered some additional work needed that was not included in the quote but they absorbed it. Several photos were provided throughout the project to document progress and clearly show what was being fixed. Their work was thorough and did a great job of cleaning up once the project was complete.

Really appreciated that Ken N. brought a wide variety of material samples to review and discuss the pros and cons about, this was very informative and made making decisions on material selections much easier. The project management team was great with the communications, especially when issues came up and had quick and knowledgeable recommendations on best methods for repairs. Installation crews were very well organized each day, professional and easy to work with and communicate on project progress. Overall, working with 180 Contractors was a great experience and highly recommend their services to homeowners in need of roof, window and siding replacement.

I thought they were very complete. They answered all of my questions and did what they said they would do. They did everything right. I was very critical and wouldn't let them come until I saw them doing other jobs. They met my standards. That's pretty good.
