The work waa done on time. The workersw ere pleasant. I had no difficultoes.

A little too pricey. I do like the floor to ceiling panels.

The inspector was not scheduled before work began and it took several days to get the inspector scheduled so the work was half done for several days while we waited.

The salesman, Rudy, lied about everything.
The company did not communicate within the different departments. The right hand never knew what the left hand was doing.
I believe that 3 days ought to be allowed for the installers to do the job and NOT 2 !
Too many mistakes have been discovered after the fact. The vertical grab bar ending up being too close to right side.
It is ugly and cost me a lot of money.

The product is very nice, but the house was kind of a mess after they left.

They did a good job. The only thing that I am waiting for is they put a hole in my basement wall and they are supposed to come out and complete it, but they haven't so far.

The final result is a great looking walk-in shower made out of quality materials! My wife and I absolutely love the finished result.

management at the tucson office is very bad. deceptive, lying. all they cared about was getting my money. i asked at least 10 times to cancel my order and refund my deposit; they waited until they placed the order then told me it was too late to cancel. will be reporting to the OIG and BBB.

They came in installed my new shower they cleaned up after themselves which I like went over everything that needed to be done what to expect even how to clean the shower you're very professional and they did a great job and I love every minute of my new shower thank you

They were very transparent about what they said they wouldn't do. Timing was impeccable, they were very punctual, it was like clockwork unbelievable!

They have no clue what they are supposed to be doing. The project could've been finished in a day or 2, but it took them 3 weeks to complete it. They don't know how to connect the drains from the bathroom.

They didn't return repeated calls. We had to push them more than anything. They never took the initiative to call us. It took almost six months to finish the project.

When the salesperson gives an approximate install date, it shouldn't be 2 months after that time window that the install actually happens.

I have already recommended them to my neighbor. He said, "I want what you got." I called my salesman and left his information with him.

Overall, highly pleased. Unsettling to have to pay entire amount up front and then wait two months with no call. Had to call twice to get an install date. Materials were bought and ordered in February. Called to set up date for install in April. Am very pleased with finished project.

Expedite material procurement, reduce time lag between order and installation schedule. Increase frequency of status communication with the customer.

The men who installed were so professional and caring and did a great job cleaning up too. I love my Jacuzzi Shower

The workers Michael and Jeremy were so diligent and polite and kept me apprised of every step of work.

After someone came out to look at why the water was accumulating on the bench in the corner area, I was informed that the entire side wall was not made level when it was installed. I was told someone would contact me within 2 weeks to schedule it to be fixed, but no one ever called. This was in September. Then I had to call because the calking for the shelves was separating from the wall, and they were loose. this was addressed within a week, and it was discovered that when the calking was originally applied, the pre-sealant was not used. The guys had to reapply calking to almost the entire shower. In regard to the uneven wall, I told them that I will just live with it. I am very disappointed with the install and feel that I should receive some form of compensation for all of these issues.

The customer service and installers were great, but the salesman lied to us.

I love my new shower - the 3 men did a fantastic job!! BUT the finances were horrid - I set up Jacuzzi Bath of Atlanta as a new payee with my bank and made the final payoff payment (thousands). A week later Jacuzzi of Arizona took the same amount (thousands) out of my bank UNAUTHORIZED!!!! This put me thousands of dollars in arrears and bills bounced! I am on social security and I am legally deaf - I wrote 3 emails to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona and they have never replied!!!! I am turning them in to the BBB and Consumer (actually government() for fraud. I would give a 10 for the work done and a 0 for the finances..

The physical product itself is 7 or 8 stars. The product is presented in the TV commercials here in St. Louis. In the brochure and flyers that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis left here, they show a lot. My big criticism is that I do not have towel racks. I have the two shelves, the chair, and the two handlebars to hold on to, and I will give Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis credit that everything I saw plainly showed there were no towel racks where Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis normally had them. They were along the side walls pictured in a bigger bathroom than what I have. We will get it resolved, but nothing was said about the configuration of the bathroom when the salesperson was here. What Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis did is fine, but it is not exactly right for my bathroom. I am paying for it, and there is not a problem there. My son-in-law and I will figure out a solution. There were a couple of problems. A hand towel rack that was over the toilet was moved and glued back on, and it fell off. I like the product, and it looks good, but as far as what goes with it, I have to live with it or live without it.

I had a great experience. There were no problems and they have a great product.

There is only one thing really that I am dissatisfied about, and that is that the shower doesn't have enough water pressure. It is just too soft, and you don't feel like you are getting a good shower.

The installers were very professional and polite. They were done in one day.

The Master bathroom walking shower looks like a professional job and attention to detail. The Second bathroom is hard to describe as plywood is out from under the tub and goes from 3/4" exposed to 1 1/12" exposed. Sharpie black marks are on our painted walls and calking looks like was done by someone with dirty hands and this bathroom is very disappointing.

The customer service was horrific.

The job was delayed after the bathroom rip out due to a defective tub. Suggest inspecting the product prior to any demo being performed. My bathroom was unusable for 2 weeks after being advertised as a one day install.

They did a wonderful job and got everything done in one day. They worked around helping me, because on the first day they came out, there was damage in the crawl space. They came back two days later and put the shower in. They provided good customer service.

Jacuzzi could not have had a more pleasant crew working in our house, doing the tear out of our tile double stall shower and install the Jacuzzi system.

But that said, there was no bill of materials in any written document that was sent, nor a set of drawing that describe the project as I am used to being in the construction industry for 40 years. Nothing described the material used. And as part of this survey, I need Jacuzzi will provide them to me. Please include the safety data sheets for all materials including the caulking/glue.

When the project was delayed due to the dry rot under the shower pan, the on site crew should have had a better response other than "the home owner" is responsible for the fix. Jacuzzi should have a list of repair sources that they have worked with before as a resource to help the home owner. I had none! Solutions are better than dump and run.

The on site plumber did call his brother in law and gave me his number. I called him, but it turned out could not come until after the weekend. Not a good situation. I told the crew that I would call Jacuzzi when the dry rot was resolved, but certainly not till next week!

Then on Monday to add insult to injury. Someone from Jacuzzi called me at 6:50 am to tell me that there was no crew available on Monday. When I said no problem because of the dry rot, he responded that he/Jacuzzi had a list of contractors! Imagine my surprise. But I already had someone lined up to do the job. Poor procedures and communications from Jacuzzi.

When the project stopped because of the dry rot, a supervisor should have contacted me directly with this list of contractors. Not being a resource for me is why the rating is not higher. And after writing this, I am going back to drop it another point.

And lastly the sheet left at the end of job that describes the care of the shower is unreadable and need it to be replaced.

One day service

JBR did a fantastic job remodeling my shower. They finished in less than a day, and I love the finished shower. The guys were very nice and very professional.
