The sales person helped me choose the things I wanted to include in my new bathroom. I had cheaper bids from other bathroom remodeling companies that do the same thing. I decided on Jacuzzi because I thought they had a good reputation, but I was mistaken.

They did a very nice job and I send my thanks over and over again.

I'm not sure I'd recommend them a friend because of bad communication mostly having to do with information, like keeping me informed on the project.

The 3 men that came to install the unit were very professional and detailed oriented! Before they left they reviewed the paperwork. They asked me several times ‘do you have any questions we can answer for you?’ They answered all my questions.

I liked the one-day service. I was apprehensive that because everything was done in one day, the installers would be exhausted, but they performed admirably, and the project was completed successfully.

My contractor was very straight forward, very on point, and the work was pretty good. He did a good job. Even when he had to do some signature things that need had to do, he was able to figure them out. I like the way he was always thinking on his feet. My contractor was very sharp.

After install we had a leaking toilet. We have replaced the toilet since we had company coming. The tub diverter is not long enough the water fill the tub will splash on the floor. It should be 6” instead of 4”.

Answering the phone. Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get Tim, the manager, here to see the work. It took a month for them to come and rip it all out and redo it. Tim was supposed to come out on Halloween; I called him and he said he was on his way to another installation. I have never in all my life experienced this type of customer service.

See final comment. Mostly better attention to caulking spots left behind and some miscommunication amongst the crew about scheduling final inspection. The final product was just fine and problems were minor and easily dealt with.

This was my second CostCo bathroom remodel project. The first project was a shower renovation, which went extremely well so I had no hesitation in ordering this second bath renovation. However, this second installation (bath this time) was just the opposite in quality!

After the new bath was installed, the water flow in my kitchen sink has been reduced to a trickle! (The new bathtub and kitchen sink share a wall.) I communicated this to CostCo, but have received no response!

Second problem: The technician sloppily cut the floor tiles next to the tub so that now there is a large gap between the floor tiles and the tub, which the technician has filled with some sort of ugly, black, spongy material.

We recently purchased a new shower from Jacuzzi Bath after obtaining three separate bids. We chose your company because of your long-standing reputation and the quality of the product that was presented to us. Unfortunately, our experience has not reflected the standards we expected from such a reputable brand.
The installation process was extremely disappointing due to the poor workmanship and lack of care demonstrated by your installers—issues they themselves seemed aware of. What should have been an exciting home improvement project turned into a stressful ordeal involving numerous phone calls, follow-ups, and repeated visits.

Manuel and Issac were cordial and got right to work at their appointment time. They did beautiful work and protected our floors by providing covering. We had confidence in their skills because we observed them first hand. We are very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and we highly recommend them.

All personnel were knowledgeable and helpful needed redo due to original wooden backing left out in pouring rain before installation..Both installations were done well and had the installers of the first attempt simply stopped the install and protected the materials from pouring rain all would have been fine the first time.. We are happy with the quick and thoughtful service you provided for the redo and will gladly recommend your company to friends and relatives. All who have seen the new shower have been impressed with the quality materials and careful workmanship on redo. .Thanks !!!!!!

The finish work was totally unacceptable. I made two appointments for them to come back out, but they didn't show up or responded to my phone calls. Go spend your money some place else.

They did a good job. I was very pleased with their work. They were very courteous, and everything was cleaned, picked up, and neat when they left. We just love the shower.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel left two holes in our bedroom, and this is not the house I live in. My son lives in the house, and I had to go down the day before and spend the night. I’ve been calling for about four weeks for someone to come out and fix the holes. Someone was supposed to come today from 9 to 12, but he did not come. I told him I was waiting for him and asked if he was coming, but he said that he had gotten mixed up and was at the wrong location. He was very apologetic, but now I have to go back down again. It has taken them two days to do the work, and I had to come on the third day because there were three screws that were not set in one of the doors. I am very unhappy that I have to keep going back down because this problem is not fixed.

The project was completed in a day and the results are spectacular!

The shower turned out great in the end, but there was a one-month delay due to a defective factory part. It took a month to receive the new part.

We were impressed by the quality of Jacuzzi materials and the conscientious work of Barry and Mike. Love our new step in shower!

It’s way too expensive. I was talking to the salesman and I got an estimate for a similar price, but it was for a full bathroom remodel. He was gonna remove my closet. Give me a new vanity and redo my entire shower and walls and what he showed me there was a chair in the shower. I was gonna get and a double wall spicket on each side so I feel like I made the wrong choice.
