I am very unhappy and it is not good. I would not leave the shower looking like this for my customer.
They were professional when they came out. The two salesman were pretty good. The installer was a nice young man, and he was instructing another person to help him. They worked good together and did it in the time prescribed, and it turned out wonderfully.
Everything so far. The materials and the work was superb
I didn't have the best experience with the 3rd party financial company. It was hard to find someone to talk to when I had questions about the financing. It was hard to navigate GreenSky's website.
Prompt at everything. Followup is excellent. Pricing is fair. Everything is done by Jacuzzi, nothing is outsourced.
Professional and personable staff. Good choices. Installation is superb.

I’m stuck and scared. At first everything was great. My interaction with the rep at Costco 10. My in home consultation with Eddy Ortiz 10. My interactions with all the ladies in the office 10. The installers, Niko D. And Coby C. 10. Everything was fantastic until Aug. 7, I was contacted by financing informing me I still had to sign the finance docs. I had mistakenly thought all documents had been signed during my in home consultation. I was approved. The payments were going to be$168.88 for 10 years at 9.99%. Having looked into getting HELOC the year before, I already knew the interest rate was comparable. So, between that and the fact that Mr Ortiz and I had established trust, I agree to have Jacuzzi replace my shower stall. The people in the office are keeping me up to date. The parts come in early and it can be installed tomorrow! Fantastic! I get docs emailed to me, to confirm the work is done. Fantastic! Everything is done everything is wonderful, including my dream shower stall. Until last Thursday when I find out that the finance docs never got signed. Here is the problem the docs I am being asked to sign are different my payment would be over $200 and the interest rate is 60% more. I’m panicked. The shower is in. I called Mr. Ortiz, luckily he remembered me and had all his notes. He his recollections were the same as mine. I was told not to stress, that his manager would get hold of me by the end of the day. Now it’s Tuesday and the only contact I’ve had is from the guy in financing about why I haven’t signed. What happens now? What happened to the original approval? Can I pay another way? If I can, how much is the costs now? Are they going to put a lean on my house? I really want to start paying on this shower so I can start enjoying it before I’m so stressed out that I’m using it to cry in.
Everything was just as promised! One day for my project was critical because a longer project would be too disruptive for my 94 year old dad who lived with me and is who this was needed for.
The process up through install was fine but the communication and customer service I have received since communication the giant leak and subsequent flood has been horrible. No one is even calling me back at this point and my shower is unusable.
Damien and his assistant did a great job. It's good. The foreman was Walter. I do have a problem, and I sent an email about the problem with the plumber that was used.
I would have given them a ten, but I felt the price was high.
They were excellent. It was a day and a half project, and they did not leave a speck of dust behind. The shower looks great. I am super satisfied with them.
The installation was smooth and very professionally done.
They showed up and were professional. They completed the job without the remainder of them being there, other than the beautiful bathroom.
The one day install has taken 2 full days and is not finished. I notified them a week ago after they said they would return the next day to finish but have not heard from them. They also installed the wrong showerhead but said i did not pay for an upgrade. I never received an itemized invoice so I was surprised to say the least. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again snd will not recommend them. I also advised them that I will not authorize the finsl payment until the job is done
The custom oversize shower with wheel chair ramp is beautiful. Both Sergio and Drew from Jacuzzi were great.
Done in one day despite problems that they ran into during iinstall.
It's been over three weeks and my bathroom is still unusable.
The hit nd cold are switched, no follow up inspection. Had a call to schedule but then no follow up.

I would say the cost was a bit higher than what I had expected; I thought for what they did, their service was good and I have a shower I am happy with, but to lay out $20,000 for the shower was a little high. I replaced my shower because I was tired of using the old plastic shower. The old shower had plenty of hot water. With the new shower, I am not getting the same amount of hot water. I don't know why the same temperature is coming to the shower now. I really have nothing to complain about; it is beautiful and looks like it will last 20 to 30 years. The three guys who worked on it did an excellent job. It did take me two hours to clean up the bathroom after they were done, but I had expected to clean up after the job.
The installers, Michael and Tommy, who put our shower in, did a marvelous job and were very efficient and I liked them both.

The installers were good at communication and answered questions. They are supposed to come back in a few weeks to install a cubby and left me their information, so I am waiting for them to respond.
