When the guys came, they were very professional and laid plastic on the floor from the front door to where they were working. They always asked to use the water from the kitchen sink. They had to leave and get some more board; Marcus continued working while the other guy had to go get the board. They worked hard from 7 Am to 7 PM. Eric Woelbling was excellent also; he demonstrated and showed me different pieces of color for the wall and different types of fixtures. They all did a wonderful job. Renee was the project manager; she gave me her contact number and said if there were any problems to call her and if I had to leave a message, she would get back to me. She answered all my questions. I let her know of all my allergies and she had them bring the air scrubber; she was excellent.
I had no problems with the local company. They were great. The company at large has real problems with their notification system and it was very disappointing.
The salesman did not go over all details of the installation, and I was unaware that the walk-in shower did not automatically come with a door. I did not know that I had the option of getting a shower rod or a door. I would have preferred that he discuss that with me. I assumed all walk-in showers came with a door, so now I'm having to have them come back to put a door because they gave me a shower rod. If he discussed that option with me, which I would've liked, we could've prevented this. I prefer he discuss that option I have when getting a shower if I wanted a rod or door. It would be nice.
The installation was done very professionally. I am very happy with my investment with the exception of a few small things.
From start to finish, Jacuzzi was very open and upfront about everything. The installers, Jonathan and Aden, were there every step of the way with the removal and installation.

They came at 8:30 in the morning, and they left at 1:20 the next morning, and I didn't think that was okay.

The bath is beautiful. But they had to come out to replace my bath caddy insert because the first one was installed damaged. The process of removing the damaged one left scuff lines on the wall panel. While there is no damage you can feel from the scuffing it is visible. On the day of tear down they had to stop as we found a leak. I was told the plumber would be at my house around 1. He didn't show up. Customer service didnt know anything about how to contact him. He showed up at 6 which I wasnt expecting and thankfully was still home.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has lived up to all that their advertising said they would do.
They were professional. We had an issue with a pipe. They took the time to get the pipe fixed.
I would shop around.

The two men who installed my new shower were friendly and courteous. They covered a path to the bathroom to protect the floor. They worked steadily and efficiently. They had suggestions and kept me informed about their progress. The shower looks great and I am very pleased.
The crews arrival time was right on que. The two teams worked together with extreme professionalism, and the work was done well. The quality of materials are beyond what I expected.
They exceeded my expectations and the installers were fantastic.

We were very much pleased with the entire experience with 2 exceptions. 1) We are supposed to get a Costco shop card and I requested that we receive a plastic card. I have been contacted twice about the shop card being digital. We don't have a digital device, so that is a problem. 2) Jacuzzi's advertising is somewhat deceptive in the timing. The installation was in fact done in 1 day, but we waited about 8 weeks for the installation. The advertising leads one to believe that the entire process would be a much shorter time.
