We recently needed to replace our damaged shower and were referred to Jacuzzi for the project. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and exceeded our expectations, thanks to the professionalism and responsiveness of the sales team, customer service representatives, and installation technicians. The staff successfully managed our budget while ensuring we received all the features we desired. Scheduling was accommodating, aligning well with our vacation plans. The installation team, consisting of Matt and Aiden, demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication throughout the process. They completed the work on time and ensured that every aspect met our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was more efficient and straightforward than anticipated. We highly recommend Jacuzzi for bathroom remodeling projects.

They did as they promised. They came out with the Jacuzzi shower very quickly and in a timely fashion. There were no hiccups behind my walls, so they were able to expedite it expeditiously. If they had something in order for them to guarantee it, they would have to have fixed it first.

There were some problems, and it took about four months to finally get my shower in, so I was a little disappointed. Some things happened on their end with incorrect measurements, so they had to come back twice.

It has a good water flow. It feels nice.

It was a one-day, 6-hour job. I was very satisfied with the finished product; it looks great and i have used my shower and tub and love it.

The choices for the bathroom were really good. The two guys that did the installation did a great job. They were very neat and didn't leave a mess. They did a really good job with the installation.

I have called the local installer about some concerns about my installation.

Management never returned my calls. Cancelled the day of installation for wrong part. Told price was guaranteed for a year and it went up. My word is my bond but I guess yours isn't.

While I like the aesthetic upgrade the new installation provided, I was less pleased with much of the functionality.

1) the outer door runs silent, which i like. The inner door, while opening and shutting it, it bounces around the small separator piece between the two doors, making a lot of noise.

2) my original shower on/off assembly not only adjusted the hot / cold, but also was able the push in and out to regulat the amount of water coming out. The new assembly just adjusts the hot / cold. I definitely feel this was a downgrade. I am not happy about that.

3) the door we open to enter the shower has a towel bar on the outside and is used as a handle to open and close from the outside. However, once inside, there is nothing to really use to close or then open the door easily.

It took us a month to get hardcopy of the paperwork. We did not get it right away.

I am having a lot of issues with the installation. It is taking a long time because they are having trouble with the parts. They either can't get them or when they do, the parts are damaged. I haven't had a shower in a month.

They completed the job fast, and so far it is working well. I feel safer showering my uncle now because I am his caregiver!

The installers,Eddie R. And Brandon M did a fantastic job. The door was installed when it came in by another crew!

Garrett and Brandon were easy to get along with and they answered all the questions I had. They also had a good sense of humor. They didn't mind my watching while they worked.

The two installers, Jawaan and Brendan, were extremely courteous and very efficient. I can't say enough about them.
I have never dealt with two better people in a like situation in my life. They were great!

Lack of communication. Pan came in with wrong dimensions and I was forced to retrofit.

I was very satisfied with the product, and I was also satisfied with how quickly they were concerned about my issues, and how quickly the addressed my concerns.

It was quick and easy and the job site was cleaned up. The installers Rafael and Melvin were exceptionally nice and professional.
