I couldn't be any happier with my Jacuzzi bathroom remodel experience. I was kept informed of the steps that would happen and when. The installers came at the times they said they would. They covered their path from my front door to my bathroom with protective material and they used plastic to protect items in my bathroom as well as the nearby room. They were respectful of my property and answered any questions that I had. They worked tirelessly and when completed, they swept the floor where they had entered the house all the way to the bathroom. The bathroom was left spotless. I am very happy with the result. The shower looks beautiful and was exactly what I had ordered.

Hard workers, timely, worked clean, finished the project, always courteous, I will recommend them and I am grateful for them and the job they did so well.

Everyone from sales to the installers was wonderful! I would like to especially thank the installers, Cameron and Darius, for a job well done.

The only reason I gave an 8 rating is that I am not 100% satisfied.

It took them eight weeks to get my shower in.

Took 4 days instead of the 1 1/2 days estimated

The sales visit was good as well as the 3 day install it took to do the 2 bathrooms (tub to shower conversions). There were a few issues that were discovered post install and it took 3 weeks to get the plumber out to fix them and we have since discovered that there is water leaking after each shower at the bottom of one of the shower doors. They should have fixed it when they were here the first time. The installers had to cut a 20"x20" hole in the drywall in our bathroom (to fix an issue they did) and we ended up patching it --- but have not been compensated as they said they would.
There is a consistent lack of follow-up from Jacuzzi and I have had to call them numerous times and all they do is apologize ---- just need Jacuzzi to take care of the issues. They do not call back when they say they will.

Jason and Benji were very good and professional. They cleaned up really good and the shower is beautiful. We love it.

A lot of people can't afford to do a shower remodel. if someone came up and said, who did your remodel? I would tell them, but I wouldn't go and suggest it to people that can't afford it. Do you understand what I'm saying?

The team that came in to do the work, told us everything that would happen, they were neat and cleaned up. The end result was beautiful.

The quality is very good and the doors were good quality. The finish on the wall enclosures look good. They did a really nice job and it was on a beveled corner. I was really impressed with that. The installers were true ambassadors for the company. They were all business. They went right to work, covered up things, and cleaned up up well. It was immaculate when they left. It was a very positive experience overall.

When they sold the job, they said they would clean up after completion. There was so much dust left all over the house that we had to do the cleaning. One of the pipes rubs against a sewer pipe in the basement. Also, the tub is so slippery that we have to be extra careful.

It will be beneficial for customers to have a Breakdown receipt of the total Cost

The process was very easy. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel made the entire process very easy, including the installation and throwing away the old stuff.

Tyler A and Travis were very profesional in the work they did on our shower. they keep the work area very clean during and after the job was completed.

The overall experience was satisfactory but the price is too high for just a shower and basic fixtures.

Quality of material and work

Some of the materials were not ordered by the salesman and I have not received any call from him regarding the mix up. It’s was a lot of stress dealing with all the things not correct and I expect to have everything corrected before I am satisfied

I already recommended Jacuzzi and they have an appointment scheduled within the next couple of weeks.

The process and timeline were managed well. The workers were polite and clean and did a wonderful job.

We scheduled estimates with the three top rated companies in our area. Jacuzzi was the final presentation and Ivy immediately separated your company from the rest. Her knowledge of your product, options, installation, warranty and her personal experience with VA/ ADA clients made our decision easy.

The biggest problem we had was with communication. No one seemed to know who was doing what and when.
