Tub is beautiful. Workers (in person and on the phone) were helpful and efficient.

I would highly recommend Jacuzzi. My new shower is wonderful.

I think the people that came to my home were professional, worked well together, were neat, polite, and the job was well done. There were 3-4 people who worked on the job.

The guys were so professional, friendly, and they really did the job well. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and cleaned up after themselves. The shower is beautiful!

I was very pleased with what the Jacuzzi boys did; they are the ones who took out the cast iron tub and installed the walk-in shower. My positive feelings with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel ended with the installers. I would rate the boys higher, at a nine, but for the whole organization and the way things went from there, I would not recommend it on a rating of even a three.

The service, product, quality from start to finish, and everyone was just stellar and outstanding.

I think communication needs to be improved.

The work does not take one day.

The initial scheduled time was messed up due to some oversight by the salesmen and we weren't very satisfied, but they rescheduled us quickly and made some concessions. The installers, Omar and TJ, were exceptional.

It took four months for our installation. The wrong equipment kept being delivered, and it leaked after it was installed.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle was great and did everything in a timely manner once they got started. The only thing I would be concerned about is knowing if you have to have a permit in your area. I didn't know that was needed in the county I live in, so that was disappointing that they didn't make that clear in the beginning.

They advertise a one-day install, and it has taken a month now to get it done.

There are streaks on the long est side or back side that don’t wash off!

This wasn't my bathroom, this was my brother's bathroom I had done, because he fell. I was very satisfied with what they did, and how quickly they did it.
