The communication between sales and installations fell short on expectations.
The tub looks great. The workers were very clean and respectful. They went above and beyond their duty after finding out that the cement was uneven under the old tub and had to pour more cement to even it out.

The 3 men that came to install the unit were very professional and detailed oriented! Before they left they reviewed the paperwork. They asked me several times ‘do you have any questions we can answer for you?’ They answered all my questions.

After install we had a leaking toilet. We have replaced the toilet since we had company coming. The tub diverter is not long enough the water fill the tub will splash on the floor. It should be 6” instead of 4”.
Answering the phone. Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get Tim, the manager, here to see the work. It took a month for them to come and rip it all out and redo it. Tim was supposed to come out on Halloween; I called him and he said he was on his way to another installation. I have never in all my life experienced this type of customer service.

See final comment. Mostly better attention to caulking spots left behind and some miscommunication amongst the crew about scheduling final inspection. The final product was just fine and problems were minor and easily dealt with.

This was my second CostCo bathroom remodel project. The first project was a shower renovation, which went extremely well so I had no hesitation in ordering this second bath renovation. However, this second installation (bath this time) was just the opposite in quality!
After the new bath was installed, the water flow in my kitchen sink has been reduced to a trickle! (The new bathtub and kitchen sink share a wall.) I communicated this to CostCo, but have received no response!
Second problem: The technician sloppily cut the floor tiles next to the tub so that now there is a large gap between the floor tiles and the tub, which the technician has filled with some sort of ugly, black, spongy material.

We recently purchased a new shower from Jacuzzi Bath after obtaining three separate bids. We chose your company because of your long-standing reputation and the quality of the product that was presented to us. Unfortunately, our experience has not reflected the standards we expected from such a reputable brand.
The installation process was extremely disappointing due to the poor workmanship and lack of care demonstrated by your installers—issues they themselves seemed aware of. What should have been an exciting home improvement project turned into a stressful ordeal involving numerous phone calls, follow-ups, and repeated visits.
Manuel and Issac were cordial and got right to work at their appointment time. They did beautiful work and protected our floors by providing covering. We had confidence in their skills because we observed them first hand. We are very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and we highly recommend them.
