They didn't caulk as well as I would have liked them to.
The installers were great and even did a couple of things for me that they weren't required to do. Their names were Damien and Daniel. Shower rod needed adjusting and Dave came few days later and it's perfect. Very happy and would highly recommend Jacuzzi
The shower has not been installed yet. Your workers ran into a problem and had to make a new base for the shower. I am happy that the delay is to do the job right the first time. But will hold judgment till the job has actually been completed.
They were easy to work with. They were good about contacting me when each step went forward. The service was quick and professional.
Very transparent. Did not rush through the sale process or install process. They do not source out their labor or materials. Employees feel valued and respected by the company.

1. First my one day installation took basically 2 & 1/2 days.
2. After that the workers left out at 11:30pm.
3. The hall way to the bathroom was filthy with debris of dirt chunks of small rocks and debris.
4. The whole house was filled with dust.
5. In all fairness Jacuzzi decreased our price.
6. However, the workers should have plastic tarpped the bathroom to contain all the dust.
7. So now we still have to dust every day because it’s in our recently cleaned duct work.
8. The final product is wonderful but I’m not sure I would recommend Jacuzzi to my friends because of all the mess that followed.

They were professional when they came out. The two salesman were pretty good. The installer was a nice young man, and he was instructing another person to help him. They worked good together and did it in the time prescribed, and it turned out wonderfully.
Damien and his assistant did a great job. It's good. The foreman was Walter. I do have a problem, and I sent an email about the problem with the plumber that was used.
The hit nd cold are switched, no follow up inspection. Had a call to schedule but then no follow up.

The installers, Michael and Tommy, who put our shower in, did a marvelous job and were very efficient and I liked them both.
They were so easy and such a pleasure to work with. They kept me up to date with the progress and explained how to use it and to clean and not to clean it professionally. Furthermore, they were very courteous and genuine employees.
I would recommend them to a friend because everybody, from the first initial call, to scheduling a quote, and to the install, was very professional and followed up, keeping me informed the entire way.
I have discovered a leak in the basement under the shower that's not the plumbing.
I thought Cameron and his partner did a fantastic job. They were personable, explained everything, worked hard and efficiently, and did an excellent job.

My only issue was that there were a couple scratches left in my bathroom floor that I had to touch up. Had they put down protection on the floor at the start this would not have happened. Also, I felt that the cost of the entire project was more expensive than it should have been. That said , the company was good to work with and the workers did a good job and worked hard.
It was VERY expensive for what we got...Also the main disappointment was the size...we were told we'd have more "room" in the shower and it made sense that if you got rid of the thickness of the bathtub walls it'd be wider...BUT in reality, with the glass door handle that protrudes into the shower area, you've got about the same amount of room. There's a "Trim" piece outside the "Tray" that's about 2" wide...the "Tray" SHOULD have been that wide. I feel we were misled and paid WAY too much.

It was a one-day, 6-hour job. I was very satisfied with the finished product; it looks great and i have used my shower and tub and love it.

After signing a contract the end of February when I was told to expect installation in the next 8 to 10 weeks, it ended up being 16 weeks. I was unable to make contact with anyone other than my salesman because no one else would return my calls. Later when called to schedule the installation date, I was told that the delay was due to back order of shower door. The person who spoke to me said I had already been informed. I had not. The installation did only take a day but now I am waiting on someone connecting with me regarding a shelf that is loose. I was told by customer service that a repair person would be in touch to schedule a repair. It has been several days and no one has called. Again, I will have to make another call and hope to reach a responsive person.
The installers were great and asked before proceeding with anything. I appreciated that, and the work was outstanding.
I really liked my sales person. He has a great sense of humor. I am happy with Jordan and Jon who did the work. Everytime I talked with someone they were professional and helpful.
