I was totally dissatisfied with the whole process.

The physical product itself is 7 or 8 stars. The product is presented in the TV commercials here in St. Louis. In the brochure and flyers that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis left here, they show a lot. My big criticism is that I do not have towel racks. I have the two shelves, the chair, and the two handlebars to hold on to, and I will give Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis credit that everything I saw plainly showed there were no towel racks where Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis normally had them. They were along the side walls pictured in a bigger bathroom than what I have. We will get it resolved, but nothing was said about the configuration of the bathroom when the salesperson was here. What Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis did is fine, but it is not exactly right for my bathroom. I am paying for it, and there is not a problem there. My son-in-law and I will figure out a solution. There were a couple of problems. A hand towel rack that was over the toilet was moved and glued back on, and it fell off. I like the product, and it looks good, but as far as what goes with it, I have to live with it or live without it.

Very likely reccomend

First of all, the installer arrived and said he didn't have the window kit we purchased. He never put it in the van. Haven't received a credit for that. Next they left water on our basement floor that went from the East wall to the West wall. Got things on the floor wet. We even left our wet dry vac downstairs for them to use. Day 2 woke up to no running water except the kitchen sink. I had to go to work without a shower. Couldn't flush toilet all night either. I called that evening to complain and talked to Renee but she wouldn't be available the next day she had a family emergency. That's fine I called back 2 more times no one has returned my call. My third time I called I got her but no worries someone will call me back that evening by 7 we are now 2 days later. This doesn't include that they took off one piece of a door jam and left rough edges as well as a small hole in the floor from the door jam trim. On day 2 the installer s left in the afternoon returned at 7:30 at night. They didn't leave until 10:20 that evening. My opinion find a company that will communicate and work with you.

Cameron Martin and Brian were fantastic. They had to stop the work on the first day because I was rushed to the hospital, but they came back that Friday when my brother was at my home to finish, and I was very pleased with them.

I need to see how quickly they will come out and repair my wall.

I am very satisfied with the product. I love it, and everybody who comes over loves it.

36 hours after the job was finished, the water shut off failed internally and started making a noise and leaking appro. one gallon of water every five minutes out of the shower head. This happened at 3:30 am Sunday morning. I called the service no. on Monday morning and was told they would check and let me know----no answer the rest of the day. I have called Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and have been given the run-around each time.

The finance company sent me an e-mail to finish the paper work so they could start the loan; I told them I would not proceed until the shower was repaired.

They were very professional, and very clean.

I feel I was railroaded at presentation and paid way too much.

They did some things I am not happy with. It all worked out in the end.

If your bathroom comes out wonderful, but your cabinets are stained from their coverings, get it fixed. I didn't do that.

The people that put the bath in for us did a very nice job and we are very happy.

There is an overlap on the wall, and I was not advised about it before the installation. I did not want shelves, and they installed them anyway. They were supposed to follow up on finishing the baseboard trim and tie it in. They sent someone out who I thought was coming to repair it, but he did not come out to repair it; he came to inspect it. We made an appointment for the following week, and no one showed up. It was never fixed by the company.

High cost

As soon as they get your money you can't get hold of anyone. They don't call you back.

We were told 48 hours before we could utilize. We waited three days just to make sure. Upon observation, we noticed deep scratches in the tub along with a mark. The caulk around the tub looked a little unprofessional. Some of it is actually coming off. There's some that has come off from the sliding door. We reached out after our first survey and they told us that someone would be out to try and rectify the issue. Some weeks passed and I got a text from someone asking if I could take pictures. It wasn't written up in the report. We reported it as soon as we noticed it. We wouldn't notice unless we were in the shower. It's been a week and a half and we have yet to hear anything. We are only looking for it to be corrected and we haven't heard anything. It's been over three weeks now. I sent pictures. I think they felt like we were being dishonest, but we are looking for the corrections to be made.

They were pleasant, removed trash, did an excellent job, and were really good.

I am very pleased with the quality of my shower installation.

The staff from sales, office, and installers were all friendly and efficient. Great company to work with. Try them you won't regret it!

The Installers were very professional. I'm a remodeling contractor myself and the craftsmanship and products used were stellar.

They are over priced materials are basics . Will look better then a what’s there probably just because it’s new .
They don’t listen properly.
They were late first day ,
They were rushed .
Didn’t follow original design.
Glass door broke first night.
Getting help after you pay is not happening.
The female in office is rude and will tell you she don’t care.
They did replace door it’s cut wrong about 1/8-1/4 off and leaks water all over . It’s been since Aug and they won’t fix it.

The installers, Don and Ernie worked very hard with outstanding results.

Warranty work is none existent. Shower drain was not connected correctly and leaked into the living room ceiling. It’s been over 2 months and they still haven’t fixed the damage.

Miscalculated the ability to have a teak bench in the shower.

They did a pretty good job. We have a slight little problem and we have to call them about it. It leaks into the tracks of the doors. I don't know if it supposed to do that or not.

The installation was great in spite of the extreme weather conditions.

Team TJ & Jose came in from Atlanta to support STL crews. They worked together seamlessly and were respectful in my home. Temp was only 3° that day so they worked from my garage (still cold!) but still needed to access materials & tools from van outside. Kudos to them both.

I enjoyed the quick turnaround on the job. I enjoyed the quality of work and the way the installers kept me in the loop throughout the whole project, and they cleaned up when they left. They did a real good job with that.
