The company's ad on television is misleading. It needs to be corrected. It took over two days to install the shower and I was without water for eight hours. The installers were wonderful.

From the sales consultation to the final bit of installation. Everything was smooth, everyone was professional. I am picky and I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower.

I love my bathroom. I hated it at first. Ugh! I love it. They did a beautiful job. It's exactly what I asked for.

We paid way too much for the product. My cousin worked with a local bath place & got onyx tile for thousands less. Also, installer did not try ahead of time to fix alignment of door until I noticed it.

High cost good quality is what i would tell people. Bot everyone is willing to spend what jacuzzi is charging, so i would not recommend

The only thing I was unhappy with is after cutting hole in my finished drywall ceiling to run wire they left it like that and said it was my problem to get it fixed one of your plumbers could of fixed that with little effort and would go along way with customer satisfaction sand word of mouth to friends And family and your potential future customers

Too much delay in getting scheduled for installation. Shoddy installation.
No paperwork given to us. Many calls were made to you requesting repairs and completion. It’s been very difficult and frustrating to get any kind of response from your company. We still don’t have a response from our call last week. Customer service told us that we would be
contacted on May 19 or 20, but no contact as of today, which is May 23.
This entire process began on February 7. We were also promised $1000.00 reduction on the day we signed the contract. That didn’t happen. We are now dealing with a third party finance company which is not Jacuzzi for our monthly payment. We are still waiting for repairs which happened at installation.

Jacuzzi installed a $18000 shower. After waiting 48 hours to use it, the first time we used it it leaked and left water spots on our dining room ceiling. They have assured me they will contact a painter for me. Has not happened yet.

Handle your own shower doors and installation without depending on a secondary source so customer can enjoy their showers without delay.

I love the tub, the fixtures and the panels.

I am not very happy with the way it turned out. For the amount of money we paid, it looks cheap, and the caulking looks like it was done by someone who has never done caulking before. Two of the panels were not very close, and the third one, they did not even attempt to line it up.

Quality of product and work.

I'm so pleased with the conversion from bath tub to shower that I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi Bath to everyone.

Took way too long to complete. They were at my house till 10:45 pm. Not acceptable.

I was totally dissatisfied with the whole process.

The physical product itself is 7 or 8 stars. The product is presented in the TV commercials here in St. Louis. In the brochure and flyers that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis left here, they show a lot. My big criticism is that I do not have towel racks. I have the two shelves, the chair, and the two handlebars to hold on to, and I will give Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis credit that everything I saw plainly showed there were no towel racks where Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis normally had them. They were along the side walls pictured in a bigger bathroom than what I have. We will get it resolved, but nothing was said about the configuration of the bathroom when the salesperson was here. What Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis did is fine, but it is not exactly right for my bathroom. I am paying for it, and there is not a problem there. My son-in-law and I will figure out a solution. There were a couple of problems. A hand towel rack that was over the toilet was moved and glued back on, and it fell off. I like the product, and it looks good, but as far as what goes with it, I have to live with it or live without it.
