I will be recommending this company when my ever I know somebody need one installed
There were a few scratches that were left that were not taken care of.
The person who came out to give us an estimate seemed knowledgeable. She even wanted to see our pipes downstairs and our electric box. Turns out she had no idea what she was looking at. When they came to install and hook up to the electric we were told that they could not attach to our box. We needed a new box to the tune of $5,000!! I was told well she isn't an electrician. But she isn't a plumber either and wanted to see our pipes. So I had to have a new electric box installed before I could use my new jaccuzzi
Communication between Jacuzzi‘s scheduling team, and my wife and I was poor. Then before the schedule date, we were contacted that the work crew was sick and had to postpone for an extra week. The crew that came and did it were very professional and did a nice job, but there is a leak which I need to have fixed.
The materials seem nice, especially the shower hardware. Installation was stressful and sloppy. If you get experienced installers, I would recommend it. Based on my experience with a trainee and an injured installer, I’m not as likely to recommend.
3 months after date for installation was set, they called on the day of installation at the time of appointment to say they don’t install on Fridays.
The wrong door was installed. I had to ask for a price adjustment. It was minimal.
We have a water leak. Was told someone would call us within 24 hours. 4 days later I called back and was forced to leave a voice message. Today is day 5 and still no response.
The Jacuzzi salesman came to my house. He told me that it would be a one-day installation and asked if it was okay if they had to stay late on that day to get the job done in one day. I told him that was no problem. When they finally came to actually do the installation, it was 4 days later that it was finally finished. They had four different guys walking through my house at one time or another. When they showed up, they didn't have all the parts to do the job. I had to argue with them to put the job in the way that the salesman told me he was going to. There was some demolition to be done on the soffit of the bathtub. I had to call their boss, and he finally told the installers to do it. That wasted a bunch of hours. The main installer was the laziest guy I have ever seen in my life. The first day he came over, he did a little bit of demo, and then sat in the bathroom doing nothing for at least four hours straight. The second day, they sent three different guys who actually wanted to work, but the first installer dropped the ball and didn't tell them they needed to bring some other parts with them. So that day, they got as much done as they could, but not as much as they wanted to get it done. The job was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving because we had a big party at our house. That didn't happen, and then Christmas came, and we were still dealing with this. Finally, they were all done except for doing the caulk, and the guy stated that he had to wait for the glue to dry on the walls before he caulked it. So that was another trip he had to make just to put caulk on. Jacuzzi is selling a product that is supposed to be so fast, but they are so unorganized that their installers didn't have the right parts on the truck. The lead installer, Zach, was lazy. Everybody else was a really good worker. From what I found out, I think those good installers have all quit since then, but they still have the lead installer. That is why I gave it such a low rating, even though it is a nice enough shower. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel didn't stand up to their end of the contract.
They did an excellent job!
Its been a month and they are not done yet!
yes
They have a nice product, but it's expensive.
The guys did a good job and Love it.
They damaged the plaster ceiling below the bathroom started the repairs but never returned to finish.
After massive delays, they still haven’t finished.
Zack and Jordan did an outstanding job! People that have been by have said it is a beautiful bathroom, and they did a fantastic job.
Salesman Ben was fantastic and our installers Zach and Adam
Way overpriced.
I am very pleased with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis' product and installation.
I love the new shower. There seemed to be a shortage of workers. It took three days to complete. The workers who were here were excellent, there just weren’t always two men available.
The SHORT of the LONG of my issues is that we did not receive the shower system we ordered and the shelf we received is too long for the wall I told Joe, our salesperson, I wanted it on. (A simple measurement would have solved this problem). There is a small piece of greenboard directly outside the shower wall that was not nailed down.
Very pleased with my new shower.
The only complaint I have is that the water is hard to adjust. You have to turn on the shower on and wait for the water to get hot. It has to do with my water system.
I would feel more strongly about recommending if the quoted times could better match actual by increasing resources, if plastic sheeting were hung and cutting done outside to keep the rest of the house free of dust and if instructions on operation were provided.
They did a good job. Nobody is perfect. They were quick, efficient, and answered all questions.
The lack communication, skilled employees, and respect for their customers time/intelligence/property.
