Jacuzzi Bath Remodel seems to be a pretty good company. They did a good job for us.
Installers and salesmen need to communicate better. The crew showed up and didn't have the insulation that the salesman promised they would use.

After signing a contract the end of February when I was told to expect installation in the next 8 to 10 weeks, it ended up being 16 weeks. I was unable to make contact with anyone other than my salesman because no one else would return my calls. Later when called to schedule the installation date, I was told that the delay was due to back order of shower door. The person who spoke to me said I had already been informed. I had not. The installation did only take a day but now I am waiting on someone connecting with me regarding a shelf that is loose. I was told by customer service that a repair person would be in touch to schedule a repair. It has been several days and no one has called. Again, I will have to make another call and hope to reach a responsive person.
The installers were great and asked before proceeding with anything. I appreciated that, and the work was outstanding.
I really liked my sales person. He has a great sense of humor. I am happy with Jordan and Jon who did the work. Everytime I talked with someone they were professional and helpful.
They arrived one morning, stayed late that night, came back the next morning and it was done by noon. Our old shower was in bad shape and they had to replace old boards. They went above and beyond; I am very happy with them.
Jacuzzi Bath had very friendly and courteous workers.
I was told to expect the workers to arrive early, 8 am or earlier. Heard nothing until close to nine, fortunately the job was completed same daly.
We were having trouble with the water system. They were trying very hard to make sure we got our water back before we continued with the remodel. We did not have water, and it was not their fault; it was the water company's fault. They had to get professionals to come and dig everything up. I am not sure who paid for that. I don't know if Jacuzzi paid for it; if so, they didn't make any money off of us. I have a feeling they may have footed the bill, but I will tell you they are professional through and through. The only minor complaint is that they were slow, but it was not their fault. It was the water company's fault. They had to come fix the issues. They went out of their way to please the customer. I was so impressed by that. It was not just the bathroom that was nice; the way they handled it was great. Not all companies would have done that. They were very nice and personable. They tried to get everything done in a reasonable time, and it was not their fault.
I was very happy with the installation. The product that they installed was excellent, and their installers were very polite.
Everyone we communicated with was very cordial, explained the process of financing, instillation and answered our questions to our understanding. We would recommend Jacuzzi to anyone.
The men were great to have in our home.
The company failed to get the required permit for my city. We were greatly inconvenienced for 2 weeks. The tear-up work was already done. Thank god they didn't tear the pipes because they didn't have the required permits. They couldn't get back to us until we returned from our vacation. To do the entire project it took 2 and a half days. It still took a few days to coordinate our schedule once we returned. In all, it took 2 weeks. The work done was wonderful. I'm still waiting to be contacted on how they will compensate us for our inconvenience.
I have been very satisfied with them.
There customer service is very poor they owe me money & have not paid me yet
The company's ad on television is misleading. It needs to be corrected. It took over two days to install the shower and I was without water for eight hours. The installers were wonderful.
From the sales consultation to the final bit of installation. Everything was smooth, everyone was professional. I am picky and I am very pleased with my new walk-in shower.
I love my bathroom. I hated it at first. Ugh! I love it. They did a beautiful job. It's exactly what I asked for.
We paid way too much for the product. My cousin worked with a local bath place & got onyx tile for thousands less. Also, installer did not try ahead of time to fix alignment of door until I noticed it.
High cost good quality is what i would tell people. Bot everyone is willing to spend what jacuzzi is charging, so i would not recommend
The only thing I was unhappy with is after cutting hole in my finished drywall ceiling to run wire they left it like that and said it was my problem to get it fixed one of your plumbers could of fixed that with little effort and would go along way with customer satisfaction sand word of mouth to friends And family and your potential future customers

Too much delay in getting scheduled for installation. Shoddy installation.
No paperwork given to us. Many calls were made to you requesting repairs and completion. It’s been very difficult and frustrating to get any kind of response from your company. We still don’t have a response from our call last week. Customer service told us that we would be
contacted on May 19 or 20, but no contact as of today, which is May 23.
This entire process began on February 7. We were also promised $1000.00 reduction on the day we signed the contract. That didn’t happen. We are now dealing with a third party finance company which is not Jacuzzi for our monthly payment. We are still waiting for repairs which happened at installation.
