The job looks great and went according to schedule
The installers were extremely welcoming and kept me up-to-date on the progress.
Everything from scheduling to completion was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the crew was neat and polite.
The two gentlemen were very professional. They answered any question I had. They cleaned up their work and showed me how to use the handles. They gave me all my paperwork and told me if I had any questions don’t hesitate to call. I would highly recommend those two gentlemen to install for your customers.
The workers were fantastic. The shower is beautiful.
Everything
My property was damaged during Jacuzzi's installation. My main bathroom and master bedroom bath shared a wall. When they started the demolition of the wall, they cut a huge hole in the shower wall of my master bedroom bath. Initially, I was confident the repair to my property would be done properly and in a timely fashion. That was not the case. On several occasions, I called the manager who could expedite the process. She conveniently was not available for weeks. When someone finally called me back, then, they suddenly didn't want to commit to having the work repaired as we had previously discussed by a contractor that I trusted. To move forward with the repairs, I had to use someone they recommended. As a result, there was a hole in my master bathroom shower for months. Now that the work has finally been completed, I'm not convinced the repairs have been completed adequately. My bathroom has a lingering "musty" smell, which leads me to believe there may still be a leak somewhere. Since they selected the repairman, there is no guarantee behind this work. Again, my ceiling was discolored, and the overall job just doesn't look polished. I shared that with Juzuzzi in writing. They should have sent someone to come and do an inspection. They did not. They just wanted their money released from the lending company.
Also, they tell you it only takes one day for these installations. They know that's not true. It took them 3, almost 4 days to complete my installation. The last day they were at my home until almost 10 pm. After all that, there was still a problem. The bathtub was leaking water. I collected gallons of water within a day's time. It took them weeks to get that repaired.
Finally, in hindsight, this was way overpriced. I ended up paying almost as much for a whole new bathroom with this installation. The salesman caught me at a time when I was very vulnerable and distracted. When I made my appointment, I understood it to be to get a quote, not a sales pitch. He had already been at my home for over three hours. I kept saying no, but he was relentless.
I would recommend Jacuzzi to all of my friends and family! The shower is exceptionally helpful for anyone with mobility issues!!
The 2 men who worked here were exceptional. Cameron and Juan were friendly and both excellent workers. We felt so comfortable having them in the house. They left theirs areas very clean at the end of the day. And our shower turned out beautifully.
I was satisfied with the work.
Crew worked hard, very professional and efficient. Did it all in a DAY as stated!
The sales person helped me choose the things I wanted to include in my new bathroom. I had cheaper bids from other bathroom remodeling companies that do the same thing. I decided on Jacuzzi because I thought they had a good reputation, but I was mistaken.
I'm not sure I'd recommend them a friend because of bad communication mostly having to do with information, like keeping me informed on the project.
My contractor was very straight forward, very on point, and the work was pretty good. He did a good job. Even when he had to do some signature things that need had to do, he was able to figure them out. I like the way he was always thinking on his feet. My contractor was very sharp.
the installer made a couple of minor errors and we are waiting for them to be corrected.
We recently purchased a new shower from Jacuzzi Bath after obtaining three separate bids. We chose your company because of your long-standing reputation and the quality of the product that was presented to us. Unfortunately, our experience has not reflected the standards we expected from such a reputable brand.
The installation process was extremely disappointing due to the poor workmanship and lack of care demonstrated by your installers—issues they themselves seemed aware of. What should have been an exciting home improvement project turned into a stressful ordeal involving numerous phone calls, follow-ups, and repeated visits.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel left two holes in our bedroom, and this is not the house I live in. My son lives in the house, and I had to go down the day before and spend the night. I’ve been calling for about four weeks for someone to come out and fix the holes. Someone was supposed to come today from 9 to 12, but he did not come. I told him I was waiting for him and asked if he was coming, but he said that he had gotten mixed up and was at the wrong location. He was very apologetic, but now I have to go back down again. It has taken them two days to do the work, and I had to come on the third day because there were three screws that were not set in one of the doors. I am very unhappy that I have to keep going back down because this problem is not fixed.
Still not completed
It was absolutely amazing to see the job get done and how well the crew did their jobs. They got in there and hustled.
It’s way too expensive. I was talking to the salesman and I got an estimate for a similar price, but it was for a full bathroom remodel. He was gonna remove my closet. Give me a new vanity and redo my entire shower and walls and what he showed me there was a chair in the shower. I was gonna get and a double wall spicket on each side so I feel like I made the wrong choice.
Quick, efficient, knowledgeable installers. Clean up was great.
Our salesperson, the communication staff and the men who did the installation were so respectful and made us feel that our time and money will be well-spent. I would welcome them into our home anytime.
The guys that worked for us and did the work were great. The only thing was that there was maybe a miscommunication with the salesman. The guy that sold it to us told us that they'd come in and fix all of the plumbing that was in our house to make sure it fit the jacuzzi. Our house is 55 years old, and we had copper pipe that was put in when the house was built since we built the house. The copper tubing was rotting away in some places. We had to spend another $2,000 of our own money to get the copper upgraded. I did it, and I didn't complaint a lot because I was in contracting in my younger years. I am 80 years old, and I understood how goes on. I need life to go on instead of complaining about having to pay for all the copper tubing to be replaced in our house from 55 years ago. We worked it out. I didn't think that I was going to have to pay it in the beginning, but I knew in the long run it wasn't going to do me any good thinking about the price. We survived.
They were quick. They were in and out in one day.
