The guys who installed our shower were wonderful. The follow up phone call the next not so much. Tom could use a bit more training in customer service
I didn't have a lot of communication.
My son wants to remodel a bathroom in Las Vegas and I told him to Jacuzzi!
It was extremely high priced for what I got. $22,000 even though they said they gave me a senior and military discount. But i didn't get an itemization for the costs,
so don't know if i really got those discounts. And then there's the shower head issue no one has gotten back to me about. See next question for those comments.
The time involved with install took 10 days to complete even though the final shower looks great and the installers did a good job.
Friendly and quick installation.
The entire team was professional and did an excellent job. The installation went very well and was done in a timely manner.
I was completely happy.
It was very nice. It was a one-day turn-over. It was really good. I was pretty impressed. They did great work.
The workmanship is fine, but the customer service is horrible.
They were easy to work with.
They were great.
They came and did it, and it was awesome. Their attitude and the way they treated me as a customer were great!
It is nice to only have to work with one vendor. They do everything so no need to schedule multiple contractors to get the job done. They also were able to get it done in one day so very minimal disruption to us.
Definitely will use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel again for our other bathroom.
Professional from beginning to end. One-day shower to tub transformation. It's like staying in a really fancy hotel now. I look forward to taking a shower every day.
This was our 2nd tub to shower conversion with Jacuzzi. The first was about two years ago.
For this project the installation was to be in January. We had snow that day in Portland and were not surprised when nobody showed up to work. A courtesy call from someone would have been appreciated.
The next installation date was to be in early February. We learned this the afternoon before when a text message was sent giving us the information. We rearranged our lives and moved my office and our dogs to our second home in Southern Oregon so the house would be ready for the install. The wrong floor piece had been ordered!
A short time later it was also disclosed that they could do the install March 12 but our shower door had not arrived. (I believe order was placed in November and in early March it was discovered we had no shower doors-not very amusing)
If we didn’t love the first shower we would have cancelled after the discovery of the wrong shower floor being ordered.
They handled things very nicely and with the least amount of problem to me.
The guys were really thorough, clean, and did a nice job!
I am satisfied with the outcome.
I thought the product was overpriced for what we received.
This process has been very difficult. It has taken far longer than anticipated.
The installation was excellent. However, the waiting time was terrible. It took three months. Customer service was nonexistent.
Working with the designer in January was a good experience. We had regular communication up until the first install, which wasn't completed until June (6 months later)! The second half of the installation could not be completed because of wrong materials. It looks like that final install will not happen until late October. That's 10 months since we first started! And I have had little to no communication since the first instal but have had to initiate the calls myself. I've been happy with the quality of the work, but poor communication and exceedingly long wait time has been very frustrating.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very professional and got the job done quickly. The only drawback is that the water pressure is not very strong.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was very professional and treated my home with care. They were very diligent in putting down safety stuff and not damaging my wood floors.
Jacuzzi installer did not properly attach drain - therefore causing a water leak which went into my basement. Lots of water damage plus mold. The company currently working on my basement stepped in to do all the repairs needed yet Jacuzzi is not paying this company. Giving lots of runaround that "the check is in the mail". It's been 3 months now and this is unacceptable. I though Jacuzzi was a reputable company until now. At the high cost of your product - I'm shocked that you would hold payment on an independent contractor.
Elias and TJ were the best guys! They were polite, respectful, clean, on time and so friendly!
Both on them remodeled both of our bathrooms. Austin, who came with the two for the second bathroom was also awesome.
Kris Thomas did an excellent job in explaining things to us.
We had weekly check in from Jacuzzi staff prior to projects start and even after everything was completed.
Everyone were super friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful experience with this company and their staff.
Highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel!!
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a great job and had it done in a reasonable amount of time.
They just never did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. They were not reliable. The salesperson's presentation was too long - 4 hours, until 11pm. He told us we would have plenty of water pressure, but the shower head was not good. We had to replace it ourselves. He promised an install of June 1, but it was pushed back twice. The financing was confusing, and I called him. He never replied.
They were very quick and did a great job putting in the shower replacing an older tub
They were quick and efficient and did a great job.
The guys were very professional, and I would welcome them back to my home again.
Work was on time and as expected. No problems. Enjoying new shower
There were demo and installation issues. It had poor workmanship and was not kept clean.
The measurements were wrong and now we cannot get it fixed. I have been given the run around. At present I am exchanging phone messages FINALLY with a Matt Rogers but that was after 5 or 6 calls. Now I cannot seem to get a call back from Matt. Last I heard was 4/03/23
The workers were very professional, nice, and friendly. They were able to answer questions.
We had to wait six WEEKS between demolition of our old tub/shower until installation of the walk-in shower. They kept pushing out the date over and over. I had to keep calling to ask what was happening and each and every time I asked to speak to a manager they were conveniently in a meeting. It was so frustrating and ridiculous. I always had a lot of respect for the Jacuzzi brand name...until now. Yes, the finished product is beautiful and the workers were fabulous...but the nightmare we went through to get there was definitely NOT worth it. Never again! I would never recommend.
I wish that I could give a higher rating, however, there were a number of things that were not right at the time that the installation crew wanted me to sign off. 1. When the building inspector arrived for the final inspection, the shower would not operate! 2. The door did not move smoothly and there was a half inch gap between the door and the seal. 3. The caulking is uneven and not consistently the same width. 4. The drain grate is not centered on the opening and the drain is very noisy. 5. The job site was not clean. There was construction debris on the floor of the shower. The door had not been washed. There was caulking and other adhesives stuck to the walls and fixtures.
They are not very responsive to customers.
Our experience was the best it could be. We're very happy with our new walk-in shower. The installers (Ryan and Sean) were very professional and friendly. The whole thing only took one day. We are a 10 on the whole experience.
Everyone was courteous and well organized. They were on time, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves.
Workmanship is awful. Cant get anyone to come fix this install that was suppose to take a few days. Its been a been months. Not happy!! Dont believe what they advertise.
They were here on time and left the job completed.
They are very professional and very efficient. They do a very good job.
Everyone was very efficient and friendly. It was an all around good experience.
A wonderful product and a smooth installation.
,
This was a very expensive project for us but one that we were excited to get. The missing ramp for the project was so annoying and would have been easy for them to fix that day but they were in a hurry to leave. I had all weekend to get steamed up about this install. I was wishing we had never started it and that I could just tell them to forget it. There are lots of notes on our account that you can read. This is making me mad again just trying to tell you about it. dlp
They were professional and did it quick, didn't leave a mess, and it was excellent.
