The price point is higher than I’d like.

When they came out the first time, they didn’t have the right things, so I had to wait three weeks for them to come back and finish the job.

I would recommend them to a friend because they were very professional and did a very good job.

I was not satisfied with the final project. I felt like the company Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was not responsive once they received the final payment. It took 7 phone calls for them to even respond.

The guy who put it in was great!

Hiroki and Matt did a great job. They were very thorough and were great about answering any questions or concerns that we had. They left everything neat and clean when they were finished.

I think the overall output was good quality, but the first bathroom took an entire month due to numerous complications that could have been solved with better communication. For example, mis-measured space and no communication about concrete floors and walls to either set of installers before their arrival resulted in them needing to reorder the stall/tray, which took about 3 weeks. There was a significant lack of preparedness for the second set of installers.

They did a great job. They were very polite. They are great.

They did a fabulous job. The salesman was awesome. I appreciated him. The two guys that did the work were absolutely fantastic. I don't have a single complaint. Everything that they said would happen, happened.

From start to finish, it was an enjoyable experience. The friendly new employee @Costco, who booked the appointment. The incredibly sweet and knowledgeable salesperson to the experienced efficient trainees and installers.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and speed at which the job was done. The gentlemen were very efficient and friendly. Questions were answered satisfactorily and they left not one bit of mess. They took the time to demonstrate use and care of the shower as well.

Cameron and Logan were great! They did a beautiful job and when they left you couldn’t even tell they were there. Both were very respectful.

They did a great job but I think they were a bit pricey.

I felt they kept me in the loop communication-wise and did a great job!

The contractor side of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is 10/10 but the market side is 0/10. If it was just the contractors and installation, I would rate a 10 but the management and project team on the business side was so bad.

Love the product, the workers were amazing. It is expensive though.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel came out and did the job in a day. Then they came back the next day to replace a door that they said had issues when it was delivered. They are a very high-quality company.

The lack of customer care.

Installation was great due to working in an older house. Jacuzzi dropped the ball in several areas: not ordering a needed grab bar, assuring me the shower pan would cover the odd shape of the removed tub, and assuring the pan was anti slip.

Very professional and easy to work with.

The staff at the company was good from start to finish! On the first day, the demo was done by Ulysses and Walker. They did a great job! On the second day, Valentino and Josiah came to install the walk-in shower. They were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. I am very satisfied with all the employees who came into our home to do the remodeling.

I didn't have the best experience with the 3rd party financial company. It was hard to find someone to talk to when I had questions about the financing. It was hard to navigate GreenSky's website.

I would have given them a ten, but I felt the price was high.

The design options , for the shower surround, were limited. And the price is far beyond what it should be. In 2019 I had two walk-in showers done for less money with many more options and upgrades.

The man came on time explaining what they were going to do and got to work quickly and professionally the shower looks great and they cleaned up and left

As I've written about already, I really appreciated the professionalism of the team that did the installation. I appreciated the salesperson we worked with in terms of just the no-pressure approach.

Tanner and Peter were great installers, and left the area clean.
Job also completed sooner than estimated. Beautiful shower.

The workers were efficient and helpful/. They cleaned up well.

The company advertises one to two day installations. My work was completed in 2 1/2 months. These projects are expensive so customer communication and service should be a corporate priority. Scheduling work and receiving status notifications couldn’t be more lacking.

They were nice and quick, and they cleaned up the area.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodels customer service is nonexistent as far as I know.

Customer service and Communication is TERRIBLE! They never return a phone call even when they swear they will, this is from customer service, sales and production across the board. Taking the money part is easy., committing to the project is easy, but when there is a delay, or only half of your materials show up on install day, all communication and customer service stalls. It's deplorable.
Even now after my install, 3 months later, there is a small issue.I would like resolved and communication again.Has stalled....

The work was done completely and perfectly.

I was supposed to have the shower head with the extra shower that went over the bench. I am an invalid and I can't shower in there because I can't stand up.
