I didn't have the best experience with the 3rd party financial company. It was hard to find someone to talk to when I had questions about the financing. It was hard to navigate GreenSky's website.
I would have given them a ten, but I felt the price was high.
The installation was smooth and very professionally done.
They arrived on time and everyone was considerate..
everything from installation to over pricing
The design options , for the shower surround, were limited. And the price is far beyond what it should be. In 2019 I had two walk-in showers done for less money with many more options and upgrades.
The man came on time explaining what they were going to do and got to work quickly and professionally the shower looks great and they cleaned up and left

As I've written about already, I really appreciated the professionalism of the team that did the installation. I appreciated the salesperson we worked with in terms of just the no-pressure approach.
Tanner and Peter were great installers, and left the area clean.
Job also completed sooner than estimated. Beautiful shower.
The workers were efficient and helpful/. They cleaned up well.
The company advertises one to two day installations. My work was completed in 2 1/2 months. These projects are expensive so customer communication and service should be a corporate priority. Scheduling work and receiving status notifications couldn’t be more lacking.
They were nice and quick, and they cleaned up the area.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodels customer service is nonexistent as far as I know.
Customer service and Communication is TERRIBLE! They never return a phone call even when they swear they will, this is from customer service, sales and production across the board. Taking the money part is easy., committing to the project is easy, but when there is a delay, or only half of your materials show up on install day, all communication and customer service stalls. It's deplorable.
Even now after my install, 3 months later, there is a small issue.I would like resolved and communication again.Has stalled....
The work was done completely and perfectly.
I was supposed to have the shower head with the extra shower that went over the bench. I am an invalid and I can't shower in there because I can't stand up.
The lifetime warranty is why I went with Jacuzzi, comparative to cost.
I am happy with the job.
The quality of the install and materials was good. The time to get the materials and challenge in scheduling the install needs improvement.
They were upfront, fair, organized, and completed the job when promised. Everything was cleaned up and beautiful when they left. The installers were the nicest people I've ever met, including the plumber. They were great.
We have an old house that was built in 1952. The project was supposed to take a day, but it took two because of how old the house is, and it was a lot of work, but the crew was very hardworking.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has horrible customer service.
Fast and thorough
Had a water leak in the drain. They did come fix it pretty quickly.
I did not get what I requested for. It was delayed.
Presentation was informative & complete. Allowed me to make the choices. And the installers were very good & gracious.
It was installed on Thursday and we noticed water leaking under house on Sunday. Called emergency li e and as of 614 pm on Monday -no one has called me back
I think it is way overpriced for what they did. The glass door was not squared, and there is a little gap and there is water that spills out.
All parts were not ordered prior to installation. After near completion they realized they were missing shower rod which needed to be back ordered. I couldn't use the shower for 3 weeks after the tub was installed.
Most of the installation went well. I felt that there needed to be much more clarity about the install timeline - I was told 1-2 day installation, but found out after the fact that this didn't include the final inspection, which I would need to be present for.
Feels slightly pricey for the quality. Overall, nice job, Jacuzzi!
A little on the expensive side, but what isn't now a days. I also believe you get what you pay for and it looks great.
The installation process moved efficiently and without issue.
I am really happy with the product. The installation was wonderful. They were very professional, and the finished product is beautiful.
Better communication prior to installation.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a wonderful job. They had good customer service, and they resolved an issue very quickly. I had a scratch, and they came back out very fast.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland did a really good job.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very professional, friendly, and they knew exactly what they were doing . Since I had installed the bathroom the first time, when I remodeled the house 30 years ago, it was a pelasure to watch somebody else do all of the work. They did a very good job.
There was a delay on the equipment no communication with an update.
I am waiting until job is finished to my satisfaction before I will recommend this product.
Crew was very prompt and explained everything that was happening
*Paid in full on December 18.
Salesman measured for the materials, and said it would be 6 weeks from the time the measurements were submitted to the day of tear out. We were told it would be a one-day installation, possibly 2 days if there was any dry rot or mold.
*March 3 - tear out was complete, but the shower pan did not fit. We had two young men come to our house and go underneath into our crawl space to measure. As Time rolls on, no one knows who the boys were, and their measurements reached no one. Installation did not occur. Also, no dry rot and no mold.
* April 15 - new shower pan does not fit. We are told by Dan that it will take 9 days to remake it and possibly it can be overnighted to us.(our request)
*May 14 - Daniel & Michael
*May 15 - Daniel & Peter
*May 16 - Daniel & another new
First day they packed up and went home early because the inspector or plumber had not shown up and they couldn't go any further. That person did show up, but they weren't willing to get back to work. They went home.
Second or third day they had to send one of their people an hour and a half to get tools they did not have in the van. Said someone else had driven it, and they did not have what they needed. Went home again.
Third day they seemed in quite a hurry, and wanted us to sign off that things were complete. As they were leaving, we discovered they had left behind some things, and when we got to the driveway and knocked on the van, they sped away.
It was great from start to finish. The tub looks beautiful. I am happy with the outcome.
I really appreciated the gentlemen who came to install it. They were very knowledgeable and so efficient. I've never seen two people work harder in their life to get it all done at one time. They were picking them up and putting them down as fast as they could and were super nice.
Great service didn’t feel pressured to buy, liked all the options to pick from.
I'm very happy with the job!
Very professional and respectfull. Only took a couple of days including inspections.
I had given up being able to replace my jetted tub to add a soaking tub and showers. And then I met Robert at the NE Portland Costco. He set up an appointment for a bid, Chris spent almost 2 hours with me designing the project. Within 7 weeks it was completely done. It’s just what I wanted. The workers…especially Nefro were great. They were polite, easy to communicate with and they worked really hard to finish on time. The first day, there was a 4 hour delay because my shut off valve was corroded and we had to wait for the city worker to arrive. The guys were determined to stay until it was fixed, and stayed later that day so it would be ready for the initial inspection could happen the next day.
My experience was everything they promised.
