This wasn't my bathroom, this was my brother's bathroom I had done, because he fell. I was very satisfied with what they did, and how quickly they did it.

Things were not put back that should have been. No one shows up when they say they will.

The shower enclosure is beautiful and works perfectly.

You did what you said you would do. The timeline is right on time. The insulation was done in one day with no problems. The walk-in shower looks real good and the installers were very professional and polite cleaned everything up when they left.

The installers were wonderful, our sales rep was wonderful, and they did a tremendous job of explaining everything that was involved. They knew our concerns, they knew what we looked to accomplish, and they have delivered. They've done everything that they said they would do. You know, I'm really pleased, my wife's very pleased as well. Everything came out beautifully.

All personnel were knowledgeable and helpful needed redo due to original wooden backing left out in pouring rain before installation..Both installations were done well and had the installers of the first attempt simply stopped the install and protected the materials from pouring rain all would have been fine the first time.. We are happy with the quick and thoughtful service you provided for the redo and will gladly recommend your company to friends and relatives. All who have seen the new shower have been impressed with the quality materials and careful workmanship on redo. .Thanks !!!!!!

They sealed my cat in the bathtub enclosure.

Everything advertised, and presented by the gentleman who came to show us samples, was 100% accurate and identical at the time of complete installation.

I love the water pressure that I have now!!!!

When the salesperson was here, he mentioned that the glass door would have a big roller on top so it would be sturdy. When it was installed, we saw nothing like that. When you touch the door on either side, it shakes a bit.
We are not satisfied with the glass door because we thought the glass would be thicker.

The remodel is beautiful.

Follow up when a problem occurred was very disappointing. I had to call 5 times before someone finally responded just to schedule a service visit.

The gentleman that came to do the job were professional, clean, and such nice people. The job they did was absolutely fabulous. they cleaned up everything before they left. I cant give enough praise over the job they did. My walk in shower is beautiful. How they did the work in one day is amazing.

My wife and I both loved the total transformation of our shower installed by Raphael and Jose. Tell those guys that we both said thank you so much! My wife was thinking about remodeling our children’s bathroom and we showed Raphael and Jose the bathroom and Jose said that if we do have the other bathroom remodeled please request for them both to do the installation and my wife and I both agreed because we both like how Raphael and Jose work and do their jobs.

We had a fabulous experience. Everything exceed our expectations. The remodel was a bit pricey but we are still very happy with the quick turn around, one day installation, and high quality.

Very bad about returning phone calls. I had afew questions but my phone calls were never returned. otherwise, the workers were excellent.

I wish the price was cheaper, but it is fantastic to have a beautiful shower, and it is nice to be able to stand up. I went to the doctor and was told I may need to have to do another round of back surgery, so this remodel came at the perfect time. I don't have to lift my leg and be uncomfortable, and it is perfect for me and my wife.

The process was well laid out. Excellent communication on how things were going to go, and everything worked out exactly as I was advised.

They did a marvelous job and completed the job in 10 hours. I was very impressed.
