The process was well laid out. Excellent communication on how things were going to go, and everything worked out exactly as I was advised.

They did a marvelous job and completed the job in 10 hours. I was very impressed.

Arrived on time. Showed us the materials they would use and any history behind them. Explained what they were doing and why, and answered any questions we had. Left the work area spotless. And the end product was like a magazine cover ad. Highly recommended!

The contractors were super respectful and super nice. My bathroom was up and running really quickly, the same day.

It was quick and easy and the job site was cleaned up. The installers Rafael and Melvin were exceptionally nice and professional.

We just got it installed. We had this done before, and after about a year, that's when everything started to fall apart. However, for now, I will rate it an eight.

The representative, Brian Reynor, was very informative, took his time and explained all aspects of the job. He gave me sound advise when I asked him questions about how to set up the handicap bars and bath seat. I had a very positive experience with Val at the install office. She was great in straightening out my issue with customer care. She got back to me almost immediately to answer my questions.

Very professional and focused employees. Also punctual and mannerable workmen.

We had several issues with one of your workers...maynor came out twice. In our contract it stated the steps and pony should be wrapped around..he said no not in yr contract .I called yr customer service she said it was and he said he wasn't going to do it,then said he didn't have supplies on truck left. My husband went around to truck that was always left open and took picture of plenty of the wrap stuff. He left.next day he comes bk wth another worker and later asks me to come in bathroom and tell him..where,how high,level,and angle I wanted the grab bars. He did tell me not to step in shower as it had not set in yet. Didn't tell me I could not touch the corner of. Pony. I have mobility issues so for a little balance I did touch the corner so I cld lean a little so I see into shower. He later told my husband he had to fix what I had touched. Out of room for all .

They did a beautiful job.

A little too pricey. I do like the floor to ceiling panels.
