The installation process was good, but the follow up due to issues from the installation, the communication is not good.

The shower installation was great however upon using it water comes out of the shower and we still do not understand why we couldn’t have a door installed as part of the installation

They did a wonderful job! I love my new shower. It is the first time that I have felt safe in my shower in 5 years since I moved away from my farm, honestly. It is the first time I have felt safe is using the shower that they have installed. It is wonderful!

The installation techs were polite and clean. Jean and Xavier worked well as a team.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very professional. They completed the project within a timely manner. They cleaned up after everything. I didn't have to ask them to clean, they just cleaned up. They left it like it was and probably even better.

I would say they are very communicative, very efficient, and very polite. It was an absolute pleasure having them do work in the home.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and the workers. I liked how they put down a catch-all to catch the debris and trash. My house was cleaner because they took out all the trash. They were very professional and detailed.

Everything was just as promised! One day for my project was critical because a longer project would be too disruptive for my 94 year old dad who lived with me and is who this was needed for.

They showed up and were professional. They completed the job without the remainder of them being there, other than the beautiful bathroom.

The custom oversize shower with wheel chair ramp is beautiful. Both Sergio and Drew from Jacuzzi were great.

I would recommend them to a friend because they gave excellent service. The guys that came in to put the Jacuzzi in were very professional. They had two supervisors who came to make sure job was being done right. They had an issue with spacing from the vanity I put in, and it was too small, so they came back today to finish up the side trim.

Everything went well. The installation team was great.

They did as they promised. They came out with the Jacuzzi shower very quickly and in a timely fashion. There were no hiccups behind my walls, so they were able to expedite it expeditiously. If they had something in order for them to guarantee it, they would have to have fixed it first.

I have been waiting to hear from them for 3 weeks to replace the doors. They brought and installed a cheaper door then was ordered. They broke the tile on the wall near the shower. There is a huge chip in it. And the shower is not squarely placed in the room. And then I was cleaning grout and debris off of my wood floor for days. My installers were Jergio & Drew. One of which had ear buds in and was talking to someone like he was being talked through how to do it.

The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel technicians who came in were great. They were very good, and the end result was good. There were no problems with the shower. It was perfect. The tub was fixed yesterday, so I would say I am likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to a friend.

The sales process took a little longer than expected, and it could've been shorter. Some things got postponed and stuffs happened, but they did take care of it eventually.

I had a positive experience with both the representative that came to my house, and the two gentlemen that actually did the work.

The only issue is that they have returned twice this week to address minor concerns regarding dripping and areas that were not caulked correctly. They have had to return twice since the installation, and they are rather expensive.

Everything with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is a 10 because the guys came in and did wonderful work! They did the best of work. My house was built in 1952, so they came in. I had never had any changes done since the house had been built, so it has been about 60-70 years. They came in and brought me up to date. I truly feel 2025 now.

The entire experience from the sales presentations to the installation was perfect. The installers (Sergio & Jose) did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this fine company and staff
