They arrived on time and as scheduled. They did the work in one day as proimised and I amsatisfied with the results.

I love my new shower - the 3 men did a fantastic job!! BUT the finances were horrid - I set up Jacuzzi Bath of Atlanta as a new payee with my bank and made the final payoff payment (thousands). A week later Jacuzzi of Arizona took the same amount (thousands) out of my bank UNAUTHORIZED!!!! This put me thousands of dollars in arrears and bills bounced! I am on social security and I am legally deaf - I wrote 3 emails to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona and they have never replied!!!! I am turning them in to the BBB and Consumer (actually government() for fraud. I would give a 10 for the work done and a 0 for the finances..

I had a great experience. There were no problems and they have a great product.

They did a wonderful job and got everything done in one day. They worked around helping me, because on the first day they came out, there was damage in the crawl space. They came back two days later and put the shower in. They provided good customer service.

JBR did a fantastic job remodeling my shower. They finished in less than a day, and I love the finished shower. The guys were very nice and very professional.

The product and shower are beautiful. It is far beyond my expectations. The crew who installed it were very knowledgeable. My only concern and negative of the whole process was the cleanup of the bath, the shower, and the house, as I was left with a whole lot of unexpected dust. The cleanup was not satisfactory. The product and the way it looks are great. I just had to hire someone to come clean up my house.

After they put the tub in and they left, we inspected the shower. There were bubbles in where they said there would be no seam, no cracks in the caulking. There was about a three-inch crack or broken piece at the top of the shower. We called them to let them know. We are still waiting for them to come and repair it.

The sales method felt very pushy and made me uncomfortable in retrospect. The quality of workmanship was not quite what I expected for what I paid.

I like the quality of the materials used and the commitment.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a great job!

Jacuzzi did a good job with the shower, but they damaged the den ceiling below the shower with water stains and pocked paint marks. I am having difficulty getting Jacuzzi to address the issue.

Will not recommend. If people ask i will show pictures and tell them the facts of the interaction

The employees were real professional and completed the project in a timely manner.

I liked my home except for the master bath. The Jacuzzi Remodel changed the appearance of the room tremendously. The craftsmanship was excellent; the workmen organized, proficient and considerate of my home. I proudly show friends and family the difference the Jacuzzi product created!

The reason for a four-star rating for recommending them is because we were under the impression it would physically take one day, and it took over a month for us to get our glass put in.

They are expensive, and I was not expecting the sales technic to have to make a decision that day.

From the salesman to the shop foreman to the installers … all were courteous patient and knowledgeable.

Installers were very professional. When they ran into a problem they knew how to take care of the situation.

The two young men who did the work were very thorough and always asked in between the jobs if I agreed and my opinion or if this was what I wanted. They completed the job in the timeframe. They were friendly and just did a great job.

They are very prompt and got to us in a timely manner. We only had one issue with the door and they took care of it.

A question arose as two whether a sliding shower handle was to be installed per the contract. After I brought it to their attention, the merchant has failed to follow up and resolve the issue.

Customer service was generally bad

The product itself is very good so far. The process and concrete cutting left nearly the entire house covered in concrete dust. Proper containment should have been setup at the bathroom door prior to cutting/jack hammering the concrete.

The salesman did a really good job. The technicians did a good job also. They showed up on time and got done on time.They had good quality workmanship. It's probably the cleanest workers I have ever had in my house. I was disappointed in the glass people. They have been paid a few times and I wish the glass would've been a part of the overall job.

This is the second bathroom Jacuzzihas done for me. The first one was in Arizona. I was so pleased with the results that I didn’t hesitate to call Jacuzzi and to do my project here in Georgia.

We have to reach out to have someone else do the glass door because Jacuzzi Bath Remodel couldn't place it where we wanted it. It was going to open from the left to right, and we wanted it the other way.
