This has nothing to do with the installation team.

The people that came out were kind, courteous, worked with you and were very respectful. They are exactly what people need to see to know there are good workers out there that care about what they do.

The contractors were clean, informative, and friendly.

The total Jacuzzi experience was one that was a major disappointment for me versus their advertisement.

I am very satisfied. They did a good job.

They showed up when they said they would. They did the work neatly and timely. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything well.

I haven't tried it out yet.

I have three issues. One is that it took a long time for them to do the work. The workmanship was, at best, average. Third, they don't provide glass for the shower, and another company should provide it at H&M. The company doesn't respond. I called them a few times, and they said they would come for an estimate, but it has never happened. Jacuzzi Bath remodels are not helping with this issue at all. Jacuzzi claimed they called their partners, but I have heard nothing. A door without glass is very inconvenient.

Installers were able to come back out to install the shower after there was a plumbing issue.

It really depends on how we solve the issue with the bathroom floor and the door. Overall, the installation was very good, the gentleman was very professional and moved the process quickly. The shower itself is fine, but we just have another thing to touch on.

The crew was very courteous and did a fantastic job with my tub and shower remodel. They ran into a plumbing issue but resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction.

The work was good, but they damaged my hardwood floors and it took them 5 months to authorize the payment to have it repaired.

The product itself is not nearly as nice as it appears in picture. This looks no better than aryclic. While I recognize it is easier to clean it's not any nicer.

The two guys who came got here at 8 in the morning and left at 8:20 pm. They worked the entire time. I didn't see them top for lunch. The jacuzzi shower makes the bathroom look bigger. They did have to come back to make a few adjustments. I'm very happy with the outcome.

They are an excellent company to work with; they do quality professional work.

Almost everything went completely smoothly. There was just one issue about me not knowing who to call to reschedule.

They didn't measure properly the first time they came out to install, so they could not put it in because the panel was the wrong size. I had to wait another week for the installation. They were very apologetic. They reduced the price due to the inconvenience. That was good that they did that. I was surprised. I am not sure where the mistake came from. I know they do a lot of baths. They helped correct it by reimbursing me for the inconvenience. Make sure they measure correctly the first time they come out.

We are very happy with our walk-in shower.

I highly recommend Jacuzzi! We arranged our remodel through Costco.

We were very disappointed in the finished product. It was not worth the amount of money we were charged. We would not recommend Jacuzzi to anyone else.

Number one is the price is triple what it should be. The materials aren’t that expensive to warrant the cost. Secondly we were not told all of the facts about installation. We didn’t know there would be a seam in the middle of the wall. The appearance is not worth the $15000 we paid. The install team left the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom covered in dust. The install team took one of our shower head that we wanted to keep. Also the team took or used some of our material we had for a cabinet we bought. Extremely bad experience. I will discourage everyone I know not to use Jacuzzi Bath. I will also state my displeasure on my social media accounts.

Xavier, Kendrix, and Bengy were all highly trained and efficient. The installation and cleanup were perfect. They were all a pleasure to work with, and the end product is beautiful!

The technician were prompt, and professional

The sales representative was deceptive in his presentation of the shower install indicating the shower glass would be installed after the initial shower install was complete. He rushed through the contract pointing to touching sections for electronic initials & the crucial section saying we acknowledged the glass cost was not included in the price. Upon follow-up of when the glass would be installed I was made aware that I was responsible of glass installation costs because I initialed that section. It took several days to finaĺly get to a manager to explain the situation. JBR of Atlanta did finally agree JBR would pay for the glass installation. Just know that the advertisement of 1 day installation turned into a 6 week ordeal...

Either the salesperson had no idea what he was talking about or it was changed somewhere before the installation. The shower is 4 1/2 inches narrower than what I was promised.
