I had no problems with the local company. They were great. The company at large has real problems with their notification system and it was very disappointing.

The salesman did not go over all details of the installation, and I was unaware that the walk-in shower did not automatically come with a door. I did not know that I had the option of getting a shower rod or a door. I would have preferred that he discuss that with me. I assumed all walk-in showers came with a door, so now I'm having to have them come back to put a door because they gave me a shower rod. If he discussed that option with me, which I would've liked, we could've prevented this. I prefer he discuss that option I have when getting a shower if I wanted a rod or door. It would be nice.

The crews arrival time was right on que. The two teams worked together with extreme professionalism, and the work was done well. The quality of materials are beyond what I expected.

They were very prompt in arriving and very thorough in what they accomplished.

Our experience from beginning to end, from in home meeting in terms of expectations pricing, timing, and ease at which installation would go, was better than expected. We are hugely appreciative because we had someone in household with health issues. We needed this to go smoothly and quickly, and it was perfect. We had no complaints. With chemotherapy it's always a little scary having people in the house, but everyone was careful. They laid out tarps everywhere and they swept underneath when they left. They were very considerate and went above and beyond.

Installation caused severe damage to our home due to negligence in the installation because the overflow pipe was not connected to the drain pipe and a gasket was not installed to the overflow hole in the tub so a few days after having the tub installed we filled up the tub to use it and the ceiling below began leaking so much to the point that the ceiling collapsed.
