The salesperson as well as the installers were very professional, polite, and explained the system to me.

They came in and did a good job. They did it in a day. They were great and hardworking. It was a good process.

From the very start when the lady came out with the plans and how the shower would be, it was perfect from then on. I signed up that very moment. Step by step Jacuzzi let know what will happen next. I have never had a company follow up and care as much as Jacuzzi did.

They were very polite and efficient, but they left one step out of the process. That had to be fixed later.

To date, I have not used my new shower as I am waiting for the installation of the shower door. I thought you guys did the complete renovation.

I have three issues. One is that it took a long time for them to do the work. The workmanship was, at best, average. Third, they don't provide glass for the shower, and another company should provide it at H&M. The company doesn't respond. I called them a few times, and they said they would come for an estimate, but it has never happened. Jacuzzi Bath remodels are not helping with this issue at all. Jacuzzi claimed they called their partners, but I have heard nothing. A door without glass is very inconvenient.

Installers were able to come back out to install the shower after there was a plumbing issue.

It really depends on how we solve the issue with the bathroom floor and the door. Overall, the installation was very good, the gentleman was very professional and moved the process quickly. The shower itself is fine, but we just have another thing to touch on.
