Jacuzzi Bath does quality work, but they are expensive.

Despite an initial delay due to an ordering error, once the installers were here, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were very competent and exuded a professional demeanor that assuaged any doubts that I had before they arrived. Their customer service was exceptional and their attention to detail was above reproach.

I called Jacuzzi Bath Remodel yesterday because my grab bars are not flushed against the wall, so I am not at all satisfied with that. They said someone would contact me within the next 48 hours, but they don't work on the weekends. It might be this Monday. I had to call them back yesterday, and I haven't used my shower yet because I don't have the door. I need something to be done with my grab bars. They either need to be replaced or have some type of adjustments to them. That is my issue.

Jacuzzi Bath did live out to its promise. The installation was done professionally, and they completed within one day with minimal to no disturbance in my home. The technician were very professional, and the shower looks very nice.

I'd recommend them to a friend because they were very efficient, neat, and I had no complaints. Two fellas came to do the tub and two did the shower and they were all wonderful and no complaints at all.

The glass door installation process is a mess. Your advertising shows Jacuzzi attired people installing the doors but it is a separate service all together. Very disappointing to have the shower finished and have to wait a couple of weeks on the door. You need to improve this.

It is too early to know if they have my approval.

They showed up on time…actually were a little bit early.

They did an excellent job. The task needed more effort than I anticipated because they had to relocate water lines and a vent pipe, and I was surprised they performed it all at no extra expense. The work the original installer did on the existing tub—he left several fittings and things in the way of a shower—helped with the installation of the new shower. Pablo and his helper spent an extra three and a half hours on the job. They did not take lunch or breaks and did an excellent job.

I think they did an excellent job. They were highly efficient and professional. The cleanup was great.

Time frame as promised. Professional and experienced team!¡!

Probably should have shopped around. Overpriced.

The installation process was good, but the follow up due to issues from the installation, the communication is not good.

The shower installation was great however upon using it water comes out of the shower and we still do not understand why we couldn’t have a door installed as part of the installation

They did a wonderful job! I love my new shower. It is the first time that I have felt safe in my shower in 5 years since I moved away from my farm, honestly. It is the first time I have felt safe is using the shower that they have installed. It is wonderful!

The installation techs were polite and clean. Jean and Xavier worked well as a team.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very professional. They completed the project within a timely manner. They cleaned up after everything. I didn't have to ask them to clean, they just cleaned up. They left it like it was and probably even better.

I would say they are very communicative, very efficient, and very polite. It was an absolute pleasure having them do work in the home.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and the workers. I liked how they put down a catch-all to catch the debris and trash. My house was cleaner because they took out all the trash. They were very professional and detailed.

Everything was just as promised! One day for my project was critical because a longer project would be too disruptive for my 94 year old dad who lived with me and is who this was needed for.

They showed up and were professional. They completed the job without the remainder of them being there, other than the beautiful bathroom.

The custom oversize shower with wheel chair ramp is beautiful. Both Sergio and Drew from Jacuzzi were great.
