They had to delay the appointment a day as the crew was out sick Then they left a hole in the wall and did a very bad patch up job on it

The friendly and professional manner in which the two gentlemen of my team worked and how quickly they worked the shower looked great afterwards. Just one little item that needed fixing and we finally had it fixed.
It is beautiful. I showered yesterday and it was very comfortable in the shower.
Excellent customer service. Both installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. Also, they were neat and cleaned up when they left.
The product and process are great. However, it's only as good as the install and the install was terrible. I called out several issues which the install team tried to fix with more caulk. Problem being, caulk doesn't fix bad cuts and measurements. To top it off, I've called everyday since the install asking to speak to a manager and nobody has returned ed my call. I'm beyond frustrated.
The remodel took double the time they told us it would.
I have tried to contact company about issues and have not gotten a response. The shower valve is leaking, shelves are slipping, the floor is too slippery, the caulking job is amateurish.
I needed help with lifting the curtain rod and no answer from the installer

I’m stuck and scared. At first everything was great. My interaction with the rep at Costco 10. My in home consultation with Eddy Ortiz 10. My interactions with all the ladies in the office 10. The installers, Niko D. And Coby C. 10. Everything was fantastic until Aug. 7, I was contacted by financing informing me I still had to sign the finance docs. I had mistakenly thought all documents had been signed during my in home consultation. I was approved. The payments were going to be$168.88 for 10 years at 9.99%. Having looked into getting HELOC the year before, I already knew the interest rate was comparable. So, between that and the fact that Mr Ortiz and I had established trust, I agree to have Jacuzzi replace my shower stall. The people in the office are keeping me up to date. The parts come in early and it can be installed tomorrow! Fantastic! I get docs emailed to me, to confirm the work is done. Fantastic! Everything is done everything is wonderful, including my dream shower stall. Until last Thursday when I find out that the finance docs never got signed. Here is the problem the docs I am being asked to sign are different my payment would be over $200 and the interest rate is 60% more. I’m panicked. The shower is in. I called Mr. Ortiz, luckily he remembered me and had all his notes. He his recollections were the same as mine. I was told not to stress, that his manager would get hold of me by the end of the day. Now it’s Tuesday and the only contact I’ve had is from the guy in financing about why I haven’t signed. What happens now? What happened to the original approval? Can I pay another way? If I can, how much is the costs now? Are they going to put a lean on my house? I really want to start paying on this shower so I can start enjoying it before I’m so stressed out that I’m using it to cry in.
The process up through install was fine but the communication and customer service I have received since communication the giant leak and subsequent flood has been horrible. No one is even calling me back at this point and my shower is unusable.
The one day install has taken 2 full days and is not finished. I notified them a week ago after they said they would return the next day to finish but have not heard from them. They also installed the wrong showerhead but said i did not pay for an upgrade. I never received an itemized invoice so I was surprised to say the least. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again snd will not recommend them. I also advised them that I will not authorize the finsl payment until the job is done

The Safety Bar was not installed correctly. The installer attempted to hide this by using glue. This unprofessional conduct leads me to question the entire job. I selected Jacuzzi because, having worked as an executive director in health care for over 40 years, I was familiar with the quality of the equipment that I purchased. The quality of the shower components fell far below my expectations.
The Jacuzzi is pretty nice but, they put the chair I needed in a spot which is hard for me to get to. I was told why they did that. I still would like the extra grab for Protection when in a shower with slipper floors.

The quality and appearance of the installation is outstanding. It is beautiful and very solid. I love the lifetime warranty! If the cassette goes bad they will replace it! Wow, that is awesome. We replaced a terrible "one day" installation that was in the house when we bought it. I'm sure it cost as much as the quality work done by jacuzzi for an excellent job. What they tore out was horrible by comparison.
I have tried to get Edward Garza and Brittany to call and answer a few simple questions since Friday 20th of June, and they will not contact me. All I’m asking is for documentation on my shower pan that has several scratches and glass doors that has a chip in the glass, so if there are problems in the future the warranty covers it. Also missing chalking and getting someone to fix that so that I can use my new shower. But they refuse to document it and will not call regarding it. I spent thousand of dollars to have damaged product that I’m not even asking to have replaced.
I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath remodel to anyone.
There were some problems, and it took about four months to finally get my shower in, so I was a little disappointed. Some things happened on their end with incorrect measurements, so they had to come back twice.
Management never returned my calls. Cancelled the day of installation for wrong part. Told price was guaranteed for a year and it went up. My word is my bond but I guess yours isn't.
I am having a lot of issues with the installation. It is taking a long time because they are having trouble with the parts. They either can't get them or when they do, the parts are damaged. I haven't had a shower in a month.
The installers,Eddie R. And Brandon M did a fantastic job. The door was installed when it came in by another crew!

The color they used to caulk with was wrong. The caulking does not match, and it's sloppy. The job itself looks great.
The workers were efficient and fast. Everything occurred within the day and was even shorter than anticipated. I appreciated their workmanship.

It took a long time. We had to keep calling to check to see when they were coming. We are very disappointed. We had to initiate the calls and them coming out. They never told us what the problem was until later on.
It is hard to recommend when the job is still not done. The wrong door was put in and the handheld shower head has never worked. I have called the 800 number and emailed with no response.
The quality of the materials and the installation were fantastic. It was a long process. They ended up doing a good job.
They did an outstanding job. Love our new shower.
We have yet to get them to come back out and fix the one fixture that is very noticeably crooked...

The installation crew did an excellent job.
From start to finish I’ve received nothing but top-notch service. The process to design my shower was amazing and informative, I didn’t have to wait long to book my remodel, the process to install was thorough and I felt like the installers really had a passion for a job well-done. No complaints whatsoever! I’ll use Jacuzzi again for other bathroom remodeling needs.
Very poor communication after the sale. We agreed to the remodel on April 10. We were told by the salesman that we would be contacted in a couple of weeks when the parts came in and then it would be 6 weeks or so until the install date. We asked to speak to the salesman toward the end of April and they wouldn’t give us his phone number. So last week we kept calling until we got someone who would give us an answer and the answer was, they could install it on Monday of this week. That was great, but it would have been nice to know that a few weeks ago.
Also, I feel the one day install commercials complete with the customers gasping with delight and surprise at how quickly the shower can be remodeled is very deceptive, when the one day install occurs months after the sale. So in fact if a company could come to your house 2 weeks after the sale and they were so slow it took them an entire month to install the shower they would still be quicker than Jacuzzi! Anne day install is meaningless when it occurs 2 months later.

The sales person misrepresented an option that he said was available. I did not find out until the day of installation that it was not available and had been discontinued a year prior.
I'm still waiting for someone to come out to finish up some issues we encountered. No show on latest "absolutely promise I'll be there" date. If these issues get addressed, I will be more likely to recommend.

A job well done, installers were great (Aaron C, Pedro and Justis). Neat and tidy as best can be in this type of work, and good communicators.
All involved were very respectful. They cleaned the area every day before leaving. They kept us informed with every transition.
I have a service request in. I can’t use my new shower until someone comes to fix it.
