management at the tucson office is very bad. deceptive, lying. all they cared about was getting my money. i asked at least 10 times to cancel my order and refund my deposit; they waited until they placed the order then told me it was too late to cancel. will be reporting to the OIG and BBB.

Overall, highly pleased. Unsettling to have to pay entire amount up front and then wait two months with no call. Had to call twice to get an install date. Materials were bought and ordered in February. Called to set up date for install in April. Am very pleased with finished project.

Expedite material procurement, reduce time lag between order and installation schedule. Increase frequency of status communication with the customer.

The installers were very professional and polite. They were done in one day.

The service staff was excellent and really cleaned everything when the shower was completed. Nilo D and Aaron were great and the shower is beautiful. I would highly recommend their service to anyone asking about my shower and who did I get to put in my new shower.

When comparing the cost to the process and the end product, I don't think the value was there. For the cost of a car, I would have expected a higher level of seeking perfection by the installation team. I understand they are compensated by the time they complete the job and the quality, but in this case the initial quality was not good. I shouldn't have to complain to get the job done right from the beginning. If you are looking for real customer satisfaction, then you higher an independent Quality Inspector to look at the job after each day/step. The quality person should be the advocate for the customer. I believe there is better value to be had by finding a reputable, small business owner that has greater pride in their work and relies on customer referrals for their business.

The gentleman was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Have already recommended to another. Explained it is outrageously expensive but completed in a day even though you need to wait an additional 24 hours before using the shower. Wish we could have gotten a true zero entry shower pan.

The work was really excellent. They did both my bathrooms, but both took 2 days, so I don't know how they can offer a one-day installation, but I wasn't in a hurry. Everything looked great, but I will discuss a couple of questions with them later.

The two men who were here and did the job did a really good job, cleaned up, and did everything they said they were going to do, and it is a really nice bath compared to what I had in there.

I love it and think it is beautiful, but it is very expensive. I still cannot get over the fact that I signed for that much money and it only took a day and a half. It is very beautiful, but it was very expensive. I did not pay for the installation, but it was still $18,000, which is a lot of money.

I still have a hole in my wall, a lot of glue on my tile floor, and the curtain is seventy-two inches off the floor. The job was done on January 27 and I have been trying to get in touch and don't hear back. I finally have someone scheduled to come out and patch the hole in the wall and remove the glue from the floor. I don't think this is an $18,000 shower. I expected more. I didn't expect a hole in the wall and to be told, I needed to go get a patch kit to fix the hole. I expected it to be much more efficiently and professionally done. The gentlemen were very nice. I think they got glue on the bottom of their shoes and when the tarp came up, they tracked the glue. I am disappointed.

There were serious problems with the initial installation, which was going to be two days, rather than the one day advertised. After the second full day (more than 8 hours each), there were problems with the appearance and quality, as well as with discrepancies with what we ordered versus what was delivered. The third full work day resulted in the crew discovering that the shower floor pan was not installed level. The total project duration was 5 full work days and took about two weeks before completed. It was a painful process that was very disruptive. HOWEVER, I must include that the Production Manager, Conrad Ramos, was truly outstanding. When I spoke with him about our concerns, he travelled approximately 2 hours one-way right away, saw the problems and promised a resolution that ended in our satisfaction with the final product (we also had a functioning shower while waiting for the corrections).This entailed ordering a special size shower floor pan to replace the one that was incorrectly installed...which he expedited. It also included him sending his master installer to rip out the entire initial installation and reinstall a professional and appealing product. Mr. Ramos also replaced the wrong shower head with the one we were initially promised and the installers included a few upgrades to ensure the finished product was perfect. The master installer was excellent and very understanding and communicative with us. All of the installers involved were friendly and focused on our needs. The finished product is excellent and we have been promised resolution to any potential future problems. Mr. Ramos was amazing to work with and exemplified the ultimate in customer service.

Every step of the way we were informed about the process and next steps. Crew arrived on time, were very careful and thorough and just generally good guys. Love the final product- a new tub and also a new walk in shower!

Tyler Boss, the lead installer gained my trust immediately with his demonstrated measures to ensure my Brazilian stone floors would not be damaged. His polite manners and his obvious installer skills were very evident.

Pedro and Eddie were on time, polite, efficient and friendly to us and our two dogs. They did the job with very little disruption and left the place clean. We were impressed and love the new shower.

I think it is a good product. There was a delay that I accepted. When they showed up to install everything, they found out they sent the wrong door. We had a shower and no door for several weeks. They gave me a temporary fix by putting in a shower curtain. There were several delays. They did do me right by giving me a discount on the final bill. All in all, I am happy with the product.

The installers were really good. The follow up was really good. I didn't care for the guy who came for the consultation. He was kind of rude, but everything else was ok.

The project took a very, very long time to be completed.

The customer service was good and the original sales presentation went well. The two gentlemen that came to do the work, cleaned up their mess, and did wonderful work!

Cost?

Everyone we dealt with was helpful and prompt. Bryant, our design consultant, helped us pick out a perfect shower within our budget. The workers, Peter and Eddie, were efficient and respectful and did a good job. Jacuzzi kept us up to date on progress and the install was able to be done earlier than we expected!

The quality, cleanliness, and communication were top rate!

After talking to a representative in Sep 2024 said I will be contacted in 2 weeks. When the contractors came, they realized the shower could not be extended because of the pipes. They could not put my pan down so they said they’ll be back in 2 weeks. I called to explain that bugs were coming through the exposed walls so 3 days later they put plastic up to deter any more bugs to come through. Two weeks became 3 etc. we had a family member pass away in September 28th. I asked if the project would be completed by then and the answer was no. I had family coming for the funeral. The job was finally completed in November. I was told someone would call me about the shower door. I waited and waited and I had to call and inquire about the shower door. I was told they had to look up the contract because they didn’t think it was on the order. So weeks later I was called by the glass company and someone came and put the door on. The project was completed on 7 December. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will admit it does look nice but I didn’t expect plastic and glue to cost so much for the look. Too much money and too much time wasted.

We had 2 bathrooms done and asked for 2 crews to complete in one day.A sliding shower door was not present on instalation. So needed another day to complete. Quality of material is beautiful and top quality.

Happy with the shower now. It’s beautiful! The team definitely takes pride in their work & were professional. We were disappointed couldn’t use it right away as the shower rod was an issue & we waited 3 weeks.

Too expensive! And the area where the floor meets the shower did not look good. Jacuzzi need to come up with a better transition. I ended up trying to fix it myself. Not what I expected.

When I had an emergency health problem, they responded 6–8 weeks later and took the doors off the shower so I could accommodate my problem. They had no charge for that activity. I thought they were very customer-oriented, and that was very much appreciated.
