It is hard to recommend when the job is still not done. The wrong door was put in and the handheld shower head has never worked. I have called the 800 number and emailed with no response.
The quality of the materials and the installation were fantastic. It was a long process. They ended up doing a good job.

From start to finish I’ve received nothing but top-notch service. The process to design my shower was amazing and informative, I didn’t have to wait long to book my remodel, the process to install was thorough and I felt like the installers really had a passion for a job well-done. No complaints whatsoever! I’ll use Jacuzzi again for other bathroom remodeling needs.
Very poor communication after the sale. We agreed to the remodel on April 10. We were told by the salesman that we would be contacted in a couple of weeks when the parts came in and then it would be 6 weeks or so until the install date. We asked to speak to the salesman toward the end of April and they wouldn’t give us his phone number. So last week we kept calling until we got someone who would give us an answer and the answer was, they could install it on Monday of this week. That was great, but it would have been nice to know that a few weeks ago.
Also, I feel the one day install commercials complete with the customers gasping with delight and surprise at how quickly the shower can be remodeled is very deceptive, when the one day install occurs months after the sale. So in fact if a company could come to your house 2 weeks after the sale and they were so slow it took them an entire month to install the shower they would still be quicker than Jacuzzi! Anne day install is meaningless when it occurs 2 months later.

The sales person misrepresented an option that he said was available. I did not find out until the day of installation that it was not available and had been discontinued a year prior.
I'm still waiting for someone to come out to finish up some issues we encountered. No show on latest "absolutely promise I'll be there" date. If these issues get addressed, I will be more likely to recommend.

Workers were knowledgeable in answering my questions and how the process worked. Neat and clean.
A job well done, installers were great (Aaron C, Pedro and Justis). Neat and tidy as best can be in this type of work, and good communicators.
All involved were very respectful. They cleaned the area every day before leaving. They kept us informed with every transition.
I have a service request in. I can’t use my new shower until someone comes to fix it.

management at the tucson office is very bad. deceptive, lying. all they cared about was getting my money. i asked at least 10 times to cancel my order and refund my deposit; they waited until they placed the order then told me it was too late to cancel. will be reporting to the OIG and BBB.
Overall, highly pleased. Unsettling to have to pay entire amount up front and then wait two months with no call. Had to call twice to get an install date. Materials were bought and ordered in February. Called to set up date for install in April. Am very pleased with finished project.
Expedite material procurement, reduce time lag between order and installation schedule. Increase frequency of status communication with the customer.

The service staff was excellent and really cleaned everything when the shower was completed. Nilo D and Aaron were great and the shower is beautiful. I would highly recommend their service to anyone asking about my shower and who did I get to put in my new shower.

When comparing the cost to the process and the end product, I don't think the value was there. For the cost of a car, I would have expected a higher level of seeking perfection by the installation team. I understand they are compensated by the time they complete the job and the quality, but in this case the initial quality was not good. I shouldn't have to complain to get the job done right from the beginning. If you are looking for real customer satisfaction, then you higher an independent Quality Inspector to look at the job after each day/step. The quality person should be the advocate for the customer. I believe there is better value to be had by finding a reputable, small business owner that has greater pride in their work and relies on customer referrals for their business.

Have already recommended to another. Explained it is outrageously expensive but completed in a day even though you need to wait an additional 24 hours before using the shower. Wish we could have gotten a true zero entry shower pan.
The work was really excellent. They did both my bathrooms, but both took 2 days, so I don't know how they can offer a one-day installation, but I wasn't in a hurry. Everything looked great, but I will discuss a couple of questions with them later.
The two men who were here and did the job did a really good job, cleaned up, and did everything they said they were going to do, and it is a really nice bath compared to what I had in there.

I love it and think it is beautiful, but it is very expensive. I still cannot get over the fact that I signed for that much money and it only took a day and a half. It is very beautiful, but it was very expensive. I did not pay for the installation, but it was still $18,000, which is a lot of money.

I still have a hole in my wall, a lot of glue on my tile floor, and the curtain is seventy-two inches off the floor. The job was done on January 27 and I have been trying to get in touch and don't hear back. I finally have someone scheduled to come out and patch the hole in the wall and remove the glue from the floor. I don't think this is an $18,000 shower. I expected more. I didn't expect a hole in the wall and to be told, I needed to go get a patch kit to fix the hole. I expected it to be much more efficiently and professionally done. The gentlemen were very nice. I think they got glue on the bottom of their shoes and when the tarp came up, they tracked the glue. I am disappointed.
There were serious problems with the initial installation, which was going to be two days, rather than the one day advertised. After the second full day (more than 8 hours each), there were problems with the appearance and quality, as well as with discrepancies with what we ordered versus what was delivered. The third full work day resulted in the crew discovering that the shower floor pan was not installed level. The total project duration was 5 full work days and took about two weeks before completed. It was a painful process that was very disruptive. HOWEVER, I must include that the Production Manager, Conrad Ramos, was truly outstanding. When I spoke with him about our concerns, he travelled approximately 2 hours one-way right away, saw the problems and promised a resolution that ended in our satisfaction with the final product (we also had a functioning shower while waiting for the corrections).This entailed ordering a special size shower floor pan to replace the one that was incorrectly installed...which he expedited. It also included him sending his master installer to rip out the entire initial installation and reinstall a professional and appealing product. Mr. Ramos also replaced the wrong shower head with the one we were initially promised and the installers included a few upgrades to ensure the finished product was perfect. The master installer was excellent and very understanding and communicative with us. All of the installers involved were friendly and focused on our needs. The finished product is excellent and we have been promised resolution to any potential future problems. Mr. Ramos was amazing to work with and exemplified the ultimate in customer service.
Every step of the way we were informed about the process and next steps. Crew arrived on time, were very careful and thorough and just generally good guys. Love the final product- a new tub and also a new walk in shower!
Tyler Boss, the lead installer gained my trust immediately with his demonstrated measures to ensure my Brazilian stone floors would not be damaged. His polite manners and his obvious installer skills were very evident.
