I showed it to a friend of mine and she said the walls look like plastic! Sheds water nicely though.

It started from the beginning with Derek the salesman. He was very friendly, informative, and answered all my questions that I had. Then when the installers came, Niko and Jesus also were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, as well as answering all my questions, helpful, and putting up with my picture taking!!

I had thought the project would be done in a day, but it was not. They did a very good job but started on a Friday and came back on Monday. So we had to go the weekend without it.

I would highly recommend Jacuzzi. My new shower is wonderful.

They knew we needed handicap, accessible shower, and it is not wheelchair accessible. I still can’t get my husband into it. So it is useless.

They seemed very eager to sell. After that it was hit or miss. There was no call when the original projected install date came and went. For over 2 weeks whenever I called, I was given the same pat answer, your part is on the truck and should be delivered today or tomorrow. When I was never called for the install, I called back multiple and was told a supervisor would call me. NEVER happened.

Eric G. and Justis W. did a good job. One of the grab bars is not jacuzzi brand and the flange covers are loose. They are not tight against the shower wall. There are streaks of a yellowish substance on the shelves and on the pan. They weren’t visible until the next day.

I have never invited people into my bathroom before, but now I take them in to show it off.

I would not recommend them to a friend because one or two days took two-and-a-half months. Jacuzzi never even finished the job. They hired someone else to come in and finish.

Everyone was very friendly. Their attention to detail was excellent. Their customer service was good.The installers were detailed orientated. They did a good job.

Delays because of vendor mistakes were disappointing.

I am very satisfied. The upgrades and quality are nice. I couldn't be happier. I love how the bathroom looks.

The new shower from bath conversion is very bright and much larger than the old shower. We had the existing soaker tub removed and the new shower put in its place . We now have room to create a closet in the old shower space. The installers were completely polite and worked as neat as they could. They respected our house, and this as appreciated.

They need to verify all parts of the contract.

The tub looks great. The workers were very clean and respectful. They went above and beyond their duty after finding out that the cement was uneven under the old tub and had to pour more cement to even it out.

I thought the installers were very professional, very careful with the tile, and they did not ding up the walls. They were very careful.

Project was a little expensive. But with the Costco card it brought it down to a more reasonable price.

The two guys who came to the home were very polite, nice, and knowledgeable. They were very nice to work with.
