Easy process to work thru. And seemingly great warranty if issues should arise. Wanted solid surface due to mold behind tile walls.
My experience was a lot. The project was supposed to be done quickly, but there were lots of delays and things Jacuzzi Bath Remodel didn't tell us about. There was a lack of communication, and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone to help me. We didn't have a bathroom the entire time, which was very frustrating.
They were very efficient, came on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the product was very, very nice. We just had a problem with the other bathroom with all the banging. The bathrooms are back-to-back and we had tiles falling out of that bathroom, so we have to get somebody to grout that. That is the only issue that we really have.
The communication was utterly non existent.
I found the process went smooth from my initial consultation to the installation, I have an additional shower that needs to be updated and will not hesitate to use this company again.
Efficient and thorough
I had a very good experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel from the beginning, from the people who I initially talked to to the installers. They were all very friendly and kept me informed all the way through. I am satisfied with the end product.
Materials and installation above expectations. Sales was spot on - knowledgeable and not pushy. Price seems beyond affordable.
Good product, and good service. They were on time, and work was well done.
From sales to installation was amazing! It all fell into place so easily!
The problem is that you are NOT installing the product that is advertised and that we believed that we were getting. If you look at the Costco/Jacuzzi brochure and if you watch the Jacuzzi infomercial currently playing, you will notice that the installed walls are very clean and simple. They look like stone slabs maybe a half-inch in depth. The edges are finished. That is the look that we were sold on and that is what we expected. We knew that the siding was a thin acrylic veneer, but we expected it to be mounted on something that would give it depth and have the edges rounded over or somehow finished to resemble a stone slab. Instead, the veneer was glued flat against the wall and trimmed with exceptionally thick and wide trim pieces. To compound the problem, we have a high window on the long wall of the shower. The wall panels were only supposed to go up to a mid-window height - about the height of the shower head. Instead, they went about 4 inches above the window. The "window trim kit" consisted of more of the hideous trim - and no windowsill. With so much trim spaced so close together, the installed product looked terrible. We had the installer remove all of the trim and we began to work with Jacuuzzi on an acceptable solution. Overall. the job took 4 days and not the promised single day. Yes, we have a functional shower and, yes, it looks as good as one could expect considering the effort required to get there. But, no, it is not at all what we expected, and we will NOT be recommending Jacuzzi to anyone. In fact, just the opposite.
It was a very good experience and they were very professional. They came out and took care of business. My wife and I were very happy with what they did and what we received.
The installers were very professional. They explained everything. They did a great job.
The initial consultation was high and we were told there would be no negotiating. A week later then sent a higher level person out who was able to drop the price. Also they explained the could drywall the old shower where the original said they do not. Once they came to in stall the pan was warped so the team couldn't install after demo. The Installers were awesome and not their fault. It was said to be 2 weeks to get a new pan but it took almost 5. Luckily we had a spare shower. It was not ideal to have a 2 day install take 5 weeks. Lastly they finished the install but had the incorrect showerhead abs had to come back out again with the correct one. All in all the shower is nice but being out of a shower so long was not ideal

Price seems high.
The person who came over introduced us to the products clearly and concisely. He helped us quickly understand different products. The installers were super clean and put tarps out so they wouldn't track dust or debris. They did a good job.
The installer was horrific. It took four days to complete the install. Originally it was told to take a day a day and a half max.
Excellent workmanship
The installation was great and the guys were good. The follow-up and clean up people do not show up.
I am not happy with the job.
The people were wonderful. They were so nice, the job was done in 24 hours, and I felt safe. They were clean and good people.
After using it for a week we are very satisfied. We are not having any issues.
They did a great job.
The one-day remodel took 3 days to complete after waiting 6 weeks for a part.
