If Jacuzzi could get their act together and make sure they have the parts instead of delaying the project for weeks, then I would have given it a higher rating. They are an unorganized company.
They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up.
They did a wonderful job. They did work professionally.
I liked the process and outcome of the Jacuzzi walk-in shower installation. Everything was quick and concise, just as they said. From the first greeter at Costco to the salesman that came and the installers, everything was brief, to the point, and exactly what they said. I really liked that about it.
There were so many mistakes and so many delays.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a very good job and worked professionally. They went above and beyond my expectations. I did have to get an anti slip mat for the floor, but other than that they did great and cleaned up well.
It was easy, and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Tucson arrived on time. They completed the job in one day. There were a couple of little mistakes, but they came back out to address them. I have no problems referring Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona - Tucson to anyone. In fact, I have recommended them to a friend who is also getting the same Jacuzzi bath as me.
I already have recommended the remodel
experience to several people. See response to last question
The entire process beginning with Brent going over the project was great. He helped us select the material to be used for the shower conversion and set up financing for us. He is very professional and most of all a nice person. Jaime and Eddie were the team that removed the old tub shower set up. They replaced some of the wood and insulation and removed some mold and treated it so it won’t come back. Redid the plumbing and drain and then put in our beautiful new shower. Absolutely love it!! Jaime and Eddie were so incredibly nice to be around. Very informative as they went along. These 3 gentlemen are credit to your organization. Thank you all
I'm very happy.
The installers were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions.
I sent a letter to Costco outlining all the problems with this remodel and limited it to 10. For two months, the doors were not available; they put in the wrong color and had to redo it. A phone call once a week brought nothing until I said I was going to call the credit card company and cancel the remodel. They were here the next day with doors that had been opened and rejected by someone else. They are loose and bang; the doors are not the same quality or work as well as the ones we had taken out which were 25 years old! Terrible experience!
Everything the crew did was awesome clean and timely
Absolutely would not recommend. Terrible communication, didn’t show up on the day of install, left me with no shower curtain rod while my door was being ordered. Then I found out six weeks later that they forgot about my door but they still harassed me almost every day to pay the final payment even though they still had not installed a door. Ridiculous people to deal with. Tom and Edward have no honor.
No one is a 10.
The job was beautifully done. There were a few hiccups. The shower seat didn’t come with the materials, but one was sent. The shower curtain rod didn’t work, but they came a few days later to install it once I called to remind them. The installers wet all very friendly, hard working and very professional. I believe the foreman Pablo always kept me updated to what they were doing and what was being done. They took care in keeping things clean and making sure all that they did was done professionally. It took longer than expected to complete but asked to stay longer to complete the job, which I completely agreed to. I was very pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath to my family and friends. Gus A Ramirez
Trash pile was thrown out by my neighbors property line dirt, pieces of drywall and large chunks of broken tub are in the pile.
The work, material, and workmanship could not have better. The products were top-rated. The scheduling and getting it to happen was a problem.
Pipe coming through the wall where the shower head attaches to was loose and moved in and out of the wall when you grabbed it. I questioned it, and the installer said it was because the shower head we selected was too heavy, and they left. they also took an approximate 2-hour lunch break, when I went outside to ask them when they would be finished, as we had plans that night, they said it would be around 7. We had to cancel our plans. Contacted Jacuzzi after installation was complete and complained about the installation, and you sent the Installation Manager who inspected the installation and was furious and eventually what he saw and eventually corrected the problem.
Comment 1: The correct project materials were not with the crew upon arrival.
Comment 2: The onsite crew did not communicate where the grab bars were to be located. They did it upon themselves, without any coordination with me, the owner.
Comment 3: The handicapped stall didn't have a handheld showerhead. Therefore, I, the homeowner, had to keep the existing handheld showerhead. The showerhead I purchased was kept by the installation crew and I didn't receive a credit for the kept material.
We liked it; it was quick. They got in here, did it, and showed me everything they did as they were doing it. They did a good job and it turned out great!
Everything went as planned. I was amazed at the quality and swiftness of the process and the attention to detail. The fact they covered ALL my floors and swept up afterwards was much appreciated. I love my new shower, it’s beautiful and I love all the safety features.
We were rescheduled twice (and almost a 3rd time) due to overbooking.
Overall the job was done very well. David and Pablo are great installers and corrected some misinformation we were given on the cleaning and upkeep of the fixtures.
They are a fabulous company. They are very professional.
