The crew that installed my windows were great and professional

The windows have been nice to have. They have kept the heat down inside and have reduced the noise. The overall cost is outrageous, everyone knows the price is excessive but when you don’t know how to do installation on your own, this is what is expected. I was not told the type of window until it arrived on site. I thought the windows were made by/for FHIA. The other thing that I am still disappointed about is that I asked for the top window in my bathroom to be clear with the bottom frosted. The entire thing came frosted.

The salesman need to learn about the installation process and procedures.

Overall was great.

From start to finish we had an excellent overall experience with FHIA., remodel ing Jacksonville. After the point of sale we had some questions and were put in contact with Todd Yarborough the Operations Manager. Todd was in constant communication with us along the way. There was not a time that he did not immediately answer the phone to accommodate us and provide answers to all of our questions. I also was highly impressed with Chris Benjamin our Project Manager who literally spent the entire day at our home on the day of install to oversea everything and address any of our concerns or questions along the way. We were anxious and he put our minds at ease and did not make us feel ignorant when we would ask “Why” things were being done a certain way. My husband and I are a bit older and we were nervous about the removal and new install of our windows but Chris was extremely knowledgeable in his position as a PM and explained each step to us in a manner that we could understand and for that we were very appreciative.

Efficient, courteous, excellent communication from initial contact through install and follow up. FHIA worked with our schedule. Installed 9 windows in one day!

THE SLIDING GLASS WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND THEY INSULATE VERY WELL.

The quality of work, communication from the sales rep, Dan, project manager, Chris and the installers, Eli and his brother was phenomenal. I have already recommended FHIA to several people.

I've had a couple of projects done by FHIA--windows and cabinets-- and I've been quite satisfied with the results. The range of available products has included colors and features that I have not hesitated to select, and even some that I didn't know were available but was very glad to see. Workmanship is fast and good. I'm very happy with my new cabinets and would choose FHIA again for future projects.

What really stands out is the level of commitment and dedication every team member demonstrates and provides, not in just doing a great job; but to representing the company with integrity and superior customer service.
