We had a list of things we definitely wanted in our bathroom remodel. They worked these into design plan. Then the interior designer did an excellent job of helping to coordinate everything. We absolutely love our new bathroom that ISPIRI did.

We loved working w/ Ispiri from the very first contact to the final turnover after our project which ended up being a year and a half later. They had a very thorough process which started from our dream and eventually ended up with a plan and a budget that we could work with. A team of people became like family as we worked out all the design and architectural aspects of the project. They included architectural designers/contractors, Interior designers and an array of other talents like drafting, budget analysts, banking loans, and computer presentations. The entire process including the bank was driven by Ispiri and their vision team. The whole process was smooth, on time, and on budget for my family. We are beyond satisfied with their performance and outcome.

We are so pleased with our experience with Ispiri. After living in our home for 10 years, we were at the point of opening up our space for our family. We wanted a company that could take us through the whole remodel in the most seamless way possible, especially since we were living in our home during the remodel. Ispiri took our inspiration and vision, and designed a space that will grow with our family through the years.

This was our 3rd project with ISPIRI within the last 5 years. The previous interior projects went off without a hitch ..... timely scheduling was executed, supplies were abundant, communication was effective and the workmanship unsurpassed. We were very pleased with the beautiful outcomes of each project. ISPIRI made the remodeling process appear effortless ..... everything ran like a fine-oiled machine. Well ........as we know, the last couple of years have put a few chinks in the armor. This 3rd remodeling project was a pretty extensive exterior 'facelift' .... including a full window replacement. The entire remodel was approximated to take 2.5 months. Unfortunately, this timeline was not met; 7 months was the true reality of our project. Pella Reserve Contemporary Windows were the culprit of this lengthy delay and our personal aggravation. The windows were delivered piecemeal, in 4 different deliveries, months apart. From my understanding, the delays were due to manufacturing issues and worker shortages. Because the windows were such a foundational element in our remodel project, this really created a firestorm of delays/holds/rescheduling for the other contractors who were set to do their work, only contingent on the windows being installed. This was difficult for us as our summer was completed devoured by this ..... and I know it was hard on ISPIRI as well. They dug their heels in and did what they needed to do at the corporate level, dealing with Pella. Our project manager Randy worked diligently to keep things moving and had to reschedule most of the contractors. It was a lot of work. Thank you, Randy .... we appreciate all your efforts to make things right. The exterior facade is now finally completed and once again, we are VERY PLEASED! It looks great! An important point to note, with all the Pella Window delays and nonsense surrounding it, ISPIRI'S workmanship never faded.... ISPIRI does exceptional work, top-notch ALWAYS.
Would I hire ISPIRI again ? Would I recommend ISPIRI ? Yes .... to both.

We had an excellent experience with Ispiri. Inspiri spent the extra time to build a relationship with you to truly understand your needs, wants, and design elements of the project. They also worked within your budget. We never once had to worry about communication or making sure every point of the project was addressed or completed. The team took care of everything for us.
Our actual remodeling process went beyond our expectations. Due to timing with new drain tile project, the demo team came over on a Saturday morning to start and complete a demo within 3 hours. I have never had any tradesmen team start and complete work on weekend without an emergency or incurring a premium cost.
Our Project Manager took the time to understand the scope of the project, worked around our work from home schedules, and responded to every single question we had in a timely manner. The Tradesmen were always on time and completed the work on time. They were also courteous of our work from home schedules. The tradesmen also produced top quality work, so quality or value was never a concern.
Overall, we found both the team and the process of our project was extremely valuable. We were incredibly satisfied that we chose Insipri and more importantly, we will continue to keep choosing Inspiri for all of our future remodeling needs.
