They do what they say they’re going to do and if there are issues, they make it right.

The project was clearly laid out from the start and expectations set on what to expect. Project stayed on time and budget. Workers were respectful of the house which was important considering work occurred on all 3 levels

On the positive side, Ispiri had an excellent project manager, excellent carpenters and subs, and excellent quality. We especially want to mention Steve Gosiak, who was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. Sara was very helpful with our design decisions and had a good design sense. It was very helpful to have her come to our house with the cabinet designer. We also appreciated that there were not a lot of trivial change orders during the construction phase. Steve took care of several small jobs on our house (like loose deck screws) that we really appreciated. We were very impressed with a correction made due to a cabinet design error. We feel very confident that Ispiri will honor their warranty and take care of any future issues.

Our main dissatisfaction was price. The job was much more expensive than we expected, considering we did not change the footprint of our existing kitchen. The "preliminary investment range" in our design agreement was about 30% higher than the verbal estimate given in our first in-home meeting, and it was a very large range. The final price was about 9% higher than the low end of the preliminary range. We feel that the design-and-build process, where you don't have a firm price until the design is complete, makes it almost impossible to get competitive bids. We would caution friends about this, and would not do another design and-build project without getting a more accurate initial estimate with a smaller range.

We enjoyed working with Sara very much, but did not like the limitation of using selections available at the showroom. This may work for some customers, but we wanted more options and did a lot of shopping on our own. We could have used some help during this shopping. We did appreciate the design meetings at our home.

Quality of work is exceptional, on site work crews are craftspeople, professional and excellent problem solvers when issues arose. The design team took the time to understand our vision and then help us with the selection process to make that vision of our home remodel come to life. They are very creative in their design approach and ideas, coming up with concepts I had not imagined and that thoughtfully expanded the range of options for redesign and use of our spaces.

We are pleased with Ispiri. They possess a high level of professionalism and skill. From helping us to envision the changes to hiring talented staff and craftspeople, to being sure the project is completed to the highest level, Ispiri did a nice job.

Organized clean good communication

We have already recommended ISPiRI to friends and family as the choice for an “it’s handled” remodel. The process was as easy as a major remodel can be and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Sara’s design perfectly fit our style and updated our kitchen while still feeling cohesive in our home. Their documentation and internal communication throughout was great; we knew what to expect (down to the finest details) and the handoff from design to build was seamless. Our project manager Mirza, handled everything once the work started and kept us in the loop. We enjoyed working with ISPiRI and love our new kitchen!

This was our first time doing a project of the size we did (whole house Interior remodel), and the entire process could not have gone better. Amazing communication and responsiveness from the team from start to finish. We always knew where things were at in the project and it was done up to and above our expectations and on the initial timeline. Great people and team at Ispiri that care and do the right thing. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to do a project and will use them again, personally in the future.

All and all nice work. Few communication issues. Was told there was a lock box and there wasn't. Had discussed different locks for the door and no one mentioned that the particular door came with a specific door locking system. Wasn't happy with sheet rock finishing and had my painter re do one section. He neglected to do two areas and Ispiri did say the would get him out to finish up.

Our two projects are recommendation enough- anyone who sees them for the first time is blown away and asking who did the work. We happily rave about Ispiri and recommend their services to anyone looking for remodeling.

We have now worked with Ispiri on two home projects - a large three-season porch addition in 2021, and a smaller home office remodel project in 2024. With both projects, we are extremely happy with the quality of work that was done. We have heard many horror stories of working with contactors, builders, design compaines, etc. Things such as sub-par materials, corners being cut to save time and money, workers not showing up, lack of communication, etc. This was not our experience with Ispiri at all. Both projects had some adjustments to the design and timeline as we progressed, but any changes were well communicated to us. We have come to learn that no project comes without a few speed bumps, but it's how you choose to deal with them that shows the true character of a company. Ispiri has stood behind all of their work, from day one until even after the project was finished, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to partner with them for our home projects.

As with all remodeling there will be challenges and we had a few. What I will say is Ispiri addressed each item and worked with me for an acceptable solution. From a design perspective, I love my new space! It’s functional and well thought out.

Absolutely would recommend. We love the bathroom renovations. Ispiri carried out extensive changes to the house 6 years ago, and the quality of the work and materials was first rate as nothing has been an issue in the intervening years. When we decided to renovate the bathrooms we went to no-one else but Ispiri. At this point, Ispiri just has the 4 bedrooms to renovate, and then our entire house will be "Ispiri-fied"! When we decided to renovate the bathrooms we went to no-one else but Ispiri. They were also very flexible in working around events. They made sure that we had a working toilet in the house throughout, and they moved the schedule forward a week so that the upstairs bathroom would be essentially complete for our live-in dog sitter while we were on vacation.
