It's really hard to tell at this point if I am likely to recommend Interlock Metal Roofing to a friend because it is yet to be seen how efficient it will be for saving on electricity. I was confident in choosing them over anyone else because of the material and the warranty.

I'm not sure I'd recommend them to a friend because I think they're not for everyone. They're very expensive and we were told when we first bought our roof over ten years ago, it would be weather-resistant and it wasn't. I'm still kind of sitting on the fence on that.

The overall finished look is not what i was hoping for. Some of the finishing is a bit crude and 'chunky'. In fairness, there has been some attempts to remedy these. Some of the roofing material reminded me of the early days of siding when they would side up to the electrical entrance without removing it, then start the siding again. This is really not a workmanship issue; more of an engineering issue.

They're wonderful. They have been very safety conscious, they have provided excellent work, they displayed excellent work ethics, and they were extremely careful about how to work within the property. Very prompt and very professional.

We appreciated the sales person Bryan making adjustments so we could afford this product. In the end it worked out for your company because we did the shop as well. The installers did an excellent job.

The installers were not Interlock employees. I assumed they would be and was surprised to learn that they were "piece mealed". They were independent roofing contractors who install many different roof materials and as a result, there were some mistakes made that needed to be corrected after I brought them to the Installer Manager's attention. They also did not speak English well or at all. At times, I was having conversations with the Supervisor through an iPhone translation app. The cost for the job was outrageous in my opinion but then I did sign the contract agreeing to this as I knew much of the cost was to support the warranty and future trips to the house for repairs if needed. In other words, I was paying for a warranty not the cost and reasonable markup for the job. Having paid that, my expectations were high yet I had to get pro actively involved to make sure the job turned out as expected. So in a nutshell, I would be somewhat hesitant recommending Interlock Roofing because of the price and non-English speaking installers.

The product is first class and the purchase experience extremely professional from start to finish. I stronly recommend their product & services.

I had to call the Calgary office twice to find out the date of installation of the roof. There was no communication at least as the customer once I signed the contract . This should be a seamless process from sales people to installers. You dont have a supervisor to come on site as other roofing companies in calgary do. There were a myriad of problems during the installation
I complained but had no return calls from the installers . I believe the person in charge was Dave Thomson. He never called me back to review issues. The roof looks very nice. However for 52,000. I think someone could have returned my calls.

Fabulous company to deal with. This is our second Interlock roof. From sales to scheduling to installation, everything was exceptional, such a positive experience from start to finish. Great product and the investment is a good one as it will add to future resale value.

Fantastic job! The roof looks professional and great.

Long wait on materials, installation was good, but not what I would call great (some dents, some uneven areas). The overall project had the potential to be fantastic (due to the construction of the house) and it fell short of that, but still looks great. Also dissappointed that they could not provide me with a certification letter for the wind, hail, and fire resistance. So installation had no effect on my homeowners insurance. At my previous home in Texas, that was standard for all roofing contractors.

Interlock Metal Roofing exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful that it takes my breath away. In the winter, the house is warmer, and the snow slides right off.

I am very pleased with the look and style of the roof! This is my second Interlock roof and the quality is built to last!

Our experience with interlock roofing was amazing. Bruce our sales man was wonderful. Drove all the way to us to show us samples. Gave us many many lists of homes with interlock roofing to go check out. To pick our color. Overall it was a very good experience. We made our choice and waited about 6 weeks and then installation started . Moses and his crew installed our roof and very friendly and told us everything they were doing. Would recommend them to all our neighbors and friends/ family. Thank you all for your hardwork.

I have a good roof, and the installers were excellent.

The team at InterLock replaced a asphalt shingle roof on our house. The old roof was installed in 2006 and had been leaking in a few places for years. Damaging ceilings and hardwood floors. Our modular home had several obvious gaps in the roof deck. InterLock stripped the existing roof down to the roof deck. They replaced all damaged decking and removed all the gaps before installing their lifetime aluminum shingles. The team overcame several challenges and did all the specified work to our complete satisfaction.

Everyone who sees the roof admires it, so it speaks for itself.

The initial interactions with Interlock Metal Roofing- Delta were fantastic. However, since the job has been complete I have had a few problems that need fixing. I have had to have someone come fix the problem with my downspot and I am still waiting for Interlock Metal Roofing- Delta to come fix the other cosmetic issue. It has been a few months and they have not come to fix it.
