If they chose to come out and fix the one problem post-installation that we encountered, that would have gone a long way toward having an overall favorable opinion of the company.

Our experience with interlock roofing was amazing. Bruce our sales man was wonderful. Drove all the way to us to show us samples. Gave us many many lists of homes with interlock roofing to go check out. To pick our color. Overall it was a very good experience. We made our choice and waited about 6 weeks and then installation started . Moses and his crew installed our roof and very friendly and told us everything they were doing. Would recommend them to all our neighbors and friends/ family. Thank you all for your hardwork.

The team at InterLock replaced a asphalt shingle roof on our house. The old roof was installed in 2006 and had been leaking in a few places for years. Damaging ceilings and hardwood floors. Our modular home had several obvious gaps in the roof deck. InterLock stripped the existing roof down to the roof deck. They replaced all damaged decking and removed all the gaps before installing their lifetime aluminum shingles. The team overcame several challenges and did all the specified work to our complete satisfaction.

The initial interactions with Interlock Metal Roofing- Delta were fantastic. However, since the job has been complete I have had a few problems that need fixing. I have had to have someone come fix the problem with my downspot and I am still waiting for Interlock Metal Roofing- Delta to come fix the other cosmetic issue. It has been a few months and they have not come to fix it.

Took the installers three times to get it right. Obvious they were inexperienced. The manager should have been on-site while they were working and he was not. It is still not perfect. Dings in the metal. Some areas are crooked. The

Everything happened as exactly like we were told. They are better than amazon, we were told it would take about four days. When they got here, they looked at our roof and did the complete installation in two days. We were very impressed with how fast they got it done, and they fixed all of our vents that were just hanging in the crawl space. Replaced the wafer boards that were damaged from vents not being installed properly, and they never even come in the house to use the crawl space. I haven't thoroughly checked the quality, but from what I can tell, it looks great. We are very happy with their work and clean up.

We were extremely satisfied with the result of the installation of the roof. The process was smooth, and the quality of the product is very good.

While the roof has the potential to be beautiful and live up to its warrantied years, there are issues that were not corrected. I had a general contractor doing a remodel so they were the primary communicator and overseer of the project. They had their usual companies they use for roofing but I liked the Interlock roof so they went through the steps to get things done through them. I have never been more sorry. My father spent his entire career in the roofing industry…first as a roofer, then sales, then as an inspector. I sent pictures to him of issues to make sure I wasn’t just being finicky and he would wend back reasons why things needed to be corrected. As I tried to say the first thing to Patrick when he finally came out to my house, he scoffed and walked off. I had already gone over everything with my contractor so I left him to go over the rest as I was not going to be treated as such at my home. It didn’t go any better. He swore at my contractor and said none of these things were happening. Then sped off. We have had no resolution and given Interlock is proprietary, we can’t even go to another company to get these items fixed.

Great looking product

The work was good. There was a language barrier between myself and the subcontractor. If I had any questions, they couldn't provide the answers to them because they didn't understand me, and I couldn't understand them.

I would recommend the product, however, I would advise others that the installed product may not look as it does in promotional photographs.
Many of the tiles are dented during installation. The tiles can have an uneven, non-uniform appearance. I had not anticipated this.

I saw an Interlock roof installed in our neighbourhood before I even knew what it was and immediately loved the proud confidence but subtle undertone of the roof (charcoal slate). Years later we sold that house and had the chance to renovate our new house and Interlock was my 1st choice. We struggled during the renovation to justify the cost of the roof and put it off to the very end but in the end we bit the bullet and we're so happy we did. The roof lends such authority to the rest of our renovation, simultaneously making the house look incredible while also ensuring it feels timeless and part of the neighbourhood. On top of all of that, I need to add that the people involved with Interlock have all been incredible. Randal the sales person was the epitome of no-pressure, supportive sales. Todd was excellent to work with to schedule the install and Vlad and his team were the most professional tradespeople I've ever met. Timely, clean and presentable, quick at their job, incredible with our kids and aware that our house was a home and that the clean up at the end of each day helped ensure our kids were safe.

It is a little difficult to interface with the Ukrainian workers, but it worked out using a translation app to communicate. They'll get better as they go, so it's not an issue; everybody needs to work!
They have great workers and there were no problems.

For composition type roofing, they do need a better magnet to pick up the nails.

They don't deal honestly with their customers, and you have to watch them the whole time. You contract them for one thing, and they subcontract for something else. You need to check with the sub's contract and compare it to what you contracted them for because they try to skim.

Interlock Metal Roofing has the worst customer service communications I have dealt with in a long time. I hesitated to complete this survey because I believe the product is of good quality. I also wanted you to experience what is like to wait weeks/ months for a reply!!

We are very pleased with the material; it is the best-looking metal roof around. While they were able to work with our solar company by providing the fastening points, they had difficulty coordinating with the electricians installing a new electrical mast. This is a rare challenge for any roofing company; I expect Interlock rarely has any issues. Also, they quickly solved a leak at our chimney when it was reported. Interlock has a very fine product and a competent crew. We love the finished product.

The product is excellent the installer was a true craftsman but it took a lot longer to install than I thought but in the end I would highly recommend it.

As a repeat customer I requested additional services in the Spring of 2023. A salesperson did not come to my property until the fall. I had to call several times to get a sales appointment. The person who came to measure the project arrived 5 hours after the appointment time. The project was not completed as specified in the original contract. The product is good but I am not likely to recommend.
